tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  January 24, 2021 4:00pm-5:00pm PST

4:00 pm
am scott, thanks for watching see you again next week. and ths my world. [♪♪♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. a packed show and lineup you won't want to miss so let's go right to my open. welcome to the biden administration. home to the new slogan, america last. a closed inauguration needs open borders. america first ideas are censored, but those who suppress them are rewarded. 10 million americans are out of work and 11 million are offered a pathway to citizenship. a pandemic rages and untested
4:01 pm
migrants welcome. joe biden within hours of his presidency is doing as muchs acan to cancel the trump legacy. to take away our near energy independence. to saturday the left as they move towards socialism and to provide jobs and security to those who have come here illegally. he is holding deportation orders of illegal aliens, many of whom are criminals. he has construction on the border wall and has the deportation for 10. >> days of those convicted of crimes by a court. what is joe biden's border policy. jen psaki the press secretary gave this answer when asked. >> his approach is multi pronged. smart security to help address and use technology to address
4:02 pm
key border crossing, address ports of entry more effectively and efficiently. it will also help address root causes of migration. and that hasn't been in past bills. judge jeanine: are we supposed to run their government so they are treated better? we can't even guarantee the first amendment to american citizens. or are we supposed to go back and find out why they want to come here from central america. i will tell you why, they were invited. just ask them. >> biden. he going to help all of us. he given us a hundred days to get to the u.s. and give us legal papers so we can get a better life for our kids and family. judge jeanine: are we supposed to make sure everyone from around the world get a better life for themselves and their families. if that's the case, america's
4:03 pm
life still must give way to provide for others. we'll have to deal with immigration and immigrants competing for jobs with 10 million unemployed american workers. bind also revoked the per merit for the xl keystone pipeline which was designed to carry crude oil every day. it resulted in 11,000 americans losing their jobs. for the first time under president trump the united states was virtually energy independent. why change that? democrats claim the pipeline us unsafe. but this is contradicted by state department studies that found no environmental damage from the pipeline. the only other option, rail cars and barges. rail cars and barges where
4:04 pm
certainly not carbon controlled. the keystone pipeline reduces carbon emissions. consider the fact that rails are clearly less safe. have a higher emissions rate. they literally travel through america's towns, villages and country sides from canada to the gulf of mexico. barge is the other option. but they are generally used to take oil to other countries and they are clearly not carbon neutral. why would a present strip americans of jobs they already have. create more damage and put us at the heels of opec? as i said, america last. biden talks big about securing relations with our allies. >> repair our alliances and engage with the world once
4:05 pm
again. judge jeanine: for all his talk on repairing alliances, he hit canada, our closest neighbor and ally with a gut punch. they are furious and rightfully so. they have the third largest oil reserve on earth. it put $1 billion into building a pipeline relying on america. they are threatening legal action if biden goes through with this. and it foretells the beginning of the radical green agenda. biden also rejoined the paris climate accord which will destroy thousands of jobs. the heritage foundation says it will cost the loss of 400,000 american jobs, many in
4:06 pm
manufacturing, probably to china. this reaffirms barack obama's claim that manufacturing jobs were a thing of the past and no magic wand was there to bring them back, except for the one president trump had. and according to senator ted cruz, quote, by signing this order, president biden indicates's more concerned about the citizens and views of the citizens of paris than the jobs of the citizens of america. and your children learn about protest in schools. teaching children about the environment and green economy is one thing. buff teaching children how to take action against the government is not something i suspect most parents want their children to learn about in schools. but bind repealed the 1776
4:07 pm
program. in order to rebut the 1619 project that condemns america as a racist nation. the ultimate hypocrisy is joe biden's claim of unity while the left continues to censor words, social media, and the actions of those they don't like, even recommending deprogramming. the cry for unity falls on deaf ears as the far left riots in portland, denver and seattle. i don't remember ever seeing as much press or as big an effort to try to identify people who tried to destroy a courthouse and peoples homes and businesses as those who rushed the capitol.
4:08 pm
those on the left who injured 700 police officers last year across america were all happy, peaceful and united now that joe biden is in the oval office. to prove that, on monday, nancy pelosi will deliver articles of impeachment to the senate against the president who is already out of office. welcome to the biden administration. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter. hrb tag judge jea anyone. if you like my open, you will like my book, "don't lie to me. joining me with reaction to my open and much more, house minority leader kevin mccarthy. it seems at a time when americans are hurting that
4:09 pm
president biden seems to have his interests in other places and not helping americans get jobs. what say you? >> you just look at the first week of this administration. it's russia, china, our adversaries benefiting. not the american people. you are right it's america last. but he has put china first. this is the same group that called you, me, your viewers deplorable. now they say you have to be deprogrammed. the idea he cut union jobs and hurt our heatest ally with canada. the paris accord only benefits china. then he goes forward with the movement of not making new american jobs. remember what he said just less than a week ago about unity? none of those actions have taken
4:10 pm
place. i will tell you what would unify this nation, exactly what we are working on with the republicans in congress. getting americans back to work. not 11 million illegal immigrants. how about getting the vaccine efficiently to every american who wants it. he said on day one he will be prepared for covid. what's his biggest goal? a million vaccines a day for the first hundred days and he thinks that's something he's doing. judge jeanine: how many more --how many more caravans can we expected? >> this will only expand. you listen to the people in the caravans. what the last administration was able to do was get mexico to
4:11 pm
stopped it and not let them through their country. now they believe the new president is welcoming them in because he's going to provide them citizenship instead of providing the jobs to 10 million americans who are out of work. to think what president biden just said to the union workers who just got unemployed. to get another job. that's the answer from this administration? there is no unity. judge jeanine: when he said that, the slap against unions was incredible. congress plan, you are from california. i'm always fascinated with what's going on in california. what's going on with the recall. >> don't give up on california. we won four new congressional seats in california this last election, and we were able to do it by expanding the republican
4:12 pm
party. buff we need to get -- but we need to get to 1.5 million signatures to recall gavin newsom by march 17. he tells us not to go to dinner but he goes to dinner with a lobbyist and doesn't wear a mask. we have a speaker nancy pelosi who tells people they can't get their hair done, but she does. we have a president who said we have to wear a mask on federal property, but he doesn't. and he's going to put america last and china first. judge jeanine: sue the government to be able to open their businesses, which is and you unnecessary burden on business owners. >> what came up this week is he
4:13 pm
has this formula, this form laugh why he's shutting the businesses down. but he said it's too complex for californians to understand. it's just elite. that's why we have got to stand up to it. we need to recall this governor and take back this house. we are just five seats away from winning the majority back. people need to go to take the house.com. we'll never give up on the fights for all those who feel no one will listen to them. for those who want to join and be part of it, go to takethehouse.com and we'll make a difference. judge jeanine: he allows some businesses to stay open and others he doesn't tell you why. i think the recall will go very well.
4:14 pm
congressman kevin mccarthy. >> that right. his elitism -- thinks we can't understand it. only he can understand it. i think we know better and we can recall this governor. judge jeanine: i think you might. joining me now to continue the conversation on this first weekend of the new administration. congressman devin nunes, you a of countless to socialism. it means you, too, are from california. how do you think the recall is going with your governor? >> the recall is going very well. unfortunately what you have happening here, one of our home counties here, we have the capacity to give 40,000 vaccines in a week. but newsom can't seem to get us the vaccines, so we won't even do 8,000 in a week. we know the fda and the trump
4:15 pm
administration gave it vaccines to newsom. but we rank 50th out of 50 states for how many vaccines have been given. the tech companies are more interested in politically censoring their enemies, the republican party, former president trump. that's what they are more interested in doing unfortunately. judge jeanine: how do you think the tech censorship will impact the republican party? >> it will be interesting to see if there are good people within these tech companies and if they want to be part of it. i hear there are some people who are starting to break away and look for other jobs. we have no monopolies that will have to be broken up by the government. amazon is a monopoly. you see how they just dissolved parler, a social media company.
4:16 pm
it's gone. apple eliminated it from the app store. apple is a monopoly. they act like they are trying to do good. but if you have look at twitter, anybody can go to twitter, it's a sewer farm. there is all kinds of nastiness and hate. why is the twitter app still up. all the hate you see on facebook. the left understands. judge jeanine: i don't think anyone disagrees with you that they are treating the right differently from the left. but i guess the question is, what is their goal here? is it to not have a republican party? >> yeah, this is no different than what happens in other tow tall tearian regimes. -- in other totalitarian regimes. if you don't have the ability to communicate you can't win the battle of ideas.
4:17 pm
there is essentially no media out here in california that is even covering the fact that newsome can't deliver a damn vaccine out here. when you have state-run media and state-controlled social media platforms, you keep the people stupid so they never get educated. so you have a party that continues to win. this is about the left and the socialists and the democrats winning elections. we won't be able to win an election as a republican party if we don't have a social platform. judge jeanine: congressman, i have 30 seconds left. jim comey just yesterday stated that the republican party has to be burnt to the ground in some form or fashion. quickly, what's your reaction to that? >> james comey and his fbi and still fbi agents that are still
4:18 pm
there today, they have done a good job of burning down 9 republican party. they would know. they have been trying to do it for five years. what the american people are waiting for and republicans are waiting for is for john durham to indict these guys and throw them in jail. judge jeanine: a lot of people have a lot of questions on that. congressman devin nunes, thanks for being us tonight. still ahead. pete hegseth, dennis prager and tomi lahren and more. what do the democrats have in store to punish parler and intimidate other free speech advocates. dave rubin joins me next. new advil dual action with acetaminophen fights pain in two ways. advil targets pain at the source... ...while acetaminophen blocks pain signals.

>> how are we going to almost deprogram these people who signed up for the cult of trump? judge jeanine: what an unbelievably offensive statement from katie couric. they want to deprogram people by cutting off their social media.
4:23 pm
first google and apple delisted parler from their app stores, then amazon cut their servers. now the government is trying to blame parler for the violence on january 6. joining me now to talk about these blatant intimidation tactics. host of the rubin report, dave rubin. what do you think of these tactics? am i wrong? >> no, you are not wrong. this stuff re-lated to big tech censorship is the issue of our time period. if we cannot communicate fairly and equally as everyone else, and if people like katie couric want people like you and i deprogrammed. when she talks about deprogramming and everything
4:24 pm
that come out of the right or conservatives is misinformation or disinformation. that's 80 million people she is talking about. for all of us who are right leaning we try to battle ideas and not silence people. just today i trended number one for the first time on twitter because i said something about my good friend and mentor larry king. may can kelly trended today because they were calling her racist. these tools have become vile machines of leftist democrat propaganda. we better start building stuff. they are coming for us and there is no one here to save us. judge jeanine: i understand we need to start building stuff. but where are the people who
4:25 pm
should understand that the first amendment and free speech is inviolate. unless you are saying there is fire in a crowded theater or imminent threat, something like that, this is what makes america unique. i am not hearing anyone from the academic world saying free speech is essential. it's why we are america. i get what we have got to do to get there now. i think this young generation has been trained to believe that if it hurts them, we shouldn't say sit. >> the simple answer to this is academics have been completely brainwashed by the kids. there is a chicken and egg theory. whether it was the academic class that tricked the kids or the kids tricked the academic class. this is the failure of liberalism. i wrote a book defending classical liberalism.
4:26 pm
but this is a failure of liberalism that's so tolerant that it will allow every bad idea in. the idea of critical race theory, the idea of identity politics. ideas that are count tore everything that america is all about. so look, is twitter coming for your free speech isn't purely the government doing it. but we know there are plenty of contacts with the government. and when they can coordinate to take the president out, then who is more powerful, is it big tech or is it the government. judge jeanine: the big tech definitely. as congressman devin nunes just seemed to indicate big tech censorship, republicans are going to have a hard time winning if they can't communicate with each other. it's almost the elimination of

certain parties who believe in what conservatives and republicans believe in. >> let me give you the silver lining, judge. any organization whether it's the government or a tech company that allows the idea that identity politics in and terrible ideas of equity instead of requality in. it will not hire people based on qualifications, and ultimately the product will fail. i look forward to the day twitter fails and facebook fails and youtube fails. all of them. i believe somebody perhaps somebody i'm talking to right now is going to make an announcement at the end of the show, if i'm not mistaken. judge jeanine: yes, i am. >> there are ways if you keep fighting and i inowe vaight. judge jeanine: and supporting each other. dave rubin, thanks so much.

paris agreement under plans being developed for this year's u.n. climate sum tonight glasgow. joining me to skits, pete hegseth. what's going on with this paris climate accord and what it's about to do to our children. >> we know climate change is the religion of the left. al goirs their pope. and the most powerful place to do that is not just in the halls of u.n. and the congress. it's in the classrooms with the next generation of kids. they agreed to a global keep that encourages governments to accept compulsory education not to just educate kids, but turn them into public participants, meaning activists for the cause for which they have been indoctrinated in those schools.
4:35 pm
joe biden with his globalist agenda they will start to usher that in. education is the most powerful tool of the left. that's why they got rid of the 1776 commission. now they bringing in the climate change to deconstruct the pro america capitalist energy independent country that we have to put us in a global climate scheme. judge jeanine: it makes no sense. shouldn't parents have some input even in the public schools as to what is being taught. if you take out the 1776 program out. but leaving the 1619 program that says we are racist and clonist occupiers. now this is how you object to what the government is doing that is not left enough. what can parents do about this? >> well, they need to wake up
