10:00 pm
>> tucker: that's so deep. great to see you. we'll be back tomorrow.or thank you, mark. the enemy that's the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness, and groupthink. sean hannity next. thank you. >> sean: this is a fox news alert. welcome to "hannity." tonight, the unconstitutional schiff show, if you haven't been watching the proceedings, didn't miss much. so far house impeachment managers played a heavily edited clip of president trump from january 6th and of course they conveniently left out the part where he told the crowd to peacefully, patriotically let your voice be heard. now the impeachment managers want you i to believe that it wasn't just the presidents january 6th speech that decided the "insurrection," their
10:01 pm
favorite word today. they were arguing that his prior comments about voter fraud, election integrity, and his belief that the election was stolen also caused the insurrection. all right. if that'ss their new argument, tonight we hold them to the same standard. which brings us tonight to exhibit. that is exposing today's hypocrisy. this in the case of former george or a gubernatorial candidate stacey abrams come with the longtime democrat pivotal in driving turned out in the 2020 presidential election, also the senate runoffs. george's dopey governor and attorney general, they can learn a lot from her ability to organize on a statewide level. she herself fights for what she believes in.ct she works extremely hard. frankly i respect that. in 2018, abrams lost her race for governor and despite the fact that she lost by over 50,000 votes, she refused to concede to.
Check
10:02 pm
she said the election was "stolen." she told the voters that she actually won. take a look. >> this is not a speech of concession because concession means to recognize and act as c right, true, and proper. as a woman of conscious i cannot conceive that. >> will i say this voting was not a disenfranchisement of thousands of voters? i will not say that. >> i think it was stolen from the people of georgia. >> we had this little election in 2018 per despite the final tally and the inauguration and the situation we find ourselves in, i do have one very affirmative statement to make. we won. >> sean: sound familiar? is that in incitement to insurrection? to this day over two years later, abram still refuses to
10:03 pm
concede. she said democracy failed georgia, that mistakes clearly altered the outcome of the election bit even claimed there were tens of thousands of examples of voter suppression, fraud, abuse, and that this was not of free or fair election. take a look. >> was the georgia election statewide a free and fair election? >> it was not a free and fair election. we had thousands of georgians purged from the roles wrongly. it was not fair to the thousands who would be forced and wrong lines because there were polling places that were under resourced, or worse, they had no to becauseces to go more than 300 had been closed. it was not fair to the thousands that were put on hold with the registrations. it was not fair to those who filled out absentee ballots and depending on the counter you send it to, it was either counted or not counted assuming you received itin in time. >> sean: did anyone in the media say she was a liar, did anyone say this was insurrection
10:04 pm
language? according to abrams, she is a rifle governor of georgia. have democrats, the media ever accuse stacey abrams of inciting insurrection? as anyone on the left even criticized her claims? of course not. while abramsam refuses to accept the results in georgia, dozens of other top democrats also refused to this day to accept the results in 2016 emma and that includes hillary clinton herself. after her humiliating loss, she challenged the legitimacy of the results, 2017 she called donald trump in an illegitimate president. in 2019, she said she would beat him again in 2020. take a look. >> i believe he knows that he is an illusion and president. he knows that there were a bunch of different reasons why the election turned out the way it did. t as i've been telling candidates
10:05 pm
who have come to see me, you can run the best campaign come you can become the nominee, and you can have the election stolen from you. i do think he knows that he's an illegitimate president. [applause] and because of that... >> he is. he's very insecure of that. >> it could be again once not on the level. >> sean: as anybody in the democratic party, the media mob, that they have a problem with hillary clinton's rhetoric that she would incite insurrection but how aboutt august of last ye year when hillary told joe biden not to concede the election under any circumstances? take a look. >> joe biden should not concede under any circumstances because i think this is going to drag out and eventually i do believe he will win. if we do not give an inch, and we are as focused and relentless
10:06 pm
as the other side. >> sean:re "do not concede under any circumstances." are democrats going to hold her accountable by this statement, are they going to feign outrage as they always do? how about nancy pelosi, 2017? speaker pelosi tweeting "our election is hijacked. no question. a few months later, the corrupt congenital compromise liar adam schiff said he had ample evidenceom that donald trump colluded with russia to steal the election. we all know now that that was a complete lie and a conspiracy theory. of course just last year, impeachment manager jamie raskin, that guy shared a politically charged conspiracy theory that republicans were going to take away america's voting rights andca civil rights and health care and tweeting "we must fight --" this sounds familiar! t "fight like hell to stop this assault on health care and the constitution."
10:07 pm
sounds like donald trump. sounds like what they are all outraged about. another impeachment manager eric swalwell, when he's not hanging out with his chinese spy girlfriend, he also declared he would like to "fight like hell." it's an impeachable offense to tell americans to fight like hell, right? will they now be impeached? will they not recuse themselves for making that argument as they are trying to do in the u.s. senate? keep in mind, 2017, remember the deranged bernie sanders man lawmakersrepublican on that baseball field? he shot multiple people? steve scalise almost died that day in the lead up to the mass shootings, the gunman contacted his congressionals office ten times with complaints about the republicans' vote on health care. an angry mob of democrats surrounded, attacked senator rand paul and his wife after the r and c. rioters showing up at
10:08 pm
senator josh hawley's front door where they harassed his wife and his young baby. others targeted the home of senator lindsey graham, the home of mitch mcconnell was targeted and vandalized. he was confronted in a restaurant. in may, a massive crowd of far left agitators attempted to breach the white house. next door, the historic st. john's church on fire.d what happened at the white house was only one example of what was a wave of summer violence and riots and that left at least 30 americans dead. injured thousands of police officers. a federal courthouse was attacked for weeks on end. a police precinct literally burned to the ground. others occupied. businesses in dozens of cities looted, vandalized, lit ablaze. retired police captain, david dorn was murdered protecting one of those businesses in st. louis. remember horace lorenzo anderson
10:09 pm
jr.? his father was on the show? he was murdered in the chaz-shop summer of love spaghetti potluck dinners owned in seattle. last night's riots left a wake of devastation and most democrats, most in the media did not care. some even condoned, some supported the so-called demonstrations. they wouldn't call them riots. they lied it to our face and said, it was mostly peaceful. kamala harris on top of everything she said, promoting a bail fund for one violent offender freed from jail twice just because of this fund was arrested for a third time. when is kamala harris going to be held responsible? when will any of the democrats be held responsible for the h violent rhetoric, there conspiracy theories, the lies, the hoaxes, because of donald trump, guilty of inciting insurrection by saying the exact same thing as stacey abrams and
10:10 pm
hillary clinton? there are dozens of other democrats who should be held to the exact same standard. in fact, we noticed that during their arguments this week, the democrat impeachment managers, you know, two of what you said "fight like hell" could be easily talking about members of their own party. watch this. >> he was impeached for inciting armed violence against the united states of america. >> you tell them they are not welcome! >> donald trump, the president of united states ordered the crowd to march on congress. and so the crowd marched. >> go up and get up in the face of some congresspeople. he made statements lauding insipid sizing with the insurrectionist's. >> everyone be aware. they are not going to stop. they are not going to stop before election day in november and they are not going to stop after election day.
10:11 pm
>> his rhetoric was dangerous and going to result in deadly violence. that's what makes this soso different. >> the people are going to turn on them here they are going to protest, they are apsley going to >> to fight, to stop the steal. >> stand up and fight for the best of who we are. and i'm prepared to fight and i know how to fight. >> the violence is what he deliberately encourage. >> if i were in high school, i would take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him. >> he told them how, where, and when. >> we are going to keep fighting and fighting and fighting. >> he didn't condemn the violence. >> they go low, we kicked them. >> he incited it further. >> i will go and take trump out tonight. >> sean: "i will go and take trump out tonight."
10:12 pm
imagine if somebody said that about biden. let me make one thing clear: we believe every individual is responsible for their own actions and their own decisions. i did not blame bernie sanders on this program. i went out of my way not to blame him for the fact that one of his supporters was violent against those people playing on the ball field. but if the new standard is set by the democratic party, all of the people you just heard would beul guilty of inciting insurrection. basedds on their own words that they presented today. but theyem will never hold themselves accountable ever. that you can depend on. the democrats, rules do not apply to them. it's the same thing. "fight, fight, fight woes will come they use the exact same words. oh, words that could be used as "insurrection. they defend that also. the hypocrisy is breathtaking but with the reaction, california congressman devin
10:13 pm
nunes, ohio congressman jim jordan. i have nothing in common with these two medal of freedom winners, but i wish i did. quite not deserving. you guys, congratulations. well deserved by the of you. you always say something, i always take notets when you sayt pure the facts never change. we said thatt on a lot of issue. in this case, the facts never changed either. >> there are four principles and four facts bear this is unconstitutional, no due process afforded to the president, certainly does grave harm to your first amendment free-speech rights and it doesn't unify the country as joe biden said he wanted to do just a couple of weeks ago. the four facts that never change, how does a president incite a breach of the capital one pipe bombs were found ahead of time, when capitol police ask for additional help, they asked for the national guard to be there, and when the presidents pacifically said. fourth and most important, specifically said peacefully and
10:14 pm
patriotically make your voices heard. four principles, four facts will not change no matter how much video the democrats show and no matter how long they talk, those things are fundamental and the american people i think instinctively understand those key concepts and key facts. >> sean: i love taking their words and applying to their fellow democrats and the things they argue. another big argument. a side because additional one which by the way we cannot ignore, the lack of jurisdiction which is pivotal to me, that is we now know that the fbi knew. we know that they had intelligence. we know there were numerous respects down the request by the chief of police, the capital police for the national guard to be called in. six separate requests. we know congressmansi a ocasio-cortez nous a week in advance. she said she was being told this was coming.. the fact is that the fbi knew, investigators knew. they did nothing. okay.o the big question is not only are we goingf to get to the bottom f that but if they knew ahead of time, doesn't this blow this
10:15 pm
wholehe spontaneous incitement o insurrection out of the water? this whole argument? speak with a way to look at it, sean, they just don't have any evidence pure they haven't had any evidence for five years. they corrupted our intelligence agencies. we just didn't impeachment a year ago. in the same thing holds true today. we should know exactly how many people entered that capital.he we should have an idea of actually who wasy breaking the windows. we should actually interview all of those people and say, did you talk toou donald trump, did you talk to anybody in the white house? i think that is what jim is talking about, having due process. what's really happening here isl you've got the radical left that's in total control of the government now, they do not want donald trump to win. they fear his rallies, they fear that 74 and a half million people voted for donald trump. that is what's really going on here. the rest of the america is wondering why can't we get the vaccine for example in the state of california? why is joe biden promising
10:16 pm
something donald trump already a was doing, a million vaccines per day. they are looking at this circus, you went through the hypocrisy of the house impeachment managers. this is like the b-team. they say crazy things, they are conspiracy theorist. jim and i know, we had to work with them every day for the last many years at a religiously attacked republicans and the p president. >> sean: not enough money to pay me to do that job. i would agree. need multiple medals of freedom for that. okay. i played the words to congressman jordan of stacey abrams. i played the words of hillary clinton. they sound eerily similar to those of donald j. trump. as a matter of fact, almost identical. and then you see the fawning media reaction, which makes me think, wow, they have a breathtaking double standard and rank hypocrisy, like on most issues. >> it's what americans hate
10:17 pm
most, sean pure they are allowed to say that the election was stolen. they are allowed to say "fight like hell," they are allowed to have things given with their families, we are not allowed tod have thanks given with ours. nancy pelosi is allowed to walk around the metal detector that we have to walk through. americans are so sick of this. in the language you talk about her democrats last summer? democrat members of the congress that there needs be more unrest in the streets while there was unrest in the streets and somehow that's not incitement? but when the president says peacefully make your voice heard,oi they are going to impeh him? this is what americans so despise. a lot of things they had aboutth this town through the hate when we spend their money on crazy things. but what they mostly hate is the hypocrisy and double standard that the elite in this town get to have. there is a wall around the capital to protect the politicians but we can't secure the border to protect the country question mike that's what ticks americans off more than anywhere else and that's why they still appreciate president trump. american families seeing as devin said this crazy circus of
10:18 pm
impeachment. >> sean: i'm a little bit torrent, congress min nunez, we had to get back to the people's business, but on the other hand i'd like to call joe and kamala, chuck, hillary clinton, stacey abrams, a bunch of other people so we can really dig down deep into what the definition of incitement and insurrection means, what it is, so you can present a case that -- well, we have to have an equal application of our laws and standard. i think that would be fundamental. h pure which a little difficult when you have pat leahy he who calls conviction for presiding over the proceedings. >> the way that i see this, sean, the social media platforms are some of these who have been banned, some of these new upstarts can get back and going, we are going to get good information out to the american people again. look, here's what's going to happen. if we start to get good
10:19 pm
information out to the american people, republicans have a good chance of taking control of the house in 2022. if that happens, and let's, for example, we don't know what's going to happen to hunter biden's laptop. don't know what's going to happen with the door him of investigation durum investigation, but there will be a chance to impeach bid. >> sean: o... >> you'll have people who are t going to be saying that. we are going to be asked to take members of their committees. so all the members, every one of those managers that you played, the attacks on members of congress that they were advocating for, every day in one of those guys should be removed from their committee in two years. that's where we are heading if the american people don't stand up to this nonsense. >> sean: it's now up to the senate. let's see what they do. congrats again to both of you. devin nunes, thank you. here now, the host of "justice,"
10:20 pm
judge jeanine pirro, legal analyst gregg jarrett. let's go to the double standard glaring, but on the legality of the constitution, judge? >> it's not there. it's absently not there. if you want to talk about political theater, first of all the fact that there isn't even a judge, the supreme justice of the supreme court sitting there, you've got some one who was a senator who is going to rip this because i mowed robe off and jumped down and vote as a jurort absurd. in addition to that, you've got a snap impeachment where there is no indictment, no bill in particular. there is no incitement of insurrection and ultimately what they are doing as they are taking a private individual after he leaves office seeking to impeach him from a job that he's already left, and based
10:21 pm
upon free speech, political rhetoric that both sides have used while the country is t looking for vaccinations, help from the pandemic, trying to get their kids in school, and border patrol officers are telling us that they feel their hands are being handcuffed by thes administration, we've got all kinds of problems. this is political theater that will go nowhere, that has got no beef to it. it's not incitement to riot, it's not incitement to insurrection, whatever that is, it's a nothing burger. >> sean: your legal analysis, gregg jarrett?ac >> this is a problem with impeachment. we saw it yesterday, saw it again today. it is an inherently political exercise masquerading as a legal one. this bears noo resemblance to fairness and justice that must be dispensed in a trial. there are no rules of that. if there is no standard of proof, there's no adherence to
10:22 pm
the law and justice. as a consequence, you get these cleverly edited videotapes that would never be allowed in a court of law. over and over again, democrats played the words of donald trump and they can conceal the exculpatory evidence. the most of all, trump telling the crowd to act "patriotically and peacefully," to let theirns voices be heard, not their fists or weapons. nowhere did the president meet the definition of on the incitement that he didn't encourage the crowd to breach security, to attack police, to threaten lawmakers, to engage in acts of violence and destruction. none of that! if this were a real trial, democrats would actually have to present evidence of incitement. but they can't present it because it doesn't exist. and today, they accused trump. they say trump should be convicted because he was wrong when he told his supporters that
10:23 pm
the election was stolen. in america, i have news for democrats, you have the rights to be wrong and the right to express wrong beliefs. >> sean: he was echoing the comments of stacey abrams and hillary.la almost identical. thank you both. judge, thank you. thank you, greg. coming up, democrats playing double standard, full display with this impeachment schiff sham show, lindsey graham weighs in. later on, he's fired up. k how do i know? i've talked to him. the great one mark levin straight ahead. everyday smiles event new patients get a full exam & set of x-rays with no obligation. no insurance? no worries, it's free. plus, now all patients can get 20% off their treatment plan. find every reason to smile. every day at aspen dental.

10:26 pm
10:27 pm
>> sean: now once again the democrats' i >> sean: once again, the democrats' impeachment of the session has backfired on capitol hill because as we
10:28 pm
showed you tonight, the violent reckless rhetoric over the past four yearsve violates their own standards. they themselves would be guilty of inciting insurrection and furthermore the only way the democrats can make their case against donald trump is to deceptively, as they have been, editing his remarks and lying about what he actually said on january 6th. this impeachment trial is devoid dof facts, devoid of any compelling evidence, devoid of any constitutional basis. here to react to all of it, south carolina senator lindsey graham. if you compare the words that we played of stacey abrams and hillary clinton and you c intersperse the comments of the managers with the insurrectionist language of the left, guess what? it suits perfectly, fits perfectly, doesn't it? >> i hope the defense team is watching your show. let me tell your viewers, the not guilty vote is going by the
10:29 pm
day for the presentation by the house manager's offensive ends absurd. we all know what happened that the capital was terrible. i hope everybody involved that broke into the capitol goes to jail. i i do not remember any of these house managers saying a thing when they were trying to break into my house and going after susan collins and spitting on all of us. if this is a problem for a politician, to give the speech that president trump did, then kamala harris has a real problem because she actively engaged in bailing out rioters. here's what i would suggest. if you are a politician trying to raise bail, your inciting more riots but here's something that nobody's talking about that is td important. if there is preplanning, there is no incitement. do you agree with that? >> sean: yes, sir. you asked me? p >> yeah, i'm asking you. people say i didn't pay attention today?
10:30 pm
they are wrong. the managers have got this cockamamie idea, absurd theory that donald trump was monitoring the proud boys website and other far right websites and he and dance could be known knew that this was going to happen and they encouraged it. that is looney tunes. do you know why they are saying that? because if the presidentntt didt know,t he's guilty. for the first time today they are trying to create a story line that donald trump was in on it before it happened, that he was monitoring the proud boys and other crazy websites, and he knew that they were going to washington with violence on their mind, and he encouraged it. that is beyond bizarre. this is not evidence, this is a liberal, democratic and novel being as evidence. >> sean: i'm watching all this and applying the standards of the democrats are using in this case.
10:31 pm
they are saying the president challenging election results, hillary clinton still nevero accepted to this day that she lost the donald trump. same with stacey abrams down in georgia. the reason i think -- you tell me if i'm wrong, that they have to go backwardsse to lay the foundation is because the exact words of the president did not incite violence nor did anybody ever. now that we know that people were plotting, planning, skiing. >> can i say something right quick. new evidence makes you say that. the only way they make this bizarre story line that trump was in on it along with dan's covino that wenow know that without any witness is that the fbi and the capitol hill police actually now understand that this was preplanned, they were planting bombs the night before. the whole story line, that
10:32 pm
donald trump caused this by his speech has been falling apart due to good law enforcement activity. here's what i want to know. what did nancy pelosi know and when did she know it. if this was widely known by the fbi and capitol hill police, that people were planning to come to washington before the sixth to create violence. i want to know if she knew about that. the whole story line originally was trump created this from a speech. now we know that the people had this on their mind before he ever spoke, so they are playing this bizarre game of trying to get trump in on it before january the 6th. this is why you don't want to have snapped impeachments. evidence really does matter. >> sean: evidence does matter because it's now coming in. walk us through the rest of the process here because you get 16 hours to prosecute the case, the president's lawyers, they don't need 16 hours. i think they should do it in two, three, four max. walk us through. what happens?
10:33 pm
>> here's what i would do. i would take all your videos. literally you have got democratic politicians being silent or encouraging acts of violence. you've got the sitting vice president, u.s. senator telling people that they are not going to stop, they shouldn't stop and tryingg toer bail him out. if i was the trump team, i would expose the hypocrisy here and i would go after the argument that it was preplanned and the idea is that the president was in on it is absurd. this thing is collapsing before their eyes and the not guilty vote is growing. it'll be over by sunday, i hope, for the good of the country. >> sean: the constitutional argument, it was preplanned, meaning that he couldn't incite it. and the rhetoric of the left. he's fired up. the great one mark levin reacts today two of this impeachment.
10:34 pm
don't go away. trails to be trampled; fish to be caught. the great outdoors are wide open and they're calling us like never before. in these trying times, we need nature more than ever. we need nature to remind us that like a sunrise or the turning of the tides, these challenges will pass. we need nature to help us heal and reconnect with the ones we love the most. so when you can, get back to nature. get back to each other. we're here for you.

10:36 pm
10:37 pm
10:38 pm
>> sean: make no mistake. >> sean: make no mistake, what's happening in the senate, the sewer, theater with rank hypocrisy. here with more, the host of life, liberty, here on the fox news channel, radio syndicated host mark levin. this is your wheelhouse. you've got seven and a half minutes. >> first of all, we are watching one of the stupidest events by the stupidest people in american history and history will fix this. a man who slept with a chinese
10:39 pm
spy is one of the house managers. charley raskin one of the loudest opponents in the past recent elections of certifying electors. we have a political party that cheered on antifa and black lives matter and called federal law enforcement stormtroopers. here they are bringing this soviet style case against the president of the united states. have there ever been this many stupid members of senate in your life, none of them walk out and say, i'm not going to put his bait and something so unconditional? let me show you how preposteroui this is. where is the video of donald trump over and over again supporting law enforcement? and law and order? where are the videos of the police groups endorsing donald trump for president of the united states? they didn't show that. we have an insurrection? it's a weird thing. we have mark meadows, the former
10:40 pm
chief of staff of the foreign president on national tv on sunday, maria bartiromo's program, saying president of the united states trump made available 10,000 national guardsmen to washington, d.c., in early january. let me get this straight, raskin. so the president of united states was leading t ans militia, an insurrection, against the very national guardsmen he called up? does that make sense to anybody? that doesn't make sense to anybody. why would they wait until january 6th to have this insurrection? well, they were going to count the electors. if you're going to lead an insurrection, you don't care they are counting electors or not? in fact, they had and started counting the electors when this "insurrection" again, this attack on the capitol building. let me tell you something about the the other stooges on the left is inadmissible in any court in
10:41 pm
america, in any advanced society. they have no reliable information, no relevant guide of any kind to anything period. all it is is inflammatory. affidavits signed by defendants that are drawn up by their lawyers making these generalizations. yes, i committed crimes because i thought donald trump was directing me -- it didn't matter!m. they could save the tooth fairy directed them. they have no relevance, that would be mp inadmissible with the court of law. donald trump's spent months raising the illegitimacy of this election. stolen election, allegations of fraud. that absently has no legal relevance either. if it did, we should take some crime tape and wrap it around the whole capitol building and apply it to every member of the house and senate. but even more than that! does anybody remember the post office was underfunded,
10:42 pm
anybody remember the disappearance of mailboxes? anybody remember how the democrats in the media were saying donald trump is going to suppress the vote in black and minority communities? lebron james -- remember all of that? setting the stage so if donald trump won reelection the claim that it was illegitimate?c the russia collusion crowd is back! the liars, the pathological liars are back just because they are dressed up as congressmen and senators doesn't much matter. what is lacking here? all the talk, video, what's lacking? evidence. where is the evidenceha that donald trump met with a single one of these individuals or groups? there is no evidence. where is the evidence that anything he said in the speech resulted in an attack on the article. th lindsey graham said it was in "the new york times" of all places, this was all preplanned. the fbi knew it might be coming. they were ticked off about it. there were many questions. what the hell did the epi i i kw and when did they know it? we know the sergeant of arms in
10:43 pm
the house was told by the former chief of the capitol police, you better get some national guardsmen here. whatat did he do? nothing. did he tell nancy pelosi? that would be a good question. not only that, that sergeant of arms in the senate was told! who does that person report to? he reported to mcconnell! what did mcconnell know? what did they do? seems like the only person who called up the national guard for potential use was donald trump and nobody else. so what else. we are to believe that donald trump was going to spend -- we are to believe that donald trump was planning day after day for months after months according to these house managers and insurrection right in front of our faces? we just didn't know it! here's the thing. the problem is let me read you some language. let me m read you some language and ask you. i wrote an example of language that i think might be insightful
10:44 pm
insight-ful and incendiary. i want to tell you, you have released the whirlwind. you won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions. what if donald trump said that? then they may have a pointer donald trump didn't say that. that's what chuck schumer said onem the steps of the supreme court of the united states. he said, i want to tell you, pelosi -- i want to tell you, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. you won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions. so raskin, the other stooges, you think that's pretty insightful? it's very insightful. one otheran thing. they stormed the capital, overturn thene results of the election? they didn't votete in? cnn did a little bit of a review of some of these people who have been charged with crimes. do you know what they found out? a bunch of them never voted. what's happening here in the united states senate is a
10:45 pm

10:52 pm
for a lot of people. but i think he got this one wrong. but i was so happy to see leadership finally step into play, no, we are going to do the right thing and play the national anthem. >> sean: leo, a lot of people fought, bled, died for our liberties and freedom, they fought under that flag, and the flag was still there. a heavy price was paid -- we can all have political differences. can we all agree that this countryy allows us to right wrongs, correct injustices, we've come far and we have far to go? >> that's absolutely correct or what mark cuban did is appeasement to millionaires, prominently minorities -- millionaires enjoy the greatest of this country. the nba, sean, is a left-wing socialist sports organization. economically they are in bed

with china, they support black lives matter, and they are talking about social injustice! millionaire, if they really care about social justice, let's work on black on black crime, let's start working on school choice. but these millionaires are being victims and i find it insulting, this argument of systemic discrimination which the nfl said does not exist! who is as big a bogeyman whost implemented systemic discrimination? it does not exist in america because of that flag, because people have sacrificed and gave a lot for this country. >> sean: maybe i'm a little old-fashioned. i like the pledge and i like national anthem. it's a reminder of who we are. but sports is the area where... it seems to us to transcend race. i like -- a lot of people pray, both teams. the fans, i do not think they are thinking about the race of players that they love and

idolize, are they? >> they are not thinking about that at all. when you talk about teams, there is a team, not me. when you talk about me, you only talk about yourself. leo is correct. i think what'ss happening right now is we've gotten spoiled. we've gotten spoiled, forgot about all the blessings we have in this great country we are in, america, that we are not fighting for america and that's what we need to do right now. everybody needs to stop for a moment and think about that you've got to write for america, put america first, not saying for any country down, but what i'm saying is you have to a put america first and you can help someone outside of that. right now, we become a country that all the wealthy people, the millionaires are now saying that america is bad. all the leaders in washington saying america is bad, the working man in the working woman is paying the price with their lives, they are w paying the pre with their livelihood by losing their business and i'm going to be a working man on this.
