locked down more than they needed to. what this bill does is not only give money to states based on population but an added calculation based on unemployment and new york and california with much higher unemployment rates have more money than states like florida and georgia because they've done things responsibly like reopen. when you look at giving money back to schools to help them reopen the problem is they have until 2028 to spend this money, like 2027, not helping coronavirus today. helping kids get back into classrooms today. the third part of this bill which is a complete travesty gives money to bridges from buffalo to canada, money for underground railroad's in silicon valley. silicon valley has so much money they can take people off of their social media accounts. they should be able to do it themselves but it is in his spending bill and it is a trash bill all the way around.

todd: the key parts of the bill as they were laid out, stimulus $6465 billion, unemployment checks 350 billion, state and local government aid, $350 billion, higher education $170 billion, tackling the vaccine $160 billion, small business relief $50 billion. you did a great job laying out what your problems are with this but based on what i laid out, what is hidden that the american public hasn't necessarily heard? that is in there as well? >> those are the things that are terrible. 9% of this bill goes to coronavirus vaccines, helping us get over the pandemic. the democrats have not changed their ideology or agenda when it comes to this bill. they've not looked at the actual science or what is happening in our economies. they haven't realized 50 million vaccinations, we are seeing case

house democrats that since cable tv company letters asking why they carry conservative news channels. what is your reaction to that. with cancel culture everywhere, we are in a world where a lot of people feel their voices are being silenced it makes a lot of questions why we are canceling so much and not hearing what people say? >> it is letters like this why so many americans don't trust the left and anytime you put the left in power they do crazy things like this. going to a cable operator wondering why they are carrying networks like yours are other networks is absolutely draconian. it is a silencing effect. they are out of line and should be censured for what that letter said. this is ridiculous. this is the united states of america. we do not go to cable corporations and send letters asking why they are carrying certain channels over other channels. it is outrageous, should never be tolerated.

todd: i want to bring you in here. the goal of juvenile court, it is not punishment. that is emblazoned on everything they do. how cruel is it to felicia that the goal of gascon is rehabilitation when it should be punishment? just looking at this as an outsider this individual can't be rehabilitated, for killing two young girls. >> absolutely the california law allows for district attorney's office to use discretion and ask the court to treat a juvenile as an adult and because this particular person was only one month shy of his birthday the district attorney's office after the crime occurred filed the motion to ask to be heard in

adult course and the motion was pending for the last two years but because gascon's policy which is a blanket policy which does not allow prosecutorial discretion, on an individual basis for prosecutors in this case were forced to withdraw that motion. we argued against that, the judge might make an exception and a hearing to decide whether the defendant should go or stay in juvenile court. the judge did not believe he had the power to do that, and it was up to the district attorney's discretion. that was very disappointing for the family. devastating really. jillian: keep us updated on your end. i hope your grandchild continues to see butterflies because of
