tonight surrounding andrew cuomo's burgeoning sexual harassment scandal as we are now learning that the new york state attorney general is reviewing a letter from republican state senators asking for a full investigation. in all fairness, this effort all started because a democrat, not republicans in the state of new york. by the way, all because even left-wing hollywood now is beginning to turn on the man they gave their me two. at the "times," the group released a statement calling for a full-fledged investigation as a reporting that governor cuomo are denying the allegations, ask yourself, where is the entire i believer caucus, where are the rest of the i believer the ones who rushed to judgment and gave no due process to justice kavanaugh who, by the way, reportedly said, she hasn't even read the complaint against

cuomo. of course. the cuomo scandal is also a media scandal. major networks have largely ignored both the nursing home cover-up and the sexual harassment allegations. look at fake news cnn, finally cover the allegations for a near 96 seconds while totally ignoring it during the prime time hours. but compare that to their endless never ending hysteria of unfounded allegations against justice kavanaugh and donald trump your every second, minute, hour of every day. look at these two headlines right there on your screen. look at the one from september 2018. woman accuses kavanaugh of assault in letter to senator. compare that to headline from thursday. "cuomo denies former harassment allegations. slight difference in coverage. do you see the abusive bias? a lot of these fake news channels covered up cuomo's nursing home scandal for months and months, refusing to take it

literally the admission of a cover up. a new york democrat ron kim echoed by others. and four just recently now, this allegation of sexual misconduct by lindsay boylan. this is not an allegation that comes from 40 years ago, this is something that happened relatively recently. so as far as scandals go, to use a baseball term, this one hits for the cycle. but because there is a deed to governor cuomo's name, he gets a pass by most of the media and by particular ac and then and means disregard, nothing to see here. that's a direction of duty because this is absolutely a huge national story. >> sean: what amazes me, miranda, okay, the i believe hers. the i believer caucus. i took the position that justice kavanaugh, we need more facts. he deserves the presumption of innocence.

message to iran. president trump led with these strikes, a doctrine that actually worked to stand up for america and our allies. but the whole time he was doing that, you had joe biden, kamala harris, jen psaki who were critical of that, whether it was erratic. they were wrong then. hopefully they are right now, but it's this double standard that you see the hypocrisy, maybe the first hundred days are defined by nothing but hypocrisy whether it's shutting down schools when the sign says to open schools, they sidelined the scientists when they said they'd follow the science is. having john kerry fly around the world on a private jet telling american energy workers have to install solar panels but people are sick and tired of the hypocrisy. it's on full display. hopefully it keeps peace through strength mantra but also needs to recognize that iran is not our friend but do not go back to dealing with iran and giving them the pathway to a nuclear weapon.

usually it's early in their presidency. when donald trump made a very clear, number one, you weren't sure where he was going to go, but our allies worried that he pulled out of nato, he strength in nato by making sure the allies put up their own fair share. he also sent a message to the middle east and the rest when he put the united states embassy in jerusalem. you knew that, they predicted there was going to be violence and there's going to be all kinds of wars and the middle east. what did we get? we got peace agreements, abraham accords in the middle east because people recognize that donald trump is a man of his word, going to follow through, believes in peace through strength but he rebuilt our military and it worked. there will be a test, no doubt, that joe biden gets. i hope he stands up for america and our allies around the world when that day comes. >> sean: dan, you get the last word. >> i think that's absolutely right. president trump had a pretty good foreign policy. small quibbles and disagreements, mostly just at how many troop seed reduce at a
