it's like, i'm not calling you a complete moron, you just act like a complete moron. okay, everything's fine. remember, i have always stated it is fine to call people, individuals, that is, names. it's the branding of people that liberal leaders tend to rely on when they talk about trump voters or gun owners or religious folks they put them into stereotypical boxes. republicans tend to make fun of joe biden. they made fun of nancy. called him crying chuck. it's more about the individual. i can make fun of joe and call him an old coot, but i'm not calling all democrats old coots because i'm an individualist. there's a very obvious problem going on here. if people making the decisions are impervious to the consequences of their decisions, there will never be incentive to stop. when joe said we can keep doing this for another year, he can say that because he doesn't know what that means to the psychology of people who are now

americans neanderthal, then stops. i can see the ad. joe calls you neanderthal, now he wants your vote. how does this help? at least when trump was president, he'd send the governors ppe, vaccines, stimulus checks. what is joe sending texas besides covid immigrants and insults? honestly, dana, you have a situation now where they're sending illegal immigrants through with covid-19 infections and joe biden is calling the governor a neanderthal. it doesn't make any sense to me. here's the issue. if you've been wrong on the florida beach openings, on the travel ban, the who, you've been wrong on shutdowns and school openings. you can't say texas is doing the wrong thing. you can't say that. joe biden right now has to have a little touch around the greens. that's a golf reference, dana.
2:07 pm
he's in a position where he can really get a lot of political credit for this great recovery. it's going to be great. once texas opens 100%, economy gets hot, vaccines come in, that's gonna pay off for joe. but if he comes out against this stuff hard, he's not gonna get any credit. all he has to do is say, i don't like the timing. i'm gonna call governor abbott and talk about this. >> he could pick up the phone and call, rather than calling him a neanderthal or that's neanderthal thinking. what about the governor's point about the covid positive immigrants that were released? >> what i think jen psaki about the facts being wrong. we've got 70,000 americans a day who test positive. this is san attack on the biden administration struggling to deal with what everyone agrees is becoming a difficult situation, crisis or not at the border.
2:08 pm
in response to what my colleague just said, what strikes me is that the president did speak out of frustration. he was specifically attacking two individuals, two governors, who act as if they are defiant by saying, we're gonna open our states. reality is texas is i think in the middle, in terms of daily infection rate, mississippi in the top five. these are not states that are out of trouble, out of any danger. they're putting people's health at risk for their political posturing at the moment saying, oh, we're tough guys. we don't need that. it's not just about masks. it's also about social distancing. you see the big companies in these states are saying, we're going to adhere to social distancing. we're going to adhere to wearing masks, requiring them in our stores. this is what's going on. they shifted the pressure from the state taking responsibility
2:09 pm
to now forcing companies and individuals, restaurant owners to bear the burden of saying to someone, hey, you got to look out for your fellow man. when you look at abbott, he just shifts attention from the fact that his cave man act on the electric grid failed. when it failed, people suffered. now he wants to change the subject altogether, change the conversation. you look at europe. >> got it. >> when europe took off all the protections, what happened? they saw a big spike. so we have to worry about that. that's why the president is frustrated. >> judge pirro? >> look, this isn't about worrying that is it the left, is it the right, is it top, down? this is real simple. the american people know what they need to do to not get covid. if i hear one more time that i have to wash my hands as long as it takes to sing two happy birthdays, i'm gonna shoot
