the homeless crisis? leo: no, i'll tell you why, i live in california i know what is going on let me tell you, homelessness is a big business in california the people in california have tax themselves and real estate developers, construction, lobbyist they have taken the billions and billions of dollars and priced the homeless camps into oblivion it is a business and i'll tell you right now the state is going to recall governor newsom i'm looking for a republican candidate who's going to tackle three issues one, school choice, to regulation and the homeless situation is the third one is not just a homeless issue to the mental health issue and people are being exploited at the risk of taxpayer dollars, help, we need help.

neighborhood is better than unsanctioned encampment and she's waking up to the fact that a lot of the homeless people are even from san francisco there from other places and are using the resources that san francisco has provided them, i don't think this is a humane plan incentivizing this way is never humane. rachel: $61000 why not just give them a real house to stay in. ben: this is a mental health crisis, and opioid crisis it's a crisis in so many different levels but it's not in any way aided by this san francisco approach to this issue as we seen in cities across the country including austin, texas everybody who's adopted the san francisco approach to this has only seen these camps spread become more sources for drug use

and crime they take place across cities and across people's yards and a type of thing in an inducement to increase crime to increase vandalism, increase concern regarding the safety of citizens that is something i think is not the right approach at all we need to be getting people who are in these camps the type of care and comfort that they need weatherby mental health or recovering from the different addictions that they are facing and just allowing these intensities to grow up to become quote unquote villages which they are not is a complete abdication of responsibility by the communities in question. rachel: substance abuse and mental health is a huge problem and that's where we need to start, great points. new yorkers are heading back to movie theaters as covid restrictions are being lifted as

welcome back to the big sunday show, new yorkers are slowly getting back to normal a party movie theaters have reopened throughout the city at 25 percent capacity and moviegoers and they keep social distancing in mind. there assigned seating and strict rules at this next dance, no more self-serve soda fountains. if there are any concessions at all. the big question is would you feel comfortable going to the movies and i know, i would. as a matter fact, i'm probably missing that the most we can't wait to get back. and if there are no concessions, then people can do what they do always we just sneaked canyon. so would you feel comfortable at the movies. >> i would my favorite way to enjoy the movie's first want to take the kids to a movie. so that i can just stay home alone.
