donald trump jr. will respond to all of this. who also have a full report from our crisis, and it is a crisis at our southern border. but first, on saturday without any republican support, the u.s. senate passed their own version of the $1.9 trillion so-called emergency covid relief bill. but unfortunately, this far left a spending spree, socialist spending spree, yeah, has next to nothing to do with the emergency relief. ted cruz, only 9% of the bill is actually dedicated to health care. some, by the way, foreign health care. both of the spending includes a $350 billion budget bailout that will go to irresponsible blue states, compliments of hardworking taxpayers from responsible red states who elect governors and assemblies and senates that actually balance
10:02 pm
their budget, keep taxes low, fund their pensions. yeah, you get the idea. legislation also provides one time a $1400 payment to certain people while many americans will not be eligible. if you are a felon, you will likely qualify for payments from behind bars. this is going to be great for the commissary. this includes convicted murderers by the way. many illegal immigrants could also qualify as well as other noncitizens. and as we had previously reported, hundreds of billions of dollars in this so-called emergency spending bill will not be touched until after 2022. some come until after 2024 and some even as late as 2028. according to joe biden, this bill is really good for our economy, or at least that is what he tried to say. during some rare public remarks, and as always, it goes predictably well, not perfectly.

>> one more thing. the vast majority of economists, left, right, and center, from wall street to the private economic polling initiatives, the economist, as i said, left, right, and center say in addition to the needs of the people, we need this to grow the economy. >> sean: kind of scary when you think putin is watching, hostile regime, kim jong un are watching. what the hell is going on with joe biden? we will update you. we will have an update for the day coming up. earlier, he literally forgot. he forgot the name of his own secretary of defense. i don't know, maybe nobody wrote it down on a special card that he carries with him. he also referred to the pentagon as that outfit over there.
10:04 pm

narrative remains the same. the foreign press is now saying openly that he looks weak and frail and is struggling cognitively. and now it is pretty much every day and every day seems to get worse, atk and worse, and worse. and we are just, well, we are the people that are actually honest and truthful. the rest of the media said it about mccain, set it about reagan. why can't they bring it up your? did you not see what they said to you? he is just so busy he doesn't have time to hold a press conference. are we supposed to believe this? >> when can we expect the president to hold a conference?? >> he took questions twice yesterday, which is an opportunity for people covering the white house to ask him about whatever news is happening on any given day. we look forward to holding a full press conference in the coming weeks before the end of the month but this president came in during an historic crisis, two

historic crisis and i would say that his focus again is on getting recovery and relief to the american people and he looks forward to continuing to engage with all of you.so >> sean jen, you are going to need to circle back with a better alibi than that. i personally, i'm not buying it. too busy? what do you mean by too busy? too busy to have questions with we, the american people? joe, that is part of your job. you are the president. remember?et this is getting embarrassing. keep in mind, every single modern president has given a full on press conference by this point in the presidency. trump, he spoke almost daily to the mob and the media. all previous presidents somehow found the time that joe can't find.ow instead of a press conference on thursday, joe biden apparently will be marking the one-year anniversary of covid shutdowns with what will be a heavily-scripted prime time address. but tonight, we have another anniversary to celebrate.

10:08 pm
to one mask. now he wants you to wear two masks. even after you are vaccinated. that is new. my point is dr. fauci and all the experts have been wrong a lot. he is far from it. now he is playing politics, which is sad.. for months, the same could be said about andrew cuomo. we will have the very latest on his scandal blowing up even bigger tonight as we speak. but first, let's take a look at what the ever so loved by the media mob andrew cuomo has to say about covid-19 around a year ago also. take a look. >> we have the best health care system in the world here. and excuse our arrogance as new yorkers. i speak for the mayor also on this one.he we think we have the best health care system on the planet right here in new york. so, when you are saying what happens in other countries versus what happened here, we don't even think it is going to

10:10 pm
covid-19 patients and the center beds went 80% on use. instead, he freed up space at new york hospitals sending the elderly patients infected with covid right back into nursing homes and ultimately this led to a massive outbreak among new york's most vulnerable population. as a result, the state of new york is one of the highest per capita covid-19 death rates in the entire world. that didn't stop cuomo from writing a book about his tremendous leadership on covid. all the while, he and his top aides, we know, had their executive order in late march last year and by june, they were working to actively cover up the true death toll in the new york's nursing homes. that is pretty disgraceful conduct. we will have more on that coming up. we need to turn our attention to another bill. u.s. senate, you need to check in with your senator.an hr1, we've been warning you about it. this bill, don't listen to the media mob. they are wrong as usual. this will destroy all integrity in future elections.

100,000 in february. you're going to see they'reng averaging between 4,000 and 5,000 a day in villages they're apprehending. there's no doubt this is a crisis. already in the first five months, sean, they apprehended 400,000 trying to illegally enter the country. all of 2020, 458,000. we still have seven months to go and we've already almost exceed what had we had in fy20. >> sean: well, ok, now a lot of this, too, congressman is based on one thing and that's the promise of amnesty and a path to amnesty t, oh, so you're able to vote in three years. how convenient for democrats. is that partly what this is about? >> yeah, look, i don't know how elset to read their intentions t this point. i think democrats used to be with us on basic border security and basic rule of law, but now biden basically refuses to do his duty under the constitution. the constitution says the president is there to enforce laws passed by congress.
10:46 pm
well then you have to enforce section 1325 which says it's illegal to cross the border. look, i was down in roma, texas, andhe i could see behind me the rio grande river. they said every night, you're going to see dozens of rats come across, all people have to do as long as they brought a kid with them is walk across and turn themselves into border patrol and they know they're getting a free bus ticket anywhere they want in the u.s. this is completely unsustainable. >> sean: i was down there in the rio grandee and san diego 14 timesos myself. i've seen it. former president trump fixed it. now. it's wide open again. not good for the country. all right, thank you, both. when we come back, all right, it's the interview everyone is talking about. meghan and harry facing backlash for their tell-all interview with oprah this weekend. it's interesting how people that claim they want privacy and security were, well, going out and talking to oprah. miranda divine and leo terrell have a lot to say on the other side straight ahead. - hi, i'm michael youssef. have you ever experienced the pain of betrayal?
10:47 pm
it hurts when someone abandons you or lies about you, but jesus knows all about that pain, your pain. he was betrayed by all of his friends and yet he forgave them and he will forgive you and heal you when you receive him. when you come to jesus and place your whole trust in him? - [announcer] visit findingtruepeace.com to find out more.

>> sean: last night, prince harry and meghan markel set social media ablaze when markel launched the explosive accusation against the royal family. take a look. >> there's a conversation with you -- >> with harry. >> about how dark your baby is going to be? >> potentially and what that would mean or look like. >> ooh. and you're not going to tell me who had the conversation? >> i think that would be very damaging to them. that was relayed to me from harry. those were conversations that family had with him. >> neither harry nor meghan provided evidence for the allegation and refused to say who allegedly made the remarks. is it all true? i don't have any idea. could it be? of course. it may be as there are ignorant

and racist people in the world.o here with reaction fox news contributor "new york post" columnist miranda devine and civil rights attorney leo 2.0 terrell, fox news contributor. my friend pierce morgan called itself pitying, sanctimonious self-serving oprah wine-a-thon accusations of racism and talk of suicide, i don't even know where to begin.io i don't really pay attention, miranda to the royals too much. >> look, it's a giant soap opera. it's calculated to do great damage to the monarchy and besmirch the heir to the throne, prince charles. he was probably the most damaged and he's been the kindest you can imagine to meghan. they all welcomed meghan into the royal family. harry even admitted that last

night. so at the allegations of racism just don't ring true, because if they didn't want him to marry someone of mixed race, they could have stopped the wedding and excommunicated him. they didn't. and meghan has been shown up to have told so many lies last night all calculated to do damage and cast herself ridiculously as a victim in the middle of a pandemic when they're living in the lap of luxury and making millions of dollars from their netflix deals and pretending they need their privacy when they're selling private details -- yeah. >> sean: that's a great point. if the concern, leo, about privacy and security and they're in a $15 million mansion, why would they go on oprah for the whole world to see that if their prime concern as they said was privacy and security? >>ho it's not -- let me tell you
10:54 pm
what, i'm so insulted by the use of the race card to throw the royals under the bus and for cheap tv ratings. what meghan markel did who is rich, never seen a day of racism, for her to use the race card is an insult to all the victims of the civil rights movement of the 50's and 60's. we just had bloody sunday, the 51st anniversary. she never has seen racism and oprah, all she could do is say, "wow, ooh! " where's the evidence? it's hearsay upon hearsay. they devalued racism and victimization for tv ratings and to throw the riles under the bus. nora evidence, no facts, no witnesses, no pushback by oprah. i think they're business partners because oprah lost all credibility without asking hards questions like the name of the people who made these comments. it's ridiculous. >> sean: last comment,
10:55 pm
miranda? >> very good point there, leo, because i thought oprah did a fantastic job. she's an amazing interviewer. she pulled out a lot of personal information but she should have asked who was the royal who allegedly was complaining about the color of the unborn baby's skin. >> absolutely. >> and i don't believe that story. that was a -- that was -- harry said that happened early on and meghan implied it happened when she was pregnant with archie and was the reason he wasn't going to get a title. not true! >> sean: all right. thank you, both. miranda, thank you. tha leo, thank you. when we come back, yep, a full-on slugfest breaks out in the arizona bath & bodyworks store. it's a brawl. we'll show you next.
