the southern border. the crisis growing worse day by day. biden's chief said the influx of migrants now is set to be the highest number in 20 years. he was saying a week ago, yeah, we don't have a crisis at the border. at least one migrant facility is now operating at over 700% capacity. forget about social distancing and mask-wearing an covid. unaccompanied minors separated from their parents taking turns, sleeping on the floor with foil blankets and clearly taking showers. others, we know are crammed into tents. others crammed into cargo shipping containers. the ones with bars on the window but butterfly pictures on the walls. no cameras have ever been allowed to see them. even abc is reporting that the situation is total mayhem and there are now growing concerns that foreign terrorists and extremists will now take advantage and be slipping into

jonathan, he is live with the very latest. jonathan. >> good evening, sean. as you said, 8 people now reported dead by officials in georgia in three separate shootings. all at massage parlors, all apparently owned, asian-owned. a third of these took place in cherokee county. that is northwest of atlanta. they are, 4 people were killed. then around two hours later, there were two coseparate shootings two different facilities in the buckhead area of atlanta. now, in cherokee county, that is the first one that took place. police say they have arrested a shooting suspect, a 21-year-old man. he has been named by some local media. we have seen a picture of that man, but we have not directly confirmed the identity yet with

the atlanta police. you can see that they did have surveillance camera footage from the cherokee county staff facility and that is why they were able to track down a vehicle that they believe was being driven by the shooter. interestingly, sean, they say that arrests took place some 15. so, if the shootings aren't connected and that is still only a theory, but if they are connected, it would appear that the shooter traveled from somewhere north of atlanta in cherokee county into the city of atlanta itself and then south. and as we say, the top line here, sean, 8 people dead, all that what we believe are asian-owned spas. police say at the moment that they do not know at this point if the three shootings are connected and they do not know if it speaks to an actual motive

in any way. sean? >> sean: all right, we will continue to follow that breaking story tonight. now, also, we now see the very latest with "the new york times" reporting tonight. people close to new york governor, andrew cuomo reportedly plotted how to damage the credibility of accuser and former staffer of cuomo, lindsay boylan when she first came over. she was the first person to come forward with her accusations of harassment from governor cuomo back in december. according to a report, an open letter was even circulated by team cuomo in an effort to discredit her claims and dismissed them as being premeditated and politically motivated. there were schemes to link her up supporters to donald trump and claim the accusation as a ploy for political gain. joe biden was asked about whether cuomo should resign. here was his answer. >> if it confirms the claims of

now we know that we have the numbers. the nursing home deaths were out of control, obviously connected to the executive order. they worked on a cover-up and then worked on a book on leadership and then received an emmy on top of that. also, as you know, we have health care workers are group homes where kids with developmental disabilities, 10,311 workers got covid-19. 32 died. 552 residents at these group homes died with another 6,382 they are. that order still is in place today. when i found that out, i could not believe it. reaction. >> well, it's just a list of things that we have to blame them for. there was an investigation.

all i want right now, sean, is for the investigations to continue. obviously, the me too part of this is important and no woman should ever have to be put in that position. and of course, i know full well above the full voltage administration's fear campaign because i was part of all. but i don't want them to their eye off of nursing homes. we have over 15,000 of our loved ones died because of that executive order of 9,000 infected patients being put into nursing homes and i don't want people to lose sight of that. in the cover-up, the massive cover-up that went on for months, for many months. i was out there. i felt like i was alone talking about this and now there is a chorus of us. and i feel like everyone has to come on board and ask for accountability and keep these
