ford's misstep. '. that's all for tonight. be sure to follow me on facebook, instagram and twitter. "justice with judge jeanine" is next. and remember i'm "watters' world" and this is my world. [♪♪♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. in a moment you will see my exclusive investigation into the growing humanitarian and national security crisis at the u.s.-mexico border. but first let's get to my open. i am just back from a visit to our southwest border with mexico. and i come away with one overarching thought. the united states understood the bind administration as knowingly, intentionally and with due deliberation, surrendered our southern border. it is now open to anyone from
9:01 pm
anywhere in the world who wishes to enter our country. leaving one to wonder whether america is a sovereign nation any more or simply a globalist landing spot. all construction there has come to an abrupt halt. checkpoints are unmanned and border agents rm pulled away from legal duties amid an onslaught of unaccompanied children. what i witnessed is sad and outrageous. sad because of the blood that was shed to create our southern border. sad for the ranch owners whose property is being' temperature and sad for the children who come unaccompanied, and sad for

america who is with little man fair moving her sovereignty. this is no accidents. it's by design. by a president who seems to have lost control of -- control of his faculties and seems to have from day one put america last. trumpeting the end to all court order deportations. they are so weak and disingenuous. that their effort to reverse was do not come now, as opposed to tomorrow. but biden's welcome map goes beyond his statements. the hatred towards donald trump and his policies, there was a concerted effort to reverse anything he did in order to open the borders. when president trump came into office. he fought against all odds to
9:03 pm
get the job done. he understand what else needed to be done. one, after reaching a deal with mexico, migrants were held in mexico while their asylum claims were being considered by us. two, migrants couldn't just mouth credible fear. they had to show why they couldn't move to another city within their own country or another country versus why america? is it for the benefits they could receive? number three, president trump had a third country agreement in guatemala, and honduras and el salvador for migrants to remain in their countries. and he hardened ports of entry
9:04 pm
and prioritized criminal alien deportations. along comes joe biden who reversed it all, and we are seeing one of the biggest surges in decades, and folks we are just getting started. this week the democrats passed a bill in the house pushing to grant 2 million illegals already here amnesty. tonight you will hear from sheriff mark dannels in cochise county, arizona. a jurisdiction that covers 83 miles of our international border with mexico and he talks about the massive crush of illegal. how things were organized and calm under president trump and how the biden administration took away resources, telling,, , and topped construction of the wall. how his arizona jurisdiction in
9:05 pm
particular because it is so rural is a playground for the drug cartels. and how the roads trump built to accommodate the building of the structure for the wall is now policed by cartels to traffic in drugs and how hootouts -- how shootouts are not uncommon. sheriff dannels said many where he lives don't even feel like they are part of america anymore. so as fauci and company pontificate on how we should behave, the biden administration as exempted minors. and is risking american lives by allowing people to come in from other countries and putting them on public transportation to send into the interior of our nation
9:06 pm
without even testing them in the middle of a pandemic. the latest is the reported use of taxpayer money to fly and bus illegals to northern states. i spoke with a woman who told me these unaccompanied children aren't even being fingerprinted. no dna is being taken. these kids come with no records. many don't end up with family. or even a non-government organization, an ngo or religious groups. it leads me and many others to ask after the hell that these unwhat he companied children have gone -- that these unaccompanied children have gone through, is it even over when they get here, brought by coyotes. this whole thing is an outrage and it has to stop. the normalization and acceptance of violation of our laws and illegal activity by the president and his administration is a violation of the
9:07 pm
constitution and biden's oath of office. he swore to protect us and he's not. cartels and drugs and human trafficking seem to have taken priority or americans in every way. once they come here, illegals are shrouded by our constitution and they are entitled to all the rights we as americans have. and the welcoming individuals about whom we know nothing into our nation is contrary to the spirit of the law. the rewarding of illegal behavior and the burden placed on you the taxpayer to feed and educate is an outrage. and bringing in hundreds of this to of illegals from third world countries who have not been tested for covid is a dereliction of duty on the part
9:08 pm
of biden. as they prevent us from going to work or going to places like churches and synagogues and houses of churches, he throws down the welcome map for those demanding access to the american dream with an arrogance of entitlement and expectation of the cornucopia of opportunities america has to offer. these opportunities, folks, are for our children and our grandchildren. not for people joe biden and his ilk are courting as voters in the next election. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter #judgejeanine. but first let's take a look at my exclusive border investigation from arizona-mexico border. i am here at the border call at
9:09 pm
cochise county, right next to mexico. we'll take one of the razors up to the top of the mountain to find out where the biden administration on their first day in decided to stop construction and ends border patrol at the border. i'm standing in the middle of some construction material. literally the material used for the construction of the border call that's in front of me. on the first day of the biden administration the contracts were canceled. as a result, everyone left and there is one security guy here. he's been hired by the private company that owns this material to make sure no one steals it. but delays tomorrowage of any work -- but there is total stoppage of work at the border
9:10 pm
wall. and now there is no protection at all. here we are at the border of mexico and the united states in cochise county. how much lands borders your county. >> 83 miles of international border. just under 6,300 square miles. judge jeanine: how can you possibly police what's going on with 83 miles of border. >> that's a huge complex challenge. that's why we rely on our state, federal partners and local law enforcement working with our community to secure this border. judge jeanine: what happened on the first day of the biden administration. how did that change what you were doing at the border? >> we had organized calm on this border. when president biden signed the executive order he took away
9:11 pm
funding, resources, technology and stopped the construction of this wall. that's where we are standing today. judge jeanine: you can see the wall behind us where it stopped. but there is also a trench here. they were literally in the midst of putting more of the metal wall in this trench. >> the trench came up the mountainside. this is a huge muggleing area. right behind us is -- a huge smuggling area. and it just stopped. we have open trenches. open pits. bridges being put down that are completely not done. it's a mess up here. it's in disarray. judge jeanine: along the border what do you see in terms of the illegals coming in. how do you compare with texas in
9:12 pm
terms of arizona immigrants? >> we deal strictly with cartel trafficking. the sinaloa cartel, they have control on human struggling, drug smuggling in this county. it's a violent situation when it comes to the cartels pushing people through. in the last couple months we have had a dozen go to the hospital based on pursuits and shootouts with a smuggler. judge jeanine: the sinaloa cartel, violent. legendary. why here in arizona as opposed to texas. >> we are. >> very rural county. the playground for the cartel is attractive for them. they can work in these mountain areas and be concealed compared to urban areas. so the efforts of my office, local law enforcement, the
9:13 pm
governor, and former president trump. we did amazing things to put calm on this border. judge jeanine: what would you say to joe biden if you were to talk to him today. >> you have got to get us to the table. you and i share one thing. the citizens of this country. the reckless and hasty plans and executive orders only serve one purpose to open up our country for disasters, humanitarian, and let's not forget national security. 9/11. we can't forget what happened, 9/11. limits not forget where it started. we are in a global health pandemic, but we are being ignored on the southwest border. it's like we are not part of america anymore. we are not seeing down here is total opposite what the cdc recommended. dr. fauci and this administration. are we part of this country or not.
9:14 pm
we can share stats that are off the charts. we are in total crisis. what happens here happens in every community. what should alarm people more, it's not what we know. it what's we don't know what's coming across this border and it's happening every day. jenna: what are the categories of people coming across. >> 400-500 unaccompanied minors. single adults coming across. but that's what we know. but i can promise you, the get-aways, the runs that are released and we can chase no more. they are camouflaged in my county. everybody who comes across this border comes in camouflage. there is a shop across the line where they get outfitted in camouflage. the mountain you are looking at.
9:15 pm
this a scout looking at you and i right now. this is organized. when the cartels are better organized than our federal government, we'll lose. and we are losing. judge jeanine: you are really the d.a., you prosecute crime here. >> essentially. >> what is different in terms of the movement of immigrants and whatever they are doing or whoever they are doing it with? >> the cartel is recruiting people from well outside of our county, transporting people north through our county. judge jeanine: they are recruiting people inside the county to help them bring in illegals. >> absolutely. once someone makes it over the fence they have to get north. judge jeanine: what about the
9:16 pm
morale. >> we stay high because this is the job we love. this is my county. i was born and raised here. i love it here. raised my kids here and want to make it the best it can be for other people doing the same. i really worry about the morale of federal law enforcement. border patrol agents. i -- i analogize it, if you are in a war and you go up a hill and every day they take it back. judge jeanine: how many acres do you own on the mexico-arizona border. >> 16,000 acres. judge jeanine: we are sitting on your property right now. >> we are.
9:17 pm
i lease this area to the contractor while they are building the border. but they stopped. judge jeanine: how do you feel about that? >> that is one of the worst things that has ever happened in my lifetime on the chance of getting border control. judge jeanine: why is it? here we are. we have a wall. we have 10 and a half miles of border. but the structure is not done. if it isn't completed, if we had a know a week ago and we couldn't get up here on the border then. so there will be no access to the border. already the border patrol is impacted on access. they are cutting the bottom of the wall. judge jeanine: you mean with like equipment? >> acetelyne torches.
9:18 pm
judge jeanine: my thanks to everyone i talked with at the border. til ahead, peter navarro, leo terrell and tomi lahren. why isn't the biden administration being honest about the border crisis? reaction from mark meadows is next. don't go away. at visionworks, we want you to feel safe and we want you to see yourself in your new glasses and think, "ooh!" but if you get home and your "ooh" is more of a "hmm..." you have 100 days to change your mind. that's the visionworks difference. visionworks. see the difference.

judge jeanine: the biden administration knows the numbers. they can't call it a crisis. sometimes they get close and say no it's not a crisis. this guy, majorkas, it's not a crisis. >> it's upsetting and disrespectful. for the men and women of cbp, putting their lives on the lines every day. and disrespectful for the community enduring this. judge jeanine: why won't they be
9:23 pm
honest? >> they have an agenda to open up this border. judge jeanine: until the biden administration is honest with us about the crisis we won't be able to get ourselves out of this. joining us, former white house chief of staff mark meadows. where are we headed with this border crisis they are not willing to call a crisis? where will we end up with all of this? >> by some estimates we'll have almost 2 million people crossing the border illegal by this year. when you start to look at those kinds of numbers, there is no other way to describe this than this is joe biden's hurricane katrina moment. he's ignoring what's happening down on the southern border. you went down. your opening monologue and the way you covered the border is
9:24 pm
unique. because most of the media, they are not going down. we have democrat members who would rush down when it was president trump addressing the southern border. now they are saying we shouldn't look at it. we shouldn't address it. it's the overwhelming message it sends to two different groups. the message it stones those coming across the border illegally. come on in, the border is open. the message to the american people is joe biden doesn't care about the impact it will cause in communities across this country. judge jeanine: one of the things that was so sad that sheriff dannels shared with me. they don't feel like they are part of america anymore. while america is shuddering and businesses closed and wearing masks, they are bringing these people in, no one is testing them. he said it's like modern day
9:25 pm
slavery when the cartels are bringing in these young kids, and the coyotes. these kids are stuck with them forever or the families are stuck with them. it's stunning the way he described it. >> you are exactly right. it's interesting. the cartels are more argued than the biden administration in how to deal with this. the cartels are noalg exactly -e knowing exactly what to do. it's as if the biden administration is sending them a memo on what part of the border they need to attack. it's the human toll. the kids being trafficked. the overcrowded conditions. the covid-19, the kind of contagion we believe is going on and we have had confirmed in some cases. what about the schools and the education. we have a great country, but we
9:26 pm
are also a country, a nation of laws that we have to address. joe biden is not doing that. judge jeanine: in the 20 seconds i have left, you know, those contracts, the building of the wall. ply understanding is they are -- my understanding is they are rock solid. the people will still get paid even though they are not building the wall. is that your understanding? >> we made sure those contracts were not only signed. but we made a commitment on behalf of the united states government made a commitment before we left office. judge jeanine: mark meadows, thanks so much for spending this time with us on justice. have a good evening. judge jeanine: how could anyone possibly justify biden's

currently the unaccompanied minors are not being met with the cruelty they were being met with in cages like they were during the trump administration. what do you base that on? >> the cruelty? let's talk about that for a second. one thing that the t trump administration showed us. with its cruelty and with its outlandish treatment of dren, the separation and kidnapping of children and treatment of people, humanity, of kids, they are still coming jeanine. why are they still coming? they are coming because this is not a biden issue. this is something that has been going on in ebbs and flows for decades. judge jeanine: descraid, what has been going on in ebbs and flows. >> take a look at 2019.

everybody is screaming on your show about the surge at the border. but in 2019 there were 150,000 people that came in. much more than what we have today. judge jeanine: you are wrong on the facts. 100,000 in february of this year is the highest in 15 years. if you want to go through the cages, i want you to look at a picture of the cage. bear with me. this cage with children in it, the date is 2014. that cage was built and used during the obama administration. obama was putting the kids cages, and your numbers are wrong, too. the numbers are higher because biden is sending them in. >> just because you say my numbers are wrong doesn't mean they are wrong. judge jeanine: these are the facts. >> they are not facts. very few things i heard on this

minors program that was used to affect the violence against kids in central america. judge jeanine: you are so wrong. you are not entitled to your own facts. donald trump gave money to the northern triangle countries to incentivize them to work so they wouldn't come to america until their asylum claim was approved. even mexican president obrador disagrees with you. he says stemming the flow was only happening with donald trump. and this is a disaster. he believes the cartels are coming through mexico, now there is a real gang operation going on on his border as well. is the president wrong? >> jeanine, last week the congress passed an unprecedented historic american rescue plan which will bring money to
