evening anyway because it is still a great country filled with excellent people, the best. sean hannity stands by in new york. grateful for the opportunity to get an extra 15 seconds. >> sean: it is actually 4. but i'm looking at the clock. >> tucker: 4, whatever. >> sean: congratulations are in order on the news shows on fox nation, way to go. and welcome to "hannity." tonight we are witnessing what is an unmitigated disaster at our southern border. and you will pay the full price. this is a full-blown crisis. it is a humanitarian crisis. it is a national security crisis. it is a health and safety for you and your family crisis, but instead of tackling this crisis head-on, the biden administration, they have been awaiting nothing but a p.r. war all in an attempt to cover up what our eyes show a spear that

means the truth. so much for being transparent. as we speak the administration is blocking almost all media access to the border patrol and migrant for domestic detention facilities and the situation is so dire now, we have officials risking their jobs, you know, real whistle-blowers, not anonymous whistle-blowers but real whistle-blowers sounding the alarm. brand-new explosive breaking report from the epic times. one border patrol agent speaking, obviously, on the condition of anonymity for fear of precautions, and his migrant facility. his words "the family unit holding cells, they smell like urine and vomit and fights break out in the unaccompanied minor cells, scabies, lights, the blue and covid-19 running rampant. according to the agent up to 80

individuals squeezed into each holding cell and that "any diseases that are in there being kept in there like a petri dish and the smell is overwhelming. now up to 50% of migrants who tested positive for covid-19 in some areas, meanwhile one or two agents are reportedly left to control as many as 694 people, s we told you, last night. at least 3-500 at one point during the shift. that means there is no effective way to prevent sexual assault, violence, theft or any other criminal activity among bad actors in the migrant population. and remember, this is after migrants indoor a perilous journey through new mexico and according to doctors without borders, around 60% are raped, molested or assaulted. unaccompanied minors are being
6:03 pm
cared for overworked border enforcement officers or charitable volunteers and according to cbp emails obtained by sara carter and investigative report last night from a agent pleading for help writing "the overcrowding is inhumane especially for the children. well, designed to hold 80 people and on this day, we have 694 children with only two coagents maintaining custody. that is 867% of the state capacity of this retention space. so much for social distancing. look at your screen. these are now the cages, the new plastic cages that we are talking about. these are prison cells inside tents and some cannot shower for days on end. and others have obtained in these overcrowded facilities now for a weeks. one border patrol agent, "the

detainees often are laying on top of each other because there is no room for them to sleep." the children have to sleep on their side to save space in order for them to all lay down in the small space. by the way come on the floor." so let's be clear tonight, joe biden, kamala harris, you have both caused all of this. you are both completely responsible for this abusive environment, for migrant children and what they are living in. joe, you told them as a candidate to come. if you are seeking asylum, come, your words. well, you entered this state in mexico policy and you stopped border wall protection m catch and release, the whole country is inundated with all of this. joe biden and kamala harris are responsible. and a few years ago under president trump, an image there remember, unaccompanied minors in a holding facility, yeah, we
6:05 pm
found out that was built by biden and obama, 2014. by the way, most of the video was from 2014, not under donald trump's watch. the left proceeded to have a collective meltdown. they were obsessively deploring the conditions of the kids in the cages. they accuse the trump administration of being evil, vile and inhumane. well, joe and barack built those cages and other conditions are worse than that. kids are literally being stacked on top of each other inside of a plastic cage, yep, in the middle of a pandemic. but where is the hysteria from the left? the media mob, big tech companies? why isn't congresswoman alexandria ocasio-cortez the real speaker of the house clinging to a chain-link fence and weeping in front of a photographer? where is she tonight? and the democrats, the media mob were using the migrants to score cheap political points and lie about donald trump as usual.

resources on this crisis. well, guess what, the border and other areas less secure, that means the cartels. that means the smugglers, that means the drug traffickers, the human traffickers. yep, even those trafficking in human trafficking of young kids for. they get all of the room they need to operate freely and to add insult to injury, you the american people, you are picking up the tab for all of this. $87 million in hotel rooms that you are paying for illegal immigrants. 110 million in emergency funds to fema. 5 million every single day and it additional expenditures on top of a couple million immigrants illegal getting checks from the emergency covid-19 bill they just passed, you know the big blue state bailout bill. that is likely just the tip of the iceberg. now, take a look at all of this. this is what america last looks

have to protect our institutions and all elected officials. now, anyone with eyes to see and ears that can hear can see none of this is fine and it is a horrible crisis. one official email again obtained by sara carter, a border agent "this situation is a disaster waiting to happen. someone with the proper authority must do something immediately to alleviate the severe overcrowding before we experience a tragedy." they are not lying to you. this is not a political gain. they are literally begging and pleading for help to save lives. instead the biden administration is sending vice president kamala harris. she is coming to the rescue. biden apparently has no time in between his naps to deal with this crisis at the southern border. no time at all. so today, like usual, he passed the baton to his vice president. he averages, by the way, we have

[laughter] but i have before, and i'm sure i will again. >> sean: you are laughing at what is happening down there? vice president harris? who are now the point person for the southern border, really? speak with those republicans and democrats, look if you change the term policy the previous policy, at least have a game plan. and there does not appear to be a game plan. >> okay, look it is a huge

6:16 pm
i was speaking with, sean, she told me several of the girls that had traveled with her were raped and it was by the grace of god that she actually made it. i asked the group, what is the reason you took extraordinary risks? you know the reason we did this is because we believe the biden administration, president biden wants us here. he is opening the gates. even though that is not the case, even though that is not the truth, that is what they heard come out of president biden's mouth. they believe it, and they believe him. so they started flooding in appear to border patrol agent see this every day. they are watching these children come across the border. you saw the group with me today, it is nonstop. some of these kids don't make it. i want you to take a listen to what chris cabrera had to say to me today after the situation and after the encounter with these folks here in maccallum. >> what would your message be to president biden and vice president kamala harris

6:19 pm
u.s. they can reach back into guatemala, honduras, using the street gangs that are beholden to them. and they make sure, nobody, nobody gets away without paying their debt. and you know, the other thing what you are looking at here are some of the branches, the private land in south texas north of the border. roughly 70 miles north of the border that is kind of the last line of defense. and here is the damage that is done when people flee. and also people that just slipped through and that night. people circumventing the checkpoints the last line of defense. these are the people that slip right past border patrol. these are the people the biden administration has absolutely no idea who they are. they are not apprehended. the biometrics aren't taken and they really don't know. so they get assurances they were no terrorists coming across the border, the truth is, how do they know that? because there are literally thousands and thousands of people every week, even in the

6:22 pm
through mexico. what are you doing there? you are separating kids from their parents based on a policy because they know if they send their kids alone on this perilous journey, they will get into the country, covid or no covid, and they have been separated effectively from their parents. but we don't talk about that because the biden administration is humane. ultimately, sean, this is what a lot of people say to me and i will do to dine with fox & friends and will be talking about this but a lot of people may be wonder maybe they don't want the future fixed. maybe they see dreamer 3.0. >> sean: that is the hope something of great value in exchange for a lifetime of voting. pete, thank you, lara, i encourage people to watch this. by the way, a reminder that lara's show foxnation.com and joe biden will hold his first press conference. joining us now dan bongino fox news contributor himself. dan, let me first get your comments on the border.
