former half as member of congress to tell us generally, what you think about the safety of how migrant and unaccompanied military bases and what you think about the fact that they are getting transferred out of border patrol custody to the u.s. military before their vaccines have taken effect? >> we should put america first, just the right policy so when at least 10% of migrants have covered and not fully vaccinated and they are going to american places, it's going to spread covered amongst men and women who in our country. it doesn't make sense, back when donald trump was doing rallies, this will be a super spread or a bunch, donald george trump shouldn't hold rallies, they are concerned about it and closed businesses and kept kids out of schools when they are willing to risk lives of american military men and women all because they want to alleviate pressure on the border created by democrats.
2:04 pm
it is frustrating to hear joe biden talk about i am a nice guy and their coming because they are nice guy. when the boys and girls who leave their families and go on a truck with coyotes or gang members or cartels and their loaded up with birth control because girls are raped on the border, 70% of little girls are raped, many are sold into sex slavery and going in groups getting exposed to college. it's a management crisis joe biden created and prosecuted. women are sexually assaulted, is a lifetime sentence of hell when they navigate a sexual assault and joe biden wants to celebrate that to the american people? little girls getting raped on the journey and they want to say he's a great guy? it's a horrible policy. gillian: let's drill down on the military aspect because of something getting attention this week on news outlets across america. this is impacting not just teens and young adults but children,
2:05 pm
specifically girls, young girls below the age of 13 are bearing the brunt of this sexual exploitation crisis, there getting trapped by coyotes in mexico and the u.s. and sold into sexual slavery, sometimes lasting decades, do you see any possible solutions, a way forward here? >> the solutions were the things happening under the prior administration, the remaining an mexico policy, with the northern triangle companies, countries brother but of course biden rescinded the policies mitigating the influx we are seeing now so his policies are not humane at all for the reasons you laid out and shawn said. the fact that we have 18000 unaccompanied minors in custody right now, separated from their parents so where are the reporters went for four years we heard family separation, and human policies from the trump
2:06 pm
administration, this is inhumane to encourage people, not through being a nice guy but through weakness of people to exploit laws in our system to make a dangerous contract to the u.s., that's inhumane. biden's policies are inhumane and i had the opportunity to interview president trump minute podcast, the truth with lisa booth which you can find on apple podcast and wherever you get a podcast and i asked, you have advice for president biden right now? clearly he is failing in his advice was to reinstate the remaining an mexico policy, continue to build a wall and he's talked about his relationship with the mexican government but the fact that they stepped up with 27000 troops deploying the troops to try to present what we are seeing now and also how he withheld aid from the northern triangle countries until they stepped up and took back some of the citizens because they weren't doing that previously so there's a lot biden can do and he's choosing not to.
2:07 pm
gillian: let's dig into the underlying causes here. tyrus, president biden presented himself as a press conference this week and said people are coming to the use and u.s. from honduras and el salvador right now is not because of our policies, not because of anything the united states is doing it because conditions on the ground where they live are so horrendous they prefer to risk their lives on these journeys to try to get here rather than live another day where they are, what you think the answer is? is it somewhere in between? you don't have to choose, it can be a bit of both. >> it can be both but first, as a child, i was told nice guys finish last. he never wanted to be the nice guy. i'd love to know where the nice guy as far as american citizens when we deal with covered because even when we get the vaccine, we are still saying hold on, you can't do anything
2:08 pm
yet because might be a variant so we are not seeing the same strictness with people coming in from the border and whatever their situation is that they are fleeing from something or whatever, we have the same issues we had before and we were dealing with it. the biggest thing, there was this giant sheriff, this think people are like don't go, they'll send you back or you will go to jail, you have to do it the right way, go through your paperwork go through a sponsor, that's out of the window now. now they just come to get whatever they want plus there's free money falling out of trees in america succumb, they are going to release you so now they feel the giant evil empire is gone, the gates are wide open and the american people, you can't leave your house, can't go to a restaurant, you will be changed even if you get the vaccine, hold on because there might be a variant so we don't know with covered plumbing
2:09 pm
across with a different variant from mexico and they are not just, it's all different countries, the new gateway into this country is through mexico so people come from around the globe through mexico because we got a nice guy saying come on in trouble the water is fine. gillian: lisa, you talked to the former president of box on the podcast this week, he may not have said it exactly the way tyrus did but in essence, this is a personality, president trump was essentially saying i see my role when it comes to border security as being a bad cop, it's my job to deter people from even thinking about coming here in the first place, tell us about your conversation a little more. >> yes, your job as commander-in-chief is to have that command, deter people from doing bad things elsewhere in the country. unfortunately we don't have that with joe biden but the conversation was really
2:10 pm
interesting because he broke down his decision-making and thought process behind some of the policies and quite easily biden could reinstate the remaining an mexico policy which is incentivize people from wanting to exploit asylum laws and come because they have to remain in mexico as opposed to getting free entry into the u.s. and getting lost and not showing up to the court hearing while seeking asylum so it sets the bar were people who are truly seeking asylum could go to mexico and do it the right way and those who want to exploit our system decided heck with it, this is too hard, i do want to be stuck in mexico, i want to go to the u.s. gillian: president biden said in his press conference the other day, i'm not willing to do that, i'm not willing to force people to say in mexico under the conditions there when we can welcome them and offer -- >> nice to hear, right? >> we got to leave it there, immigration player on the show. catch "justice with judge
