attorney, what first are your impressions of what we saw yesterday. >> we were shocked as for homicide prosecutors when we listened to the defense opening if in fact if it is true, typically defense lawyers are not going to ally to a jury in the opening that the medical examiner for the county originally declared that this was a medical event and that this was not as a result of the compression of the neck but even further than that, there was no evidence of injury in the neck area or the windpipe or that this had anything to do with asphyxia. when the examiner came out with that conclusion, that the government wasn't happy with that they went to outside experts they typically don't use to rebuff the conclusion of their own county medical examiner. that is a pretty big thing we were all shocked at where we were covering this yesterday because the manner of death is crucial for homicide prosecutor because you have to prove beyond

bypass republicans and now do it for another spending bill after not having spent the money in the previous one. >> that is right. that is why i have introduced a bill, house joint resolution 32 that would create a balanced budget amendment to the united states constitution that would prevent budget reconciliation from being used to create large federal deficits, would require a bipartisan vote of 2 thirds of both chambers of congress to spend more than the government takes in in any given year. >> you have been a mayor and a business owner, you have the pulse of the folks in your community. how do they feel about the way the democrats are doing things, this was going to be an opportunity to unite the country and now it seems they are doing anything but listening to your side. >> i think americans on both sides of the political spectrum
