>> it could affect the litigation around kentucky on abortion law, it will regulate certain late-term abortions. the question doesn't go to the heart of roe versus wade in the u.s. constitution. it goes to whether the state attorney general can intervene in a case where the secretary of state says we are not going to defend the law but the attorney general says i want to defend the law because my job is to defend kentucky law. the procedural question is harder to protect what the courts mice to. it doesn't even touch are roe versus wade but the intricacy of civil procedure. griff: we will be watching the president of judicial crisis network, thank you very much. carley: a michigan judge dropped terrorism charges against three

men accused of plotting to kidnap governor gretchen witmer. the judge ruled there is evidence for the men to stand trial on other charges, they are accused of aiding six others charged in federal court with conspiring to kidnap witmer. the fbi stopped the plot by extremists who were upset over witmer's coronavirus restrictions. a massive 5 alarm fire ripped through an apartment complex in dallas, the building's roof collapsed and 100 firefighters battled the flames which at least 52 homes have been destroyed. the cars is still under investigation. amazingly no injuries are reported. let's turn it over to janice dean with a look at the weather. >> janice: we are going to see a little bit of springtime snow across the northeast. let's look at where we have the cold air in place in the

this is something i find quite interesting about this? the american people may soon be expected to get a vaccine passport to go back to normal life, to go to concerts, to go on cruisers, to travel. but then the democrats don't think that unvetted, undocumented and unvaccinated illegal immigrants coming across our border they don't have a problem with that? they don't see an issue there? furthermore, they think that voter i.d. is somehow racist and infringement but they think a vaccine passport for us to live normal lives as american citizens is somehow okay? you know, democrats, all we ask of you to be consistent, but the idea of a vaccine passport is unamerican and likely unconstitutional and i hope republicans fight back tooth and nail because this is enough lunacy. carley: ron desantis says the government cannot prevent people from participating in normal life. so he is not going to have vaccine passports in florida. so it sounds like the gap between republican and democrat-led states is going to continue to widen.

>> oh it, absolutely is what's going to happen is you will see more and more people flee from theirably states and come to the great red states that are not enforcing these infringements, unfortunately though they enjoy the perks of these red states they often bring their voting records with them and they vote for the same liberal policies that destroyed their state. that's my big concern here. you know, we don't need these liberals in tennessee. we don't need them in florida. we don't need them in florida and arizona and texas. so we ask you if you like your infringements stay where you are, please. griff: tomi, there are liberals in south carolina particularly students in clemson, university, fighting against your appearing next week calling you racist. >> yeah, you know, this is the typical avenue that they go and the strategy of many of these college democrats and about. lm affiliates on campuses they had a petition about 3,000 signature trying to keep me off the campus to do the back the blue law enforcement rally at clemson it didn't work so now
