the judicial crisis network joining us with her predictions, thanks for taking time. it is undeniable the impact donald trump had on the court system but with this coming out from president biden what do you expect to see? >> it is payback time. we know liberal dark money organization spent millions of dollars to put president biden in the white house in terms of contributing to his campaign. they want payback and we are seeing groups like demand justice, one of the most radical organizations in this umbrella network of dark money groups arguing for the courts they put on a list people they want to see on the supreme court that includes not even judges but straight up activists from different legal interests. it is a challenge for biden

>> it could affect the litigation around kentucky on abortion law, it will regulate certain late-term abortions. the question doesn't go to the heart of roe versus wade in the u.s. constitution. it goes to whether the state attorney general can intervene in a case where the secretary of state says we are not going to defend the law but the attorney general says i want to defend the law because my job is to defend kentucky law. the procedural question is harder to protect what the courts mice to. it doesn't even touch are roe versus wade but the intricacy of civil procedure. griff: we will be watching the president of judicial crisis network, thank you very much. carley: a michigan judge dropped terrorism charges against three
