weekend. ♪ ♪ just * is next. jean rsh i'm judge jeanine pirro. i take you to the southern border for an exclusive look at the border crisis. but first my open. since i visited the border a couple weeks ago a lot has happened. tens of thousands more illegals and unaccompanied minors entered the country. border patrol is even more inundated than they were two weeks ago.

when the rare individuals where being tested, they have a 10% covid positive rate. no surprise given the pictures we see of immigrants literally within inches of each other traveling in large groups in many countries are being sent into the interior of the united states to a town or village near you. we hear of teachers now, the sales -- the same ones refusing to teach our children, volunteering to these the migrants children. the work of the cartels and the coyotes continues as they inhumanely traffic children and young girls in the dangerous trek from the northern triangle. this week in a testament to their brutality, we saw coyotes

literally throw two little girls, ages 3 and 5 over the 14-foot border fence in the desert miles from the nearest residence. it's the video of smugglers abandoning little girls and leaving them for whatever natural or human presented cores who might find them. fortunately, border patrol again has come to the aid of those victims. as the crisis explodes on our southern border, the amazing part is president biden's refusing to even visit the region to see how this policies have damaged and continue to damage our nation. in a move that's almost humorous, he passed off the responsibility to kamala harris

who sees humor in everything. for her part she refused to answer any questions about the border. when asked if she would visit the border, this was her response. >> do you plan to visit the border? >> hm ... not today. but i have before and i'm sure i will geanl [laughter] judge jeanine: why does she always laugh when she is asked serious questions? she compared i.c.e. agents and essential law enforcement agencies to the klu klux klan. a little white house intrigue. a senior aide for kamala told reporters the vice president would not be doing the border, and i instead she would be tackling the policy issues,

focusing on the root causes of illegal immigration. essentially removing her from any blame for the disaster at the border. we don't need her to head a commission or study to determine the root cause. the root cause is clear. it's the biden-harris administration and their reckless policy. january 20 they swung america's doors open to anyone who wants to enter into the united states. the invitation was clear. even mexican president obrador referred to joe biden as the quote migrant president. he places blame solely on the shoulders of joe bidens specially because joe biden canceled the remain in mexico policy agreed upon by president trump and the mexican president. not only is this a public health

crisis because of the administration's inability or refusal to test migrants before shipping them all over the country. not only is it a humanitarian crisis because of the administration's decision to place children in inhumane and barbaric conditions. and those are alexandria ocasio-cortez's words. this is a crisis. we are a sovereign nation and we have no idea who is coming into this country. the share river damage said 100,000 have entered along his sector. they are coming from turkey and iran and yes men and 138 other -- countries.

cochise county next to mexico. we'll find out where the biden administration decided to stop construction of this border wall and end all of border patrol at the border. i'm standing here in the middle of some construction material. literally the material being used for the construction of a border wall right in front of me. on the first date biden administration the contracts were canceled. everyone was told there would be no further construction of the border wall. as a result, everyone left and there is one security guy here hired by the private company that owns this ferrell to make sure no one steals it. but there is a total stoppage of work here at the border. now there is no protection at all. sheriff. we are here at the border of

mexico and the united states in cochise county. how much land borders mexico in your county. >> 83 miles of international border. the county is the 38th largest with 6,300 square miles. jesse: how can you possibly police what's going on in terms of immigrants coming in from mexico? >> that's a huge complex challenge. we are working together with our community to secure this border. judge jeanine: let's zoom in on what happened on the first date biden administration. how did that change what you were doing at the border. >> we mad organized calm on this -- we had organized calm on this border. when president biden signed the executive order it took away

resources and the construction of the wall. judge jeanine: there is also a trench here. so they were literally in the midst of putting more of the metal wall in this trench. >> the trench had come up the mountainside. this took a year to put in the infrastructure. this is a huge smuggling area. behind us is a 6-foot trench for the wall. it just stopped. now what we have is open trenches, open pits. bridges that are not done. you will see that today. it's a mess up here. it's in disarray. judge jeanine: along the border, what do you see in terms of the immigrants coming in or the illegals coming in. how are they different? how do you compare with texas in terms of arizona immigrants? >> in our county we deal

strictly with cartel trafficking. they have control on human smuggling and drug smuggling. it's a very violent situation we have when it comes to the cartels purposing people through. we had a dozen go to the hospital with pursuits and shootouts with smugglers. judge jeanine: the sinaloa cartel, legendary. >> we are a very rural county. we are large. the playground for the cartel is attractive to them. they can come out to these mountain areas and be concealed. this is a prime area for the cartel to work. the federal government under president trump. we did amazing things to put calm on this border.

judge jeanine: what would you say to joe biden if you were to talk to him today. >> you have to get us to the table. you and i share one thing. the citizens of this country. these reckless and hasty plans and executive order open up our country for disasters, humanitarian and national security. 9/11 should have caught us something. we can't forget what happened 9/11. that was a national attack on this country. let's not forget where it started. we are in a global health pandemic but we are being ignored on the southern border. they are talking about wearing mass cans and social distancing. but what i'm seeing here is total opposite. are we part of this country or are we not? we are in crisis mode just off the statistics a.

what happens here happens in every community. but what should alarm people more is not what we know, it's what we don't know that's coming across the border. judge jeanine: what are the categories of people crossing. >> unacompanies minors every day -- unaccompanied minors and single adults. but that's what we know. the getaways, the ones more released. what we are seeing on our cameras are the ones getting away. they are all camouflaged in my county. everybody who comes across the border in my county comes in camouflage. there is a shop across the acroe border with camouflage. there is a scout look at you right now. this is organized.

when the cartels are better organized than our federal government, we'll lose. and now we are losing. judge jeanine: brian mcintyre, you are the d.a. in co-choice county. what is different now. in terms of the movement of immigrants and whatever they are doing or whoever they are doing it with? >> what's impacting us right now is the cartel is using social media to recruit individual from well outside of our county. to assist them in transporting people through the county. judge jeanine: they are recruiting people in the united states to help them bring in illegals. >> absolutely. once somebody makes it over the wall or the barbed wire fence they have to make it north. judge jeanine: what about the

general message of the biden administration. >> in my office we stay high because this is the job we love. this is my county. i was born and raised here. i love it and raised my kid here. i want to make it the best it can be for other people doing the same. i worry about the morale of the law enforcement and the border agents. if you are in a war and every day you are candidate to take a hill and every night you gift back, it's hard to want to hump up that hill the next day. judge jeanine: i suspect no one knows better about what's going on on the mexico border. how many acres do you own on the border? >> 16,000 acres. judge jeanine: we are sitting on your property. >> we are. i leased this area to the

contractor when they are billing the border. judge jeanine: but they stopped. how do you feel about that? >> that's one of the worst things that ever happened in my lifetime on the chance of getting border control. judge jeanine: why is it bad? >> we have a wall. we have 10 1/2 miles. we have the wall up. but the infrastructure isn't done. if it isn't completed, the border patrol won't be able to get up here when it floods in the summer. we had a snow and we couldn't get up here. so there would be no access to the border. already the border patrol is impacted on access. they are cutting the bottom of it. judge jeanine: like with equipment? >> acetylene torches.

judge jeanine: an influx of migrants surging the border thanks to president biden's policies. the state of arizona filing a lawsuit. arizona's attorney general mark brnovich joins us. good evening, attorney general. it's great to have you on justice. i have been to arizona many times, i haven't had the opportunity to meet you. but i'm impressed with your lawsuit. you are suing the biden administration on two grounds i'm aware of. one is the president stopped the deportation of those ordered deported by the courts.

and also to stop the ending of the public charge counts that requires immigrants have the ability to take care of themselves for a certain period of time before they go on welfare. tell us what your lawsuit entails. >> the two tracks of litigation. one is what i call the biden administration decriminalizing crossing the border. he halted -- all deportations. second track of litigation deals with the public charge rule. this basically means if you are coming to this country. you want to get a green card. want to get citizenship. you have to show you can support yourself. the biden administration by

dropping that rule, they have incentivized people coming over here. if you are coming here illegally, you will get free healthcare, childcare, unemployment benefits that hard working americans paired their tax dollars -- paid their tax dollars to support the safety net. now i don't think it's fiscally responsible and it's not fair to taxpayers and it created a humanitarian crisis on our border. judge jeanine: the teachers union in san diego is saying we are not going back to school for the american kids, but we are going to teach the migrant children in san diego. the rights afforded to the immigrants are unbelievable. the question i have is, they are not being tested.

so let's talk about the humanitarian issue from covid. and the fact they are being sent into the interior of the united states. do they have any right to decide whether they come in bus or being flown in, whether they have the right to stay? >> that's the big part of the problem. that's why i worked on new responses trying to hold the biden administration responsible. we have the mayor of gila bend, arizona. you have illegal immigrants being released into our communities with no coordination with local authorities. and those people aren't staying in arizona. they will end up all over this country. the second thing, regardless of what you think about immigration. i worked at the department of justice. every time someone crosses the

border, they are paying the cartels. when you start throwing around these numbers, when we hear about 100,000 encounters in february alone. if someone is paying $3,500. $6,000 to be smuggled across the border, that goes to the cartels. and the cartels are using this as an opportunity to distract the border patrol. they get out in the field and the cartels are bringing drugs into there is country. this is a humanitarian crisis, a law enforcement crisis, a national security crisis. judge jeanine: no question about it. mark brnovich, we'll see you on our next trip to arizona. will you soon need a vaccine passport to go to dinner at your favorite restaurant?

of dealing with the pandemic that is embodied by desantis, and then the coercion model embodied by the governors of california and new york. the regulations and lockdowns that go on and on. now this vaccine passport is another way to control the american people. it's antithetical to the american way and good for governor desantis for recognizing it. judge jeanine: he has proven himself to have the correct analysis for the way to protect the people of florida who are so proud of him. this will create a list that will be accessible data and information that might be used for the wrong reasons.

if that is the case, then ask any teacher you know these questions. whyld would you deprive in person teaching to open who are legal who just crossed the border, the few who have been tested have a covid infection rate of more than 10% in san diego yet at the same time, refused to provide in class teaching for american children who have been out of school for more than 13 months and whose parents actually pay your salary. why do you demand a minimum 5-foot separation from american students who have extremely low covid infection rate when the science, the unified standards and the cdc say a 3-foot separation is more than sufficient? 5-foot separation immediately reduces the class-size by 40%. is that what you want? why do you continually come up with reasons to not return to

for the important role in helping to form the future. i even remember my kindergarten teacher, mrs. shepherdson with whom i maintained a friendship long after i left that class of little chairs and tables. i remember her vividly. the notes she used to pin on my uniformom for me to it take home to my mom. plenty of students look up to their teachers and only later recognize the impact they've had on their lives. but after 13 months, while catholic schools and charter schools and private schools have been open with no problem, no federal money, your decision to volunteer through july is a gut punch to american families and american children. we suspected it was never about this distance or separators or plexiglass or now vaccines. the teachers in san diego are volunteering now through july 2 teach immigrant children and it's not on
