it will only allow it if there is "no prospect of rehabilitation." the degree to which the d.c. mayor minimizes it and calls it a crime of opportunity. cnn referred to them as an accident. one wonders whether or not the 15-year-old would have got the steel, he had been a male instead of a female. i don't think he had a whole lot of latitude right herein unfortunately because of the way the laws written. >> sean: greg, your analysis of this. >> this is tragic if you look at all ofun the videotapes. it is horrifying. this is clearly a felony murder and robbery. look, this is a microcosm of a larger problem across the nation, particularly in washington, d.c..
