233 people being blocked by president trump but the fact that these shut down the president and erase him from social media platforms who really has the power and who do we need to have a conversation about? who is regulating a social platform that has become sort of in some arguments a public swear where speech is definitely involved and implications on free speech? >> mark: the characteristic of john roberts' supreme court though is that he shies away from anything likely to be the least bit controversial whether it's election fraud or whatever. he figures that brings the court into disrepute and he wants no part of it. isn't this -- wouldn't this just be the typical john roberts court case that he doesn't want to go anywhere near? >> shannon: yeah. you make a good point. is he very sensitive to any perception that the court is partisan in any way. yes, the justices are nominated

by other democratic president or republican president, but he very much wants them to consistently be viewed as neutral. he had gone his own way on many cases that were not beneficial to conservatives. they had been frustrated with him. but there is this growing conversation about the court not even taking these tough cases. justice thomas also along with a couple of other justices raised the alarm that he think these need to also look at some second amendment cases. he said that right is sort of a disfavored right right now at the supreme court because they don't want to touch anything to do with that either. the chief justice is very much aware of keeping them out of political controversies but there is a growing buzz by a number of critics on the left and the right who think the court is staying out of really tough cases all together in some spots. >> mark: yeah. and it's certain kind of tough cases because just a couple of years back, they didn't mind going near same sex marriage or transgender rights but there is a whole bunch of other issues. so john roberts' view of what's controversial and what's not is itself quite particular.

bringing a rescue dog into a government facility, as you said, a very tense place, one of the most stressful places on earth, i would imagine, do you think a rescue dog has different challenges there? >> no, because we all have issues. we all come with issues. after 20 years of age, people have issues. so, a rescue dog is a dog that had issues and they were placed into a shelter. it doesn't mean he can't go back to normal. you know, so back to normal means the human gives exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. body, mind, heart. that returns him back to normal. rescue dogs doesn't mean they are broken. rescue dog means they had a human prior to them but didn't know how to fulfill the life of a dog. so the dog became unstable. >> trey: right. well, thank you. so, you are fairly optimistic that if they just look at it in
