corporations, going after their profits. that means investment is going to fall, that means jobs are going to fall, wages are going to fall. this is not a free lunch, this is going to be very very painful and will make us less competitive globally. before donald trump we had the highest corporate tax in the world. donald trump brought it down 25, 30 points and made a big score of the results showed with job creation, low unemployment and repatriation of overseas money. of the biden plan goes through 28% top rate, putting 4 and a half% we will resume our position as the highest corporate tax among developed countries, that is not something mister biden wants to have hung around his neck. pete: they think about it.

32.5%, guess what china's corporate tax rate is? 25%. we will be so far above china. in my judgment that is not something this country can afford to do. we will lose capital, lose investment, lose factories to china of all places. we will provide funds for them to expand their military. this is a very unwise thing to do and i will later on one more thought, you hear this from yellen and biden, we have to stop taxes, the race to the bottom, taxes are falling too much, they are not falling too much. they have followed a little bit. most taxes, corporate taxes around 23, 24, 25%. second point, really, this is

about class warfare, tax the rich, tax successful people, this is class warfare, everybody knows that, we don't like corporations in the new administration, we want to give all their money to social welfare programs that don't even have work requirements and turn everything over to the green new deal. let me say this. investments from businesses is the workers best friend. there is no such thing as class warfare. class warfare is a silly socialist view. the first -- need a good job, need a good business to have a good job and you need investment to put into the business. investment is the worker and the family's best friend. that point has to be made as a challenge. pete: we loved having you making decisions. we need more than that. biden is propping up the

responsibility for racist graffiti that was discovered on campus last week but the most bizarre part of the story is not what the student did but how the college responded. we know the acts of racism that occurred this week are not about one particular person or one particular incident, we made a significant history of racial pain and from on campus and we are taking action to repair our community. joining me is dennis desousa, conservative commentator and filmmaker. what we do know about this case is that was a 21-year-old black male who acted alone yet it is a community thing and the school is acting like this was not a hoax in the first place. >> if you step back and look at the incident you realize how bizarre this is. you have to ask why would anyone

stage a racial incident, if racism is a serious problem, if the incident occurred by themselves, if you go back a century blacks didn't get to stage lynchings because lynchings were going on, they had to fight against the lynchings that were very obvious to the naked eye. what happened on campus is racism has become extremely rare particularly on progressive college campuses, people bend over backwards to accommodate minorities and so it is almost like the economic fear, the demand for racism exceeds the supply and since the demand for racism exceeds the supply racism has to be manufactured to satisfy the demand and like you say it is not just the pathological behavior of the student who is obviously disturbed in some way but the college is now pleading guilty to a crime which was committed by the kid who said he was the victim of it. pete: the deans of diversity and

others ultimately exist because of this pervasive racism and if there isn't a supply of it then what are they doing there in the first place. >> that is the key point. there is a whole racism industry in place in this industry exists to service the cause of antiracism. if there's not racism around why do they exist. this is why the college is pleading guilty and some sort of pathology on the part of even white students because they are very eager to plead guilty to crimes they haven't committed. almost as if there is a desire psychologically to dissociate themselves and say i'm not the racist, it's all these other fictitious or hypothetical other white guys who can never be identified, but racism sneaks institutionally and has this effect. >> there's a bill that could
