12:00 am
question, the american people want dr. fauci to answer. >> your time has expired, you need to respect the chair and shut your mouth. >> sean: shut your mouth. wow, peace and love in the capital. please set your dvr, we'll never be the media mob, let not your heart be troubled, busy news night for you tonight. will: we have packed up and nothing says respect the chair like saying shut your mouth. they had to run into rescue the damsel in distress, so i can't wait to find out the behind-the-scenes. jim jordan is like a fuzzy teddy bear. can't answer a few questions? we get all the answers from the chinese?
12:01 am
great show, we will pick up the coverage where you left off. this is a packed ingraham angles we are trained on minnesota as the 10:00 pm curfew approaches. live report from the ground in moments and monitoring chicago after another shooting of a young black teenager and keeping our eyes on that as well plus senators on cotton, chris christie, congressman jim jordan after that explosive exchange and candace owens is with us topping it all off but first, beijing the, blm and another carry fiasco. that is the focus of tonight's angle. when trump was president the democrats were forever warning us about how his tweets and statements about hot button issues affected our standing on the world stage and then biden comes along and promise not only would he usher in this new era of peace, calm, and unity but
12:02 am
america would once again return to its proper role in the world. >> i speak as president of the united states at the start of my administration and i'm sending a clear message to the world, america is back. shannon: what he really meant is america is back to the 1970s. back when democrats echoed a similar theme of despair and presided over our decline weaker. it was a malaise jimmy carter said was hanging over the united states but now it is the thick toxic fog of racism, past, present and future. biden's climate large i'm curious about to show us how easy it is to represent the us in china when his entire party back home believes we are systemically racist. not talking about minor figures
12:03 am
but our own un ambassador nevertheless. >> i've seen how the original sin of slavery weaved white supremacy into our founding documents and principles. >> biden himself said the groom zone in his inaugural address. >> cry that can't be any more desperate or any more clear now, the rise of political extremism, white supremacy, domestic terrorism the we must confront and we will defeat. laura: why would any country want to take orders from our work with the country where white supremacy is rampant? add to this the flames of racial hatred fanned by our left-wing media night after night gagging on the radicals on the ground in minnesota, all of them, the blm activists, the press, politicians, hollywood, because they exercise their power and
12:04 am
some get very rich by lying to our young kids about our country, they are lying about our history and our founding principles. >> doubts about whether policing is irreconcilable he broken when it comes to people of color, no choice. >> the original sin of this country, slavery and racism and jim crow, we thought we were a post-racial era and we weren't. >> they don't think for one second about how all this plays into china's and. one of the chinese congress party's unofficial media outlets put it lightly, the us has neither the moral standing nor the real power to issue orders to china over climate issues. and things worked out so well the last time the biden administration tried to get china to do something. >> there are many problems within the united states
12:05 am
regarding human rights which is admitted by the us itself as well such as black lives matter. it is important that we manage our respective affairs well instead of deflecting the blame on somebody else in this world. >> since then secretary blinksin, they tried to me to convince the american people and the rest of the world that they do take the ccp challenge seriously. but by now it is pretty obvious we cannot persuade other countries to work with the united states unless we are perceived to be as strong and proud of our country is china is affairs but biden officials with their ongoing defamation of america are encouraging the riots that hurt our poorest communities back home basically
12:06 am
admitted the ccp was right about how terrible our country is. >> we know we have work to do at all. that includes addressing founding inequities including systemic racism. laura: but work with us because we are good people. biden's director of national intel april haynes doesn't even rank china's economic and military aggression is one of our core challenges. the wall street journal reported she warned of global disequilibrium that will be fueled by the lingering effects of the pandemic, climate change, environmental degradation, conflict over resources and refugee crises. in other words china is just a side note to. it is the climate, not the country with a massive nuclear arsenal that is the real threat. speaking of climate sending the famously inept john kerry to the chinese on climate change is an embarrassment in the making. everyone knows the chinese communist party is not going to
12:07 am
play ball on climate unless we pay them and everyone assumes john kerry is going to shanghai to negotiate the price. terms will include the lifting of any tariffs and other legislation and support for the 2022 winter olympics and the grab bag of other demands all of which john kerry is prepared for, right? >> the president said the climate issue is a freestanding issue, it is not portrayed against the other critical problems we have with china right now. >> how do you separate those things? the chinese will not separate? >> remains to be seen, we will figure that out. laura: that is the strategy, we will figure it out? translation, he is winging it but don't worry. he did such a bang up job is obama's secretary of state with the iran deal what could
12:08 am
possibly go wrong in shanghai? he has also to the ideas how to hold china accountable. >> alcor and a team of investors and others they are putting together, major capacity digitally to measure the footprint all around the planet of what one corporation, one country is doing. >> the human dirge will known as al gore as some space measurement thing, president xi must be trembling. he was it is chinese counterparts that he will fight for concessions back home for the good of the planet and shared mission. then he's going to brag on tv the china is indeed cooperating. >> fox news alert in los angeles, police confirming eight people died on the scene
12:09 am
following a shooting at a fedex facility new the indianapolis airport. several people rushed to the hospital. the shooting began at 11:00 pm local time. at this time it is not clear how many people were shot. we now know there are eight people confirmed dead but the police spokesperson said earlier a gunman died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and the public is no longer believed to be in danger, family members are gathering at a local hotel to await word on their loved ones. from say employees aren't allowed to have phones with them working at the shift which is making contacting family members very difficult. the fbi released a statement earlier tonight saying it is ready to assist investigators. once again police confirming eight people have been killed in
12:10 am
a shooting at the indianapolis airport, multiple other people have been injured and been taken to area hospitals. stay with the fox news channel for more on this developing story out of indianapolis. that we send you back to regular programming already in progress. laura: arkansas senator tom. team biden is doing china's job for them. >> they are. it was appalling to hear our ambassador play the normally played by the chinese communists or the old soviet ambassadors, we didn't have to wait for china or russia to do that will. and the chinese foreign minister
12:11 am
dressing down tony blinken about perceived shortcomings, sounds like you could have been added democratic party caucus or seminar on some american college campus repeating the exact same lies and slanders against america and our founding principles the democrats have embraced wholeheartedly, should not be surprised when chinese communists carry the words back to us. >> a columbia university prof was visibly upset in an interview with the bbc when they dared to call out china's human rights abuses. watch. >> not sure why the bbc started with listing only china's human rights abuses. what about america's human rights abuses, walking away from the paris climate agreement for the last four years, unilateral trade actions that were deemed illegal not to mention the continued massive racism, white supremacy.
12:12 am
laura: the self-loathing and virtue signaling, i care more about racism in the past sins of america. i'm in english about it. it strikes me as utterly fraudulent and completely poisonous to any hope of cooperating with other countries against china. >> that professors what you are the chinese communists. back to us at a time when they have completely obliterated freedom and autonomy guaranteed to hong kong by their own words, committing genocide against religious minorities in their own country. sometimes interning them in concentration camps, conducting
12:13 am
gaining mass rapes on orders of magnitude yet this professor is more worried about america's opposed sins than those actions by the chinese communists. another reason so many united nations organizations are a disgrace. >> should be completely defunded. senator cotton, john kerry is not hiding his approach to negotiating with china. >> we have big disagreements with china on some key issues but climate has to stand alone. you can't have those disagreements that because of that i'm not going to do anything about climate. we -- you'll be hurting your people so hopefully everybody's going to come to the table and be reasonable. shannon: is that the strategy? i can't even believe i'm hearing this, your strategies hopefully and we will see how it goes, we will figure it out. chinese negotiators are killers, bob lighthizer, mike pompeo, everyone in the trump administration want to to to with them. the circular negotiators.
12:14 am
>> this is like watching a bad movie with a b list actor. 6 years ago john kerry selling the iran nuclear deal, the same line, the nuclear question will stand alone, their missile program, human rights abuses and maybe you think it stands alone but the ayatollah, the same is true with these chinese communists. they are not going to strike a separate deal on climate change, by sending our jobs to china and eliminating every factory to china and surrendering taiwan and turning a blind eye to human rights abuses and for all that john kerry will come back with an agreement to reduce carbon emissions by 2% by 2018. that is the kind of deal.
12:15 am
laura: that is what victory looks like in the biden administration you are such a leader on this issue, and i want to turn to minnesota where they are bracing for another right of unrest after the police shooting of daunte wright. mike tobin is on the ground where 500 have assembled, what is different on the ground tonight. >> a little more emotional, more aggressive, more interesting, on the fringes tonight. they are very aggressive. the umbrellas, the makeshift shields, respirators, goggles, the helmet and a lot of the repeats, project is coming up and over the crowd toward the fencing.
12:16 am
the difference is that got two layers of fencing with the concrete barriers. we've seen the protesters shake the fencing on the outside. they haven't toppled it and what is also different is law enforcement is keeping a lower profile. there are people in front of police headquarters, by people i mean police in front of police headquarters but they are pretty far back so as far as the kids doing projectile is over the crowd, they would need a pretty good arm to reach anybody, we will see. we are an hour from curfew. we saw last night at curfew the state troopers, the sheriff's deputies, other law enforcement showed up in numbers, they corralled this area and maintenance getting the demonstrators, we will see how it goes at the top of the hour and what the plan is and how they intend to execute it. laura: tell me if you heard this one before. the left and their enablers spreader thinly sourced blockbuster about trump and russia that turns out to be false. it just happened again and we will explain it. chris christie says the gop got
12:17 am
to stop playing pattycake with the democrats, start calling joe biden what he is, a liar, here to tell us why next. hey, kevin! hey, guys! they have customized solutions to help our family's special needs... giving us confidence in our future... ...and in kevin's. voya. well planned. well invested. well protected. two medical societies have strongly recommended to doctors to treat acute, non-low back muscle and joint pain with topical nsaids first. a formulation they recommend can be found in salonpas. a formulation they recommend can be found in salonpas. salonpas. it's good medicine. hisamitsu.

12:20 am
12:21 am
>> it's been widely reported that u.s. has intelligence indicating that russia offered to pay bounty's taliban fighters to kill american soldiers.
12:22 am
you have a phone call with vladimir putin on and counties or offered to pay bounties televangelist to kill american soldiers. you had a phone call with vladimir putin on july 20 third. did you bring up this issue? >> there was a phone call to discuss other things and that is an issue many people said was fake news. laura: for months people should know better. they hammered donald trump over this ridiculous russian bounty story which we now know was based on flimsy until from the beginning but didn't matter, the media have their mindset, they weren't going to deviate from it so the democrats, the intel committee were all pushing this. it wasn't about truth, wasn't about facts, it was about getting trump, a man they really loved and it worked but now that trump is out of office no longer a threat to the deep state's grip on dc they are finally having to assess up. and unnamed senior biden administration official is telling fox us intel agencies have low to moderate confidence in its judgment because it
12:23 am
relies on detainee reporting, code for totally unproven and probably untrue which means democrats and the media spent months spreading unverified deep state disinformation in order to hurt trump, the same playbook as the russia collusion hoax. let's remember all the media goblins who spread the lie. >> not only the president know that russia was paying for american soldiers deaths, paying awards for americans dead, the president knows it. >> trump dismissing the intelligence story is a hoax to damage him and republicans. >> a hostile foreign power is paying the taliban to kill american soldiers and you are not outraged by it, your first reaction is to accuse other people of foisting a lie on you,
12:24 am
this is extraordinary, treasonous behavior. >> this is a scandal. they wanted to make a big deal about benghazi. this makes when does he look like playing with toys. laura: rick single before used to head time magazine. even more despicable, the washington post give trump four pinocchios for calling the russian bounty story fake news but despite today's revelations the post still refused to change their will in writing our analysis is unchanged, trump denies the until reports of russian bounties existed. we would be remiss if we didn't mention the man who benefited the most from spreading this live, joe biden. >> he should have immediately contacted our joint chiefs of staff, gotten them in one room
12:25 am
and sat and said okay, what are we doing to prevent this? what are those parents thinking out there? those sons and daughters, husbands and wives? it is an absolute dereliction of duty. laura: the american people deserve the truth and always level with us. apparently that was a lie too. my next guest recently met with the largest gop caucus in the house and told them to call biden a liar. joining me chris christie, former new jersey governor, former presidential candidate. you reportedly told republicans the democrats are only going to truly fear the gop when they know that we don't fear them. explain what you mean. >> seems like the wounds change. i said this last week. when the democrats thought
12:26 am
donald trump said something false, they would not hesitate for a moment to call him a liar but somehow mainstream media thinks that is out of bounds on joe biden. when you call something for covid bill and only 10% of that bill goes to actual healthcare costs, that is lying. you call something and infrastructure bill when the most generous definition of infrastructure less than 25% is being spent on what the american people understand to be infrastructure, $400 billion spent to force unionization of healthcare workers, don't care if the home healthcare quality goes up, all the cares of the union dues go up, that's not going the american people the truth and i'm tired of sitting around watching the double
12:27 am
standard so when joe biden doesn't still the truth i will be out there calling him out on it and every one should. laura: the repeated why we are hearing on the ground in minnesota and seattle and portland and new york and new jersey that america is systemically racist, that is probably the most poisonous noxious thing i can think of especially for young minorities trying to do their best in these feeling schools and half the time it is on zoom and they have to deal with that lie. >> that is because despite everything president biden said during the campaign about following the science on reopening schools and everything else, when the science shows that schools should be open and children should be in those schools because they are less apt and the teachers are less apt to catch covid in school and they are on the outside but again the teachers union tells
12:28 am
them they don't want to go back to work, you don't need to follow the science. we have got is the republican party to call these things out immediately and repeatedly. because if we don't the american people who will pay attention sometimes and not pay attention of his are going to miss it and give joe biden off the hook for not telling the truth and i am not going to allow that to happen. laura: incredibly talented writer at the hoover institution set on my podcast republicans better start getting aggressive and he means aggressive like you are saying, call things what they are, stop with these think tank colloquy's and big set get dinners giving each other awards, better get down to business. i'm glad you gave that talk to the republicans, they needed to hear it. given what we are seeing on the ground in minnesota, you get the sense we are going to see a lot
12:29 am
in the summer. what is your message for republicans in continuing to try to reach out to minority voters when they are getting this poison shipped into schools and on the ground, in tragic circumstances? >> the only way to confront it is with the truth and the american people deserve the truth and we need to go to minority communities and talk to them about the fact that they are as much a part of the american dream is anybody else in this country and we've got people in public schools, in new jersey, teaching american dream, truth or miss, only giving them materials that backup miss. it is outrageous and this is going on, republicans have to be the truth squad, the american people deserve the truth, joe biden promised to give it, he's not, in the first hundred days, i am tired of sitting back and giving him the benefit of the doubt because not only hasn't
12:30 am
here and it but has gone in the opposite direction. don't know what republicans are waiting for but i am not going to wait. laura: i need to get your thoughts on biden's cdc messaging on covid vaccines. it has been lacking to say the least. they decided to pause the j and j vaccine, causing public confidence to plummet and polls show 15% drop in the number of americans who think that vaccine is safe, you are involved to educate americans on vaccinations. the pfizer ceo, conflicting views, what is the message? >> the message is getting the vaccine is like putting on your safety belt. it is not going to guarantee you if you're in a car accident that you are not going to get hurt or killed but it is going to make
12:31 am
it much much less likely. that is what vaccines will do. the biden administration has botched the messaging on this because all they worry about is being politically correct. political correctness is the first priority of the biden administration or number one being spending us into oblivion and lying but one is political correctness. at the end of the day these vaccines have been tested, four times more than any drug the fda normally approves and they are going to make it better for the american people to go out and get their lives back. >> we will deal with without you will not say about when you can have your life back. they don't get the vaccine because i won't get my life back but then that is a bait and switch they don't get their life back if they get a vaccine, that is the number one problem they are having with this messaging on the vaccine, i am not going to get my freedom back.
12:32 am

the goal posts. the guardian rushed to defend him. >> in what world does and unelected bureaucrats get to tell american citizens when we can exercise our god-given liberties, our constitutional rights, our first amendment rights. you can't go to church, can't go to school, can't go to one's funeral, can't assemble, for a year citizens haven't been able to come to their capital to lobby their representative to petition to them to recast their grievances, they can't do that and if you speak out against doctor fauci you get censored, you get attacked, he has been attacked companies with physician, medical school professor from stanford, even that's not good enough for the radical left. that is what is driving me crazy and we would like to know, you are one of the first point this out on your show.
12:40 am
the american people are tired of this, just tell us when it is going to end, when we get our rights back. shannon: the american people have to remember the government can't take certain rights away. those are inalienable rights, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. he doesn't have the right, the government doesn't have the right to take these basic freedoms away. we keep hearing about the number of cases in the community but you see how he got very nervous when asked for specific number. why is that? >> there is no number of the 0 that would satisfy him. cases are not the problem. cases in the vulnerable population is the problem. once we vaccinated the vulnerable population we are done with the epidemic. we should open schools tomorrow, no excuse not to have them open immediately. we made a lot of progress, 80%

kinds of costs but let's get back to normal. laura: given your professional opinion with all the facts that we know and have known for almost a year about this virus, can be deadly in certain circumstances especially people with high bmis and so forth but given what we know are these controls on personal freedom, do they seem to be tailored to a concern about a virus or something different? >> i don't want to second-guess but they haven't been particularly effective at stopping the virus. california is locked down and use was in california, we paid as well as cost in lockdowns and so many ways and yet we've gotten very little for it. you have to be to live with this virus. not like it is going to go away
