last week i talked to some longtime democrats, liberals who voted for hillary clinton back in 2016. and in 2020 they flipped to trump. because they said they saw how democratic leaders were practically destroying new york city. one actually told his final straw was quote, watching blm destroy the city and self righteous left to say it's okay. he's watching the city leaders defund the police was the same time he cannot ride the train because he does not bill safe. it was not just him. gun president trump gained nearly 2000 votes in your city in 2020 compared to thousands 16. the democrats lost 3% of voters. is not a lot but it does say something about something happening to be a poor sort of in the center, watching these democratic socialists. i'm getting more and more influence for the moderates not standing up to them there feel like maybe we should continue to vote for democrats. that is something i would

personally like to watch and see what happens in the coming years. it's very interesting and almost feel like an opportunity for republicans to grab smart voters. aspects began that rhetoric, joey, want to go back to this and we heard what governor cuomo had to say, would you think about that. >> i don't know what his credibility is on most anything he's not the kind of guy's gonna shoot it to you straight he's going to give you a spin to evoke your emotions because they would love to have the ratings we are probably on the show. at the end of the day any messaging towards anyone out there, this is not a good thing the people get shot by police. and we should be open to any solution that truly stop that from happening. and first and foremost, why are we ever in the situation? the first thing i will say is someone said you should not be shot for having out of date registration. but that is absolutely true. but you should absolutely be pulled over for part which

have a conversation with a police officer for. you should never react in a way that makes a police officer feel for their life over it. my point there is we all hold accountability. when i get pulled over i get really upset like why are you giving a ticket go and arrest a murder. but to hear for public safety, i was speeding and that could hurt someone. if we have some personal accountability we can start on the path to make sure police officers are held accountable as well. this should go hand-in-hand is my point. there's no situation where a police officer should pull a weapon and not know what weapon is in the hamper that is beyond traffic tragic that's horrible that police officer has to be held accountable. but as a private citizen my accountability is feel like they never need to. >> bigler trying to say everyone knows their bad apples are bad apples across the police forces. >> not even bad apples these are apples that are not trained. my friends or law enforcement will tell me that too, look there trying to do the right
