have a conversation with a police officer for. you should never react in a way that makes a police officer feel for their life over it. my point there is we all hold accountability. when i get pulled over i get really upset like why are you giving a ticket go and arrest a murder. but to hear for public safety, i was speeding and that could hurt someone. if we have some personal accountability we can start on the path to make sure police officers are held accountable as well. this should go hand-in-hand is my point. there's no situation where a police officer should pull a weapon and not know what weapon is in the hamper that is beyond traffic tragic that's horrible that police officer has to be held accountable. but as a private citizen my accountability is feel like they never need to. >> bigler trying to say everyone knows their bad apples are bad apples across the police forces. >> not even bad apples these are apples that are not trained. my friends or law enforcement will tell me that too, look there trying to do the right
