despite the jubilation about returning to in person learning, the pandemic was framed by social strife. one year ago our country supported the black lives matter movement. the whole country supported black lives matter? wow! okay. students were asked to complete an online survey written by three teachers. in response to blm and stop asian hate, i wondered about other racial groups? yes or no? i believe that privilege paced on skin color is a myth. again that's a yes or no. i referred to the coronavirus as china virus before. i have tried speaking english with an accent, yes or no?

this gem: i think my asian peers are really good at math. saying yes to that is really pad. the students are instructed that if they answered yes to any of those questions, that could be occurred aggression. students were told to watch videos from something called # let's talk bias. >> i was protesting downtown and a black man stopped me. we were holding a black lives matter sign. he said that starts with you guys. put your bodies in front of us and stand up. i got threatening looks where it's hard to explain to people what are you talking about them.

america. what is troubling is the biden administration they want to fund history and activism so that young people in the k-through-12 category become activists. instead of learning how to be a good citizen, they are taught how to disrupt. they are not taught to respect the rule of law in this nation. they are taught to disrupt. they are not being taught. they are indoctrinated. when you teach someone you expose them to opposing views. >> laura: this is what msnbc reported today about the activists who went to minneapolis for the chauvin trial. >> they feel as educators they

have a role to play in educating the younger generation. they are teaching students about the trial and what is going on. there is an effort to make sure that black and brown students within their school feel like they belong. they will join protestors later on tonight. >> laura: these educators are just agitators at this point. >> i can tell you again that black lives matter, three or four years ago in public schools they took children on field trips to protest and not always informing the parents. education is not taking place in america. many elite colleges and universities, they are only centers of indoctrination and the wild idea they are pushing they are taking it to the k-through-12. it's important for parents to push back. when it comes to critical race theory, we all have a stake in

ending racism. it's a racist theory. racial minorities need to join hands with white americans like we did during the civil rights movement to push back and end what is taking place. >> laura: the parents at that this langley high school in virginia they reached out to me because i did this segment on friday night. they shared with me the series of questions the kids were asked written by the teachers. i don't know what they will do with the data they collect but the parents were not aware of it and they were not happy at all. i think they are beginning to band together. this prince principal miss greer maybe he has good intention but you can't just say the whole country supports black lives matter. that's false --

is racist and they are against you, what good is that going to do us? we should be thankful we have variety. can you imagine if you woke up one day and everybody looked like you? weigh should be happy that we have variety. >> laura: dr. carson, there is an effort to diminish educational standards across the boards. getting rid of classes and changing math and standardized tests. there is an effort to do that. adjusting for educational outcomes instead of holding the bar high for everyone regardless of skin color. >> which is very racist and absolutely absurd. a person with a normal iq is

good at math. people say i am not good at math. not true. it's a matter of how you are taught. that's where we need to invest resources. the way school systems work now, if you live in a poor area there is not a lot of money for your school. that perpet uates the poor education. how do we fund their level of odeication? >> laura: they should not waste time on critical race theory. we need all students to be taught math and science. ben crump the attorney for the floyd and wright families said
