liberty is tumbling towards world's atmosphere in matter of hours could land in your backyard. >> but first states run by republican governors are making moving to push people to get back to work after that dismal april jobs report shows people are not returning to the work force because it pays more to stay home. south carolina and montana announcing their states will get rid of the federal enhance unemployment benefits and idaho and montana they're offering return to work incentives. and now even the chamber of commerce is sounding off saying, quote, the disappointing jobs report make it is clear that paying people not to work is dampening what should be a stronger jobs market. based on the chambers analysis the 300 dollar benefit result in approximately one in four sipghts. taking home more unemployment that they earned working -- well president biden doesn't agree. mr. president do you believe enhance benefits have effect on

those returning to work? >> no. president biden not only thinking unemployment benefits are not keeping workers home he believes along with nancy pelosi that the answer is -- more spending. the house speeber releasing statement that reads in part the disappointing april jobs report highlightings the urgent need to pass president biden's american jobs and families plan we need to take bold action to build back better from this crisis by investing in our nation. our workers and our families. president biden echoing that sentiment insisting more spengdzing will lead to more jobs. >> data shows that more workers more work reverse looking for jobs and many can't find them. today report underscores in my view how vital actions we're talking are. our efforts are starting to work. but the climb is steep. and we still have a long way to go.

>> so rachel what's really happening here? you know businesses who thankfully survived this pandemic are now facing a new challenge. and that is hiring back workers. question just heard from president biden and nancy pelosi, what do you think is really going on here? why is this happening? >> i think biden's economy -- in policies are destroying our economy. and i just imagine being a small business owner hearing president biden's status you know where you can't get workers he's telling you that's not really happening. it is like crazy town stuff. and, of course, people are going stay home they're rational people if you make more staying home thrall do that but problem is as you said carly, the middle class small business owner has been through so much already. they watch big business you know get away weferg during the pandemic therm all open -- the small guy had to shut down if we shut, if we let this continue our milings class and

our small business owners will be completely decimated we will only only wal-mart and amazons left i think that will be bad for america. bad for towns like mine who really love our small businesses. >> charlie just to go through some of numbers so people who are taking home not working and taking home both federal and state unemployment they're making an average of about $638 a week. which results in about $16 an hour in pay. and i was listening to one restaurant own or this morning say that his biggest competitor is the federal government he can't hire people because they are getting paid by the federal government. so what are these businesses going to do? >> yeah. it is true. and you know, it's one thing to have competitors who are in the same line of work you're in but when your competitor is the federal government and they're literally printing money there's no way to compete with them. and to listen to joe biden talk

about how this is, you know, the idea that you're paying people not to work is not having any effect on the unemployment rate is absurd it is a typical sort of washington sort of response to a problem the response, the washington response to every problem is to spend more money or to do more of whatever has caused a problem. and if you remember back before the pandemic, the government wasn't spending all of this money that we're spending right now. and we have full employment. some of the best employment numbers we've ever had in history and so now we're spending what $6 trillion or marg towards $6 trillion. the joe biden wants to spend, an you have not only unemployment going up, but you have these job -- terrible job numbers, and then you also have employers who are -- finding impossible to find people to work for them. it's a real recipe for disaster, but, of course, you know, the democrat response to everything is well we can spend more money so -- >> yeah. you know, you said it.

it is a recipe for disaster if you missed numbers yesterday, the estimate was at about a million jobs would be added in april and ended up being 266,000. and -- leo something happened on cnbc that paints of a picture of how disastrous this jobs number is take a listen to when those numbers came out and reaction of one reporter who couldn't believe these numbers were accurate. watch. >> it looks like 266,000 -- but maybe i have that wrong let me double check bureau website here. yes 26 of is correct unemployment change little change to 6.1.. so we have some issues here. >> yeah. we have some issues here is right. so -- leo what do you think is going to happen -- when do you think the government is going to turn off the tap? they have to at some point we know that democrats like -- entitlement but when do you think that's going to happen? go ahead. >> well i'll tell you it might be a while at least up until the 2022 election. look, joe biden's policy in the program is creating a lazy

america. that's basically what it is. he's creating free load percent. this is a country according to joe biden you get a job it gives you dignity. well welcome the democrats look at give me this money, to every day citizens is a way to keep government dependency and they'res using carly the covid situation to pass all of this outrageous spending. this is outrageous spending, and charlie said previously, we have to best economic unemployment number low unemployment prior to the pandemic but democrats don't care about that. it is about power it is about control, and if they feel they can keep america basically -- buffaloed in thinking that this is a covid response, they're going to keep doing this until they're out of office and hopefully that's 2022. >> yeah. i don't blame these people who are saying staying home making a fiscally responsible decision for their families if you're making more money at home why would you go back to work? rachel i got to get your reaction to this. so --

go check in there they're not dancing. this is not going to end well and leo you're 100% right. this is by design. they want us dependent on government they want entire populations minority groups, and by the way, the job numbers were the worst for black americans. they want them back and dependent. they didn't like the way they were financially independent and free thinking and doing, you know, what was best for their families. under the trump economy this is going to be a different kind of economy with biden. >> you know some of the work shortage is über lyft drivers truck drivers restaurant workers grocery store workers, all shortages that you see right there. charlie, you know, a lot of democrats are saying that the fact that people are still home is a good rational for there to be a $15 minimum wage. that this proves that businesses need to just pay people more than what they're getting by the federal government right now. what would that do to the economy?

>> well, that's like competing with a federal government for your employees. it's, you know, it's -- i'm in favor of everybody making more money but that's not the way to do it. putting small businesses out of business is not how you get people to get paid more money and real dangerous here two things is one good thing for the 2022 election is that at this point given all that joe biden has done, you can't say that he doesn't own this economy. he can -- you know in two years he can try to blame this on predecessor or whatever or pandemic or whatever. that's not going to work. at this point, joe biden owns this economy. it will be very interesting to see where we go over next two years but second thing is this is so alarming about all of this is when you precinct money the way people are precincting money and you borrow money the way people are borrowing money in order to give cash pams to keep people from working all you're dong is you're creating a situation where you're getting inflation. and when -- when people start paying and

responsible for killing over 45 million people in china. a purge, i thought that leaders in this country was washington, jefferson, lincoln roosevelt but black lives matter looking for a communist china leader what's your thought? >> yeah. it is truly, truly astonishing you can't make this stuff up, of course, young is probably the single-biggest mass murderer in the history of human kind. somebody who killed, you know, whatever as you pointed out tens of millions of people killed many people that were political opponent. but even worse killed tens of millions more by pushing his policyings on them because all of this policy is in little red book were so terrible. they literally killed tens of millions of people. and but the sad thing is i think -- i think that this woman is probably, probably has no idea what she's talking about.

marxist lifestyle in a way because if you're leader of the movement you know you're living high on the hog but everyone else for everyone else is entirely different scenario. she is, she is a -- certainly did not. she's i believe a self-described marxist you have to wonder what she find appealing about this could it also be conformity we're going cancel you could be that. but here's the thing about the black lives matter movement. we've had so many people on our air mothers, and fathers who have lost their children to gang violence and they say where's the jot rage? where are black live matter supporters chanting our child's name and -- so there's a lot of anger within some of these communities the communities of color. for the black lives matter movement one of the people who is angry with them is mother of breonna taylor said on facebook that she has seen so many black lives matter supporters say that they are raising money for the family of breonna taylor and she hasn't seen a dime or want to

see a dime either. so -- there's something going on with the leadership and may disagree with supporters peacefully protesting but it is their right but if you want to support communities of color i would say -- donate your money to a church or local organization. but there's something funny going on with the money involved that appears with the black lives with the black lives matter movement if they're saying they're giving to the family of breonna taylor if that is true and hasn't seen a dime that seems kind of strange to me. >> yeah. you're absolutely right you know, to be again there's a disconnect as to what black lives matter wants to do and what they practice in -- in application and purpose. i'll go to you rachel here's something that bothers me in thes joe biden, kamala harris they will never criticize black lives matter they call them peace proprotesters that wasn't peaceful protesting but seems to me that black lives matter is the heart and soul of democratic party. and they don't criticize them, and the question is why?

♪ ♪ >> welcome back to the big saturday show. pressure continues to mount on new york governor andrew cuomo as the investigation into sexual harassments allegation and nursing home scandal expands. "the wall street journal" now reporting that new york state attorney general is now looking into a top cuomo advisor for possibly providing access to covid-19 vaccines in exchange for support for the governor. cuomo volunteered visier larry schwartz overseeing vaccination distribution in new york state reportedly called democratic county executives inquiring for support amidst scandal and deny linking vaccine distribution to political consideration.

you may remember, in march, governor cuomo is accused of prioritizing covid tests for family and support percent in the early days of the pandemic. when it was hard to get those tests, and accusation cuomo denies -- so leo -- >> not involved in the testing program to that intimate level. people who i would meet with and i would be exposure with i was aware they were being tested so if you kaimg to see me in my office, you would be tested. and that applied with my family also. >> so leo, you're a lawyer -- if andrew cuomo were your client would you advise him that he might be in a little bit of trouble here? >> let me think about that charlie, yeah. he's in a lot of trouble. [laughter] in tremendous trouble.

but here's the problem, this is where party loyalty should be abandoned. governor cuomo is bad for new york and bad for this country. and he -- and what democrats are doing they're still preblghting them. they're having these dragged out impeachment proceedings. they're having all of this dragged out -- hearings to delay his removal. now he's going to be remove inside 2022 thank goodness for janice dean. the point is simply this, there's no dispute that -- thousands of people die seniors died at nursing homes no dispute those women are credible who complain about harassment. yet he's protected by the democratic machine. and this is an embarrassment you're a democrat you should be embarrassed that guy should be go and not protected by insiders. >> you would say he was definitely in trouble. it is kind of remark public you know -- [laughter] politics for a long time, and i've always heard of pay to play.

but i've never heard of pay to live that's new york has to take it to a new level. carly -- i'm sort of interested about this other thing about larry schwartz and the idea that he's a volunteer advisor who is put in charge of vaccine distribution. what do think about that. do you think that's good or maybe they might find distribution put in charge of vaccine distribution. >> people he was talking about were vaccine distribution disturbed because that was focus of their conversations and then all of a sudden it turned to a phone call of are you going come out against the governor? so that's really the foundation of that complaint. but in keeping with that, there are so many investigations going on right now. against governor cuomo enough to make your head spin so just -- to run down them for a second, he's facing federal investigation with involving the nursing home scandal state attorney general is looking into

the sexual harassment allegations and then this new vaccine allegation. and then as leo mention there's the impeachment investigation that is -- investigating at all -- the nursing home, the covid, the sexual harassment stuff, and then the book if he use state resources for book and if he gave his family priority testing. i mean it is so much so you would think that -- with all of that going on, he would be hiding in a bunker somewhere that is absolutely not the case. he's still holding that weekly call that weekly covid call with the 50 governors and i do feel like a little bit of the pressure is off. there was at one point this unrelenting call for him to either step down or be impeached and that has stopped. and some polling does show he may be tiebl survive this. dpepgdz on the investigation. >> you make a great point. cuomo make it is very clear he has no intention of resigning. watch this. >> i was elected by people of the state of new york.

there's this incentive they have to not really, you know, carly you mentioned -- hasn't fallen yet what's going on there's kind of taking the heat off of him. this is why they're totally invested in this. somebody who is so craven as to withhold a vaccine -- from people who aren't supporting him and hard to feel sorry for new yorkers because if it was happening in my state i would be, you know, everyone would be trying to get hill out i don't understand how he keeps surviving but it is new yorkers and democrats and the media, and the political machine that keeps, you know, pushes oxygen into this guy and it is just unbelievable to watch. if they don't replace him, you can be sure that a -- or get rid of him soon you can be sure republicans someone might be tiebl win that democrat state because i think, you know, it will show that this machine is just -- has to be taken down.

first it was coronavirus, now there's a new threat from china debris from a rocket. the long march five d rocket lifted off from china on april 29th is expected to make an uncontrolled reentry into earth's atmosphere some time between late tonight and early tomorrow morning. and although it has a 70% chance of landing in the ocean, officials at the u.s. space command say that the exact area of the entry cannot be pinpointed. as if that gives you any sort of solace. carly, "the new york post" advise that is you go outside with a helmet. i saw that i was wondering -- as a tv physicist would you be comfortable going outside with just a helmet with 22 tons of scrap rocket -- >> oh, boy hurdling around atmosphere. >> i think you gave me a
