and almost all indoor places. >> anyone who is fully vaccinated can participate indoor and outdoor activity, large or small without wearing a mask and if you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic. but there is always a chance you may need to make change to these recommendations. >> today is a great day for americans. we have gotten this far. please protect yourselves until you get to the finish line. after a year of hard work and so much sacrifice, the rule is very simple: get vaccinated or wear a mask until you do. the choice is yours. you all made this possible. now, let's finish the work of beating this virus and getting everything back to normal. some may say, just feel more

comfortable, continue to wear a mask. they may feel that way. so if you are someone with a mask, you see them, please treat them with kindness and respect. >> jesse: kindness and respect. kind of funny coming from joe biden who called texas neanderthals for dropping the mask mandate following the science months before the cdc got around to it. let's bring in everybody here. juan williams, he says it is a great day for the american people, but i have a feeling you might still be wearing that mask. am i right about that? >> juan: i went to the ball game the other night and i didn't wear the mask. that is required at the stadium. that is the rule to go to the game. but when i'm walking around, i don't. i think we discussed this, jesse, some people will give you the stink eye if they don't think you should be doing that.

but i haven't been wearing the mask outdoors. it was a month ago that the cdc said it fully vaccinated and i am fully vaccinated that you can run, hike, walk, people in small family groups who are also fully vaccinated with no problem. jesse come i just want to tickle you, slap you on the back, come on, man, celebrate, today is good time. i just can't believe we are through this. this has been a struggle for everybody, i don't care who you are or where you are. this is good times. hats off, hats off to the biden administration. i say hats off to the people the pharmaceutical people who came up with this. they pulled this out of a -- >> jesse: come on, you can say it. >> juan: here it is, here it is, thank you, thank you,

outside and actually be indoors with other people who are vaccinated and not wear your mask. what is new? what pushed them to this point? all this panic about oh, my gosh my lost my mask. and the other thing with kamala harris kissing her husband both with masts on when both vaccinated. this is the ater, rand paul was right. the other crazy part of it, the people that are vaccinated are the people who are most hesitant about getting back and doing things that we have done normally. and so whether taking food, going to restaurants, the vaccinated ones are the slowest ones to get involved, and there you have it. >> jesse: that is interesting, dana. what do you attribute that to? you would think those people, it would be a reverse. >> dana: i'm in the reverse category so maybe this just caution or may be waiting to hear specifically from the

scientist if i wanted to follow the scientist, it is all going to be okay to not wear a mask. i think we take it as a win, this is great, i agree. when president biden said americans have made each other smile come i think that is true. he's got a great smile, kamala harris, everybody loves a smile so that is good. judge jeanine's had i was thinking about too. earlier this week the cdc director michelle wolinsky testified in front of congress and was not wearing a mask but yesterday john kerry was testifying, and he wasn't wearing -- he was wearing a mask until -- i think it is all strange. now you might wonder why today -- i'm not saying but i would admire the skill to hold a positive announcement when every other story and every other headline when you're at the white house, every story is bad. you are looking for a good story to break through directly to the american people and this would be it. >> judge jeanine: yeah, smart.

and although in louisiana we have not felt and i was able to fill my beautiful paid off truck this morning. although a hike in price. it would be like me wearing shoes when i want to roller-skate and get a couple of previous woes. but i have to drive a grown man's truck. but the fact that the president was kind of like, oh, you know we will take a few weeks. and a lot of people are already on red alert in this country dealing with the pandemic issues. on top of the outcome of the excuses, the dark side, we know the name of the group which in itself is a whole nother issue. we are pretty sure they lived in russia, but we don't think they work for the russian government. can you imagine the previous administration making a statement like that? inclusion, not hard enough and i would assume everyone is guilty. i would go after everyone until they brought the people forward to. but instead, it feels like we let them get away with it.

no big deal. we will get that gas back in a week or two and i think that is bad appearance before judge, the administration several times said, this is a private-sector matter, a company and a company can deal with it but this actually does have national security and economic security consequences for the country. >> judge jeanine: of course it does, dana, and that is the very point. he is saying i have no comment on whether they paid a ransom which means allegedly to $45 million reported. nancy pelosi said you can't use the excuse it's a private company and can't get involved is pure nonsense. plus, in addition to that, what you've got is biden administration and when joe biden comes out and says we are going to make sure there is no price gouging. we are going to make sure price gouging -- hey, joe, we have local prosecutors doing that everyday. you have got to make sure that

our grid is hardened. and what president trump did in 2018 is he created the cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency. in addition in 2020 and warned of cyber ransomware attacks in exactly this kind of situation. so here we are again talking about what the president did just like president trump and 100 days in them with a sense biden is weak. so the russians whether the kremlin or not -- and don't give me this we don't think it is the kremlin, really? prove it to the american people. >> dana: you will be impressed. juan, what should the united states do? i was thinking after 9/11, all of these young people wanted to work in the federal government, and they signed up to be navy seals and they joined other branches in the military. they wanted to be a part of the cia who hired a bunch of people

studying terrorism and issues. at this point, i feel like we should hire every team gaming all day long since i couldn't go to school during the pandemic. >> juan: good advice, dana perino. you should write a book about this. >> dana: i don't have a lot of time on my hands. >> juan: i think the whole country has to take this very seriously. you know, yesterday, president biden put out an executive order on cyber preparedness and it got a big thumbs up from the corporate world and all the people, including the young people you just described who spent all of their time writing code and understands how hacking work spirits why think that is the kind of thing we need to do. i might add, i think we have teeth view this as very much a part of infrastructure. it has to be seen as a central that we keep up, not only oil pipeline but keep our computers running. it is just part of how we live

and central to the way american life is right now. i must say in regard to the gas situation and even to the argument about, well, they are risking inflation. today, the stock market is up 400, i think more than 400 points. you know, strategy rebuild is trading low, 1%, so people don't expect this will be a long-term problem. what they have got is an economy coming, starting to get fast, going 0 to 60 quickly. we will have some blips. but i don't think it is any reason for all of us to go running around, the world is ending, no. you know what, we are in a good spot. as i said yesterday, happy days are here again. >> dana: let's go to the sunniest optimist on the panel now jesse watters, what do you think? >> jesse: well, if regular hardworking americans are paying more in gas, that is a blip and that hurts, juan. joe biden put out an executive

go. >> dana: this is super fantastic, super fantastic. because look, if you are a republican ad maker, they are making the work so easy for you. you pull the clip of joe biden when he was first an office canceling the keystone pipeline, shoot a clip of a guy in arkansas and told john kerry to get a solar job and they don't make there are no solar jobs. and then you have this situation, first of all, the hack is the bigger issue here rather than the fuel. the hack is the issue because if you have an electric car and you want to plug that sucker in and loaded up with energy for the next day, what happens when dark side decides to hack into the electricity generation system or distribution system? that is where the focus should be pure and fine, if they want to get more electric vehicles, but that means you have to have power to do that. but another thing, much in the

infrastructure and specifically arguing we want to support and infrastructure deal, but what about, what about we just limit it to roads, bridges, tunnels? but i think this argument we are having says hey, we want to make sure that our infrastructure in terms of pipeline, in terms of traffic lights, in terms of social media and one of those polls with the cell phone polls. are protected. that is a different argument for republicans to hear and explain a vision of infrastructure. >> judge jeanine: juan, we are talking about you can harden the electric grid and chassis, i'm going to go to you, but the truth is there are people that can't afford a new car, okay? and all of this forcing people out of a job with a pipeline to energy, nobody's got a job yet. and now people have the car.
