todd: i know you are doing this on behalf of the great people of indiana. is this all building to something at the federal level ie the elimination of section 230 protection for big tech? >> well, there is no coordination. but i think that's part of the puzzle and part of the solution is adjusting that you know, i worked on that from my time in congress. this is an independent investigation to find out if they broke indiana's consumer laws and other states are doing other things. even at the lawsuit stage now and indiana has joined those states in some of those lawsuits like texas when we are fighting against the ads revenue and the antitrust provisions. this is an independent investigation on another theory of whether or not they broke another state's -- state laws in an additional way specifically the consumer protection law. so, all these are blooming, so to speak, and i think ultimately, it's going to lead to a lot of reform one way or

the other. jillian: you say all of these are blooming. i'm curious, you think, how much of an uphill battle this really is? >> well, it's a little bit of david and goliath for sure. but we have a law on our side. we have the investigative power on our side and no one is too big to be above the law. i mean, so long as this is still america, and we're all supposed to be under the rule of law all of us equally that includes google and the rest of them, too. todd: 30 seconds on this final answer. along these lines do you think in your heart of hearts that we are any closer to big tech changing it ways? >> i do. they are taking and they should be, our investigation seriously. they are all lawyered up and the process will go forward. and ultimately a judge or jury will probably decide some of these things depending on where our investigation goes. but, all of us working on this independently, yet rowing in the same direction is going to produce some change. i'm pretty confident in that.

todd: usually the strong arm of the government can lead people into settling or caving. big tech has a lot in that. >> yeah. in this case the state government. the federal government doing or what look to the state and your attorney general to make that change. todd: a.g. todd rokita, have a great weekend. >> thank you, guys. jillian: shocking video a padre fan punching out another fan in denver. watch. >> now on third tommy error is at second. jillian: oh my god, it is unclear what led that to knockout blow. man appears to be yelled at by the rockies fan he walks up and delivers a sinister right hook before being tackled. the victim is not pressing charges. >> we lee with you this three louisville police officers hailed at heros this morning after pulling two people from burning cars following a crash watch as the officers break glass, struggle to reach the
