cyber security agency to identify, anticipate and manage national cyber security and infrastructure risks. in 2020 he warned pipeline owners of potential krieber attacks and what to do to avoid them. but joe biden appears incapable of comprehending he the dangers cyber terrorists are to the united states. the gas lines are starting to look like jimmy carter's america during this gas shortage. the biden administration's weak and feckless response shows our enemies our vulner bills and inability to protect ourselves. it happened in just over 100 days into the biden

administration. an attack on our infrastructure that shows how emboldened our enemies are. when they tried this with donald trump, they were stopped at every turn. what is the importance of the colonial pipeline? it's a major artery for the movement of oil. the largest pipeline for refined oil in the united states that carries 3 million barrels of fuel, 100 million gallons a day between texas and new york. it fell prey to a cyber attack by hackers inside russia. monday the biden administration told us there is not a supply shortage and -- no supply description. and tuesday the energy secretary said it's not that we have a gasoline shortage. it's a supply crunch. they continues even get the message straight let alone solve

the problem. to remedy the problem biden had to reinstate trump policies on deregulation biden had reversed. biden when asked directly how to leavate the gas shortage gave this brilliant answer. >> i think what this shows is that -- i think we have to uh make a great investment in education as it relates to being able train and graduate more people proficient in cyber security. judge jeanine: pray tell, how does that fill my gas tank. this is the infrastructure that americans care about. not what you and the squad refer to as infrastructure which is nothing more than government giveaways and handouts. biden on the other hand after

the attack occurred issued an executive order directing the administration to work with the private sector. really? how does that put gas in my tank. sow it is the biggest ever cyber attack on the united states infrastructure occurred early on joe biden's watch. when asked if a ransom was paid, biden's none of our business response was no comment. and biden isn't even blaming russia. he was quick to say, as quick as quick to joe, that the kremlin was not involved. really, joe? anyone who knows russia knows hackers at that level are not only well known to the kremlin, but oftentimes work with their sanction. now, you wants to cut russia loose just like that? you don't even want to look into russia now that there are widespread gas shortages of

price gouge? under president trump we were energy indiana net exporter of natural gas. you take away the keystone pipeline. a second pipeline is hacked and you are virtually putting us on our knees to the arab countries and opec. it on the took you 130 days. might hunder have a contract with them, too? we need gas to go on vacation and visit family members. a multi million dollar investment in an electric car company that you just visited as president are trying to wean us off gas by taking gas away. you know, the prosecutor in me makes we wonder whether this is all part of a bigger plan. joe, i don't want an electric car.

america doesn't want electric cars. only 2% of americans even own electric cars. leave us alone. or does hunter have a contract with them, too. so far joe, everything you have touched is a mess. you can't deliver a straight message on a mask. it's common sense. america isn't listening to you or the cdc anymore. if you had a vaccine you don't need to wear a mask. we just had the worst jobs report last week when it was projected we would have 1 million new jobs. instead it came in with a pathetic 266,000. inflation and recession is on the tip of everyone's tongues. under president trump america experienced its best economy in history. this week you come out and do a happy dance. and you tell us all is well. no need to wear a mask. the economy is on an upswing.

do you think we are stupid? and the border. you managed to mess that one up in less than 130 days, too. donald trump had it under control building a wall, and he stopped much of the crossing. now your homeland security secretary says the border is closed. stop lying to us. we are witnessing the highest border crossing in 20 years and you are creating a financial arm get getten -- armaggedon on our grandchildren. and you are creating a socialist nirvana paying people more money through social fund than they would make if they went back to work. you say that's not the reason they are not going back to work. but you are lying to us and it continued when you looked into a

camera and said this. >> we'll see the fastest economic growth in nearly 40 years in the months to come. we are moving in the right direction. so let's be clear. our economic plan is working. judge jeanine: less than 24 hours later we learn that job vacancies in this country hit an all-time record high. you are giving them the luxury of not having to work because they are making the same money sitting at home. that many the essence of socialism. in addition to all the some other crises, the middle east is on fire that started when hamas attacked israel. that would never have happened under donald trump who created peace deals, historic deals between israel and arab countries. now it's falling apart as you equivocate over america's support for america's greatest

i was look to make cyber attacks like this cyber terrorism soft people who did it could get the death penalty or life in jail. i'm look for hamas to be deterred and they are not. i'm looking for mexico and central america to stop the onslaught at the border. there is a piling on effect all over the world because president biden is showing weakness. judge jeanine: with this projection of weakness, i want to refer to something that i have been frustrated about for a long time. that's our electric grid in this country. and the fact it's a cal bawnized group of electric come -- it's a balkanized group of electric companies. >> look at the pipeline. my god, this pipeline is the single pipeline on the east

coast and they were able to mark it out. i'm worried about our electric grid, our financial service systems. you can donnell so much prevention. but you have to deter people. they have to be afraid to attack the united states. is anybody afraid of joe biden? is anybody being deterred by the policies of president biden in the answer is no. this is a dangerous time in the world right now. >> speaking of it being a dangerous time in the world. listen to this sound from the squad. >> this is not about both sides. this about imbalance of power. >> we need to stop and look at the fact that our own country is ebb abling this with billions of dollars every year being issue offed to israel even though they are promoting racism and dehumanization.

>> the pain anderror palestinians are facing is the consequence of years military occupation. judge jeanine: you hear at squad and their reaction and their favoritism toward palestine. and the palestine authority. what is your take on that? >> they are siding with a terrorist organization over democracy. israel provides more actual intelligence to the united states to keep us safe than probably any single country in the world. they are a democracy. hamas is a terrorist organization under our law. if the squad is with the terrorists, i'm with the democracy called israel. they do not represent the mainstream of the democratic party yet. i have never been more worried about where the democratic party is going than i am now. how would you like to live in a country where 2,000 rockets come

into your country hoping they will land on schools? that's what israel is facing. judge jeanine: israel is facing protecting its nation, its state. when president trump was there, there were peace deals. it was a totally different feeling over there and reality. what will president biden feel like? >> do you think hamas would have shot 2,000 rockets on trump's watch? we had the lowest illegal immigration crossing in 45 years in the last year of president trump's presidency. he secured the border. he got peace deals between the arabs and israelis. what you see is a dheej biden on

filled largely with reporters sympathetic to his agenda. but for biden even that's a mine field. joining us, hogan gidley. what do you think of a president who says i'm going to get in trouble if i answer that question. who is the guy going to get in trouble with with. >> that's amazing to hear. he time i see this guy walk to the podium i think, what did you think we were going to get. he ran his campaign from the basement of his home with a he prompter. when he says president of the united states, i'm not supposed to answer these questions. you are the leader of the free world. we have a border in crisis. the miefts at war. the eastern seaboard is out of gas.

you can't answer simple questions? you are the president of the united states. my question to him is who are we supposed to turn to. if you don't know the answers, then who does. my second question to the american people is what did you think was going to happen? this guy didn't have a shot in the world as he was running for president. he refused to face the media now he's trying to hide again. jenna: hogan, you are so right. but the other question i ask myself, who is he going to get in trouble with? i am going to get in trouble? i heard it twice. and i'm like who is pulling the springs. what's going on with this puppet show we are watching. even this week the "new york times" didn't provide cover for him when they wrote this article behind closed doors finding out what he's really like. so we have this folksy joe biden

behind closed doors. the guy has a short fuse. and the headline really doesn't go into obviously the details that the story does about this guy seems unhinged. they come out and say aides describe being met with cane outburst of frustration often laced with profanity. that he has a quick temper. he erupts in fits of rage. he even occasionally hangs up the phone on people. you are right, during campaign we saw he had a rage at people. >> sure. donald trump was different. he was the same in public as he was in private. you knew exactly what you got with donald trump. joe biden has been coddled by the mainstream media. he's been hidden for the most part.

now stories are starting to come out to show exactly how he is and who he is. it's no wonder he's second guessing some of the solutions he has maid. everything he has done to this point has worked to erode the record-setting success donald trump had in four years. job joe biden has wrecked in just four short months. judge jeanine: the amazing part is he says i'm going to build some of the wall. then he has to then overrule his own repeal of the deregulation because he realizes he needs that to allow the truckers to tank fuel to the eastern seaboard. about it appears the man is incapable as you read through the article. he's incapable of making a decision. it takes him forever. and he's very frustrated with

acronyms. you would think a guy in washington for 47 years would know the cia and derks a. >> he doesn't even know the people in his own cabinets. what he has done to this country in such a short period of time is really sad. you mentioned the border. i thought you weren't supposed to build a wall because it was wasteful and xenophobic. then majorkas says the border is closed. if it's closed then why are we doing all these things to fix the problem at the southern border. the whole thing is a lie. the whole thing is a scam. the media has been covering for joe biden the whole time and the american people are seeing his policies are impacting him negatively. we are going to take back the house in 2022 and take back the white house in 2024.

back to "justice with judge jeanine." judge jeanine: judge jeanine: it's so outrageous it's hard to believe. but maxine waters and other lawmakers are being accused of abusing their security privileges and use air marshalls as their additional security on flights. let me get this straight. maxine waters needs to be safe with extra security guards but we don't matter at all. host of the dana show, dana loesch joins me with reaction. >> good to see you, judge. judge jeanine: we have got maxine waters leaving washington to go to an area not her district with two capitol police who were armed. two secret service and demanding she get two air marshals to join

her security. tell us what you think. >> this story is crazy. for someone like maxine waters and this trip you are talking about, her travel from washington to minnesota, everybody saw that video where she was at some kind of protest after riots had been going on. protests around the country. during the chauvin trial and during the verdict as well. her remarks were so caustic the judge remarked upon them from the courtroom. this is the trip we are talking about. this is where she took the air marshals when she was going to minnesota. taxpayers got to pay for this. she gets extra security so she can make these remarks and raise tensions even further. she didn't need to pour gas on this fire and make us pay for it with the air marshals.

judge jeanine: the federal air marshals were taken off of other high risk flights because she decides she needs six armed guards to go to a place that's not her district on the taxpayer dime to create trouble and the hypocrisy of it. this woman wants to defund police. give me your take on that. >> they talk about defunding the police and restricting second amendment rights, they love taking security armed with the things they would deny us to use to protect ourselves with. for all of the discussion over this air marshal program, i know people on the right and the left talk about ways it could be overhauled or taxpayer dollars could be used more wisely. but why are you taking away security for the public? i really -- i appreciate what all members of our congress do

except when they are very successful and going after our rights. why does she think she needs two air marshals on top of existing security she is already provided with. there are people flying on planes right now and they would probably appreciate the security or the optic of it rather than her going to places and protesting and pouring gas on the fire. judge jeanine: in terms of the airlines where the air marshals are flying. there are high-risk flights, and she is such a hypocrite she would deny people the protection she wants to triple for herself. dana loesch, it's good to have you on "justice." thanks for being with us tonight. my closing statement on the lying leader of the department of homeland security is coming
