hundreds of millions of dollars, at a time when they're taking a hundred and 50 million out for legal immigrants on southern border? how does that make sense? >> i remember when you are in the white house and donald trump wanted to redirect money and they gave nothing but trouble to the trump administration, saying how outrageous it was that the president was going to deal with the crisis. that was by the millions of dollars. it's normally customary for congress to redirect money and inform congress, but it's usually for unspent funds. this is not normal. this is billions of dollars in a situation that was highly preventable. they had an open borders policy. they invited these people to come in and now we have something like 20,000 unaccompanied minors, so many of them have covid, it was a

problem they brought upon themselves. the mixed messaging, when you have the secretary of health and human services who doesn't understand what the white house is doing, there is a serious coordination and lack of professionalism they are in that white house. they are on totally different pages. >> totally different pages. the 2.1 billion being reallocated is more than what was allotted in the last two fiscal years, i wonder, is this a mission that they do have a mission although they won't admit it? >> it's been a crisis since even back during the campaign when biden said he would have no problem with people crossing the border. that was a strong message. once he was elected, that send signals. this is another area that was stable.

when you create policies and you have the rhetoric to tell people to come, there are consequences and one of the consequences is the amount of money that has to be spent. i think a lot of people were told that joe biden would be a moderate, that kamala harris would be a moderate and so they were thinking if they voted for him they would get the same excellent policies they love during the trump administration. so much to improve the economy, peace in the middle east, then they wouldn't have to deal with any mean tweets. instead we are over a hundred days in and people are stunned by how quickly everything can deteriorate. domestically, cyber terrorism, unemployment, inflation, the horrible disruption in the middle east, these things are happening quickly and in this case it's a great example because it's so openly self-inflicted, this wound up telling people to come, leave their children and now we have to pay for it.
