tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  May 30, 2021 12:00am-1:00am PDT

12:00 am
[♪♪♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for joining us tonight. let's get right to my open. monday is memorial day and the kickoff to summer 2001. sum -- summer 2021. it's time to walk outside and start having a good time again. but when you do, be warned, you will be walking into a very different america than the last
12:01 am
time you openly celebrated with your family and friends. she is sadly different. she has been trashed by those who want to rewrite her story, change her image and change her past. she suffered insults. she mass lost the determined patriots who fought to defend her. her borders are flush with those who violate her laws to enter, then demand to partake of her hard earned generosity. fentanyl and heroin with the drug cartels come through that same border. an a crane lawlessness is pervasive. it's nothing short astounding.
12:02 am
demand for justice, calls for action, actually outside the realm of law and order. it all started with the coronavirus. we can blame all that we lost, all that we suffered from a virus that came from another part of the world. but how much do we really know about it? unfortunately we know very little. and because we have all been forced to hide under a rock for the last 15 months, we know very little about the origin and spread of the virus. what we do know we learned from mainstream media, social media, and dr. anthony fauci. the alleged knowing prince of all things covid who drop dictd himself over and over. yet in 40 years, facing numerous infectious threats under dr. few chips leadership, the nih's
12:03 am
leadership has been far less than stellar. in 40 years, fauci has been at the helm of running the agency. it took private industry to develop a solution to hiv, it took private industry to develop a vaccine for ebola. yet fauci who served seven presidents and is the highest paid public servant in government has had billions of dollars available to him through federal funding. and he did little to assist the millions worldwide suffering from ebola or h.i.v. so much for the knowing prince of infectious diseases. so it should be no surprise that fauci was clearly not you have to conquering the greatest
12:04 am
healthcare crisis in history. why was there a single voice, a single opinion, the only answer solely responsible for global health policy? why was fauci who made more money than anyone in the united states government permitted to sit on private board and accept personal money from the private sector. why was fauci allowed to stifle the opinions of others equally experienced and qualified but differing in opinion like dr. scott atlas. the biggest question of all, how is it that fauci predicted in 2017 that president trump would face a pandemic. if he knew this, why didn't he develop a responsible me node -- responsible method for this virus four years ago.
12:05 am
he expressly said president trump would face a crisis and pandemic unlike anything we have seen. now take a listen. >> there is know question that there will be a challenge the coming administration in the arenan of infectious diseases in the sense of ongoing disease and we have a large burden of that, but also there will be a surprised outbreak. judge jeanine: that comments alone should convince you with his unique ability to predict a future pandemic and predict it specifically during president trump's term should frighten anyone, unless of course you bought the same crystal ball he did. but all the power and money of the united states federal government as well as his unique ability to befriend one president after another as well as his unique ability to be the
12:06 am
highest paid employee of the federal government, how is it that fauci was not ready to protect the american public when he knew a threat existed? why was this fabulously wealthy public servant allowed to sit on the scientific board of the global grand challenges of the bill and melinda gates foundation and other boards promoting health policy and therapeutics that go along with that policy. does conflict of interest ring a bell with you? tonight you will hear rand paul discuss the fact that we were lied to repeatedly by fauci. fauci admitted the virus did not jump from animal to human. there is not a single known case. we'll explain why this is important. we'll also hear that the vaccine
12:07 am
you probably already received is not a long standing solution or- solution or cure like a polio vaccine. you will need to re-up the vaccine in 6 months or 9 months whether this a new variable to the virus or not. question. why -- why do we need so many vaccines and who is making the money. as you walk out your doors that was america. don't be surprised if you experience something far different from the america you were forced to close your door on last march in 2020. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page page and twitter #judgejeanine. here to react to my open and the ongoing fight to find out the
12:08 am
origins of the coronavirus, senator rand ball. you have offered legislation to stop gain of function research funding in china. let me try to dumb that down. that means the two theories about the coronavirus, one that it came from animal to human, or that it was ginned up in a lab to jump from animal to human after several petri dishes allowed to it go to human. >> when you have an even mall virus that normally just infects animals and you mutate it or force it to evolve so it can affect humans. it's making it more transmissible and oftentimes more dangerous and deadly in humans. in 2004 there was a coronavirus called sars. it killed a bunch of people.
12:09 am
it lad a 15% -- it had a 15% mortality. in the with you man lab they were studying the sars virus and put making it more infectious. that may be how this virus started. i'm worried this stuff still goes on and the u.s. government has been funding it. judge jeanine: we know the u.s. government has been sending money to the world health organization which appears to be run by china's puppet. and they apparently lied about the fact that the virus was the prance missable between humans. why did joe biden say he was going to stop the investigation origins of the wuhan virus? >> i think there has been a sea change in the last two or three weeks on this.
12:10 am
a year ago, anyone who mentioned the possibility that this came out of the wuhan lab were dismissed as right-ring kooks and conspiracists. when i introduced my amendment to stop funding this in china i ended up getting every democrat on board. i think they either know the information or they suspect the evidence will get stronger and stronger. last week's revelation three workers were sick in november in the wuhan lab well before the chinese admit is a big deal. we have a lot of evidence pointing to this lab now. judge jeanine: so why can't the white house commit to a real investigation? now joe biden has done an about-face and he's saying we'll investigate. at the end of 90 days we will
12:11 am
figure it out. a is not letting anyone -- china is not letting anyone there. >> it was publicly reported in march or may of last year when you look at cell phone data, there is a period in october when there is no cell phone data in a secure area in that lab. it was reported by nbc that this happened. i would guess that if you look at intelligence data, somebody probably does have information on that and we do have the ability to know if the lab was shut down. if nobody is there, there are no cell phones there for a period of time, that's circumstantial evidence the lab was shut down. there is some information we can find. and i think we do have that information. but i don't think we have been pursuing it nor do i think we have been drawing the conclusions we need to. if this came from the wuhan lab we need to be worried about the
12:12 am
communist government doing this. but we have 11 labs in our country where it's solid americans trying to do research. if this leaks from wuhan, what if it leaks from the labs here with something more deadly than covid. should we be paying for this research at all? judge jeanine: the gain of function, to gin it up so it could go from animal to human, why would they do that? >> they say they are doing it so they can study viruses that jump from animals to human. the problem is they are creating something that's novel. something that doesn't exist in nature. if something exists in nature, i would say we should study it. but the good news is they can sequence a virus in a matter of days create an mrna vaccine in a
12:13 am
matter of weeks. i don't think we need to create super viruses that don't exist yet. we are creating something that nature didn't create. we are creating frankenstein super viruses that could devastate the world. the sars virus is 15 times more deadly. if that gets out and we enhance its ability to be transmitted, that could kill 50, 100 million people. the danger exists and this should be debated. judge jeanine: i agree. senator rand paul, thank you for being with us. as the investigation into the virus' origin continues we are unmasking in america and trying to get back to normal life. but mixed messages continue to create a lot of questions. here to answer some of them, fox news medical analyst dr. marc siegel joins me now.
12:14 am
thanks for being with us. obviously america is opening up right now. and americans have a lot of questions. but you just heard rand paul. it's disturb towing hear about the fact that there is money going from the united states to the world health organization that is funding this mechanism, this gain of function to get a virus to go from an even mall to human. what do you think of that? >> a couple points. his point that there are 11 labs in the united states doing that kind of research deeply disturbing. i agree that gain of function -- you may have a virus in nature that does go occasionally to human. but species barriers prevent it from suddenly easily going human-to-human. as you put it, ginning up the virus so it's easily
12:15 am
transmissible is extremely dangerous. the world health organization, i have a contact there who says the entire organization is deeply compromised from tedros on down and that we are carrying water for china the whole time. one other thing -- judge jeanine: i don't have a lot of time, i want to ask you. >> go ahead. judge jeanine: the question right now is americans who have the virus, or have the vaccine, i should say. i want to put this up on the screen. a friend of mine had the moderna vaccine. when she got the shot in march, it told her it was only good until september. now we are finding out that these vaccinations are only good for six months in herb case, 9 months in other cases. why do we have to have so many
12:16 am
vaccines. why isn't this a one and done. we aren't talking about a variant. >> it could be a marketing ploy. it's another fear generating mechanism. i believe these vaccines will last a long time. two studies show that. one from rockefeller in new york. if you have the vaccines or if you had covid, the immunity probably lasts well more than a year. if you had covid and you get one dose of the vaccine probably lasts longer than the. we need an initial vaccine and you are off to the races. the idea that we are already scaring people that these things are wearing off will go against compliance. it's a bad idea and probably not necessary. judge jeanine: you say maybe it's marketing. are the pharmaceutical companies
12:17 am
not making enough money as it is. america is opening up. everyone wants to get on the road, see their family, go to the beach. what are you telling your patients about their kids, some of them are supposed to be masked when they go to camp. give us some bottom line rules. >> i think we need to be consistent. i'm afraid of our leaders breeding fear and inconsistency. that's who you should be afraid of, people giving guidance that's self-scon extra deck industry. if you can go do a pga tour on a sunday and see the huge crowds and everybody is opened up. i don't think we can superimpose vaccinations on our kids. if you are in close quarters and haven't been vaccinated, a mask makes sense. it's time for freedom and personal responsibility. judge jeanine: thanks so much.
12:18 am
and still ahead. lara trump, leo terrell and tomi lahren. the left's policies continue to create chaos in american cities as crime late soar. byron donald joins me next.
12:19 am
12:20 am
12:21 am
12:22 am
judge jeanine: here are the numbers from this past weekend. in chicago, 36 shooting incidents. 46 smoothing victims and 9 murders. new york city, 22 shooting incidents. 26 shooting victims and 3 murders. those numbers aren't just statistics. lives are being lost and families torn apart because of weak democrat leadership. even the doj acknowledged how bad it's gone the saying we have seen nationwide an increase in violent crime, particularly in homicides and aggravated assaults. joining me to tell us what we can do to turn the tide is florida congressman byron
12:23 am
donald. we have a problem, everyone in america knows we have a problem. we are seeing more violent crime than we have seen in the past 25 years in the united states. what can we do about this. you are in congress. what can congress do about it? >> judge, to be frank, is there not a lot for congress to do in these situations. you said it best in your opening here. it's weak leadership in some of the beige cities across our you wonder why violent crimes up in your city. portland, oregon, 100%. austin, texas, 50%. you only need to look yourself in the mirror and your city council has to do the same.
12:24 am
judge jeanine: what's amazing is in these cities where they are defunding the police, crime is skyrocketing, they also now have all of these developments where you have got the homeless, you are finding needles on the street, the quality of life is descended to the point where we previously only saw in san francisco, now it's austin, texas. now there are even camments for homeless people. the whole quality of life is going down hill. as we approach the holiday season, what do you tell your family? where do you go? do you take crime into consideration when you decide to take a family vacation? >> my mother lives in brooklyn, new york. she is beside herself. she said by ron, you are right. she said when they decided to take officers off the street, when they decided to put that
12:25 am
money into other aspects of the city budget and not prioritizing security and safety of the citizens, all the problems explode. but there is one bigger than that. i grew up in new york city. i was there when jude -- when rudy giuliani became mayor. he put police on the streets and just by doing that, he cleaned up new york. you are absolutely right. judge jeanine: i want you to listen to texas governor abbott. >> i'm about to sign a law that will insure cities in the state of texas will not be able to defund police. we are going to dry their revenue sources in a way that basically will put the city out of business. judge jeanine: that's a smart
12:26 am
move. if you are going to defund the police, there will be consequences for it. united states citizens. didn't we start america, no taxation without representation? now we have people taxing us with no police protection. >> governor abbott is doing the right thing. you cannot have city councils and mayors be weak when it comes to protecting our citizens. so he's doing the right thing being a leader in his state, making sure his citizens are protected, whether they are in red cities or blue cities. he's on point. more governors need to be looking at that as well. judge jeanine: thanks for being with us this holiday weekend. the biden administration claims the border is closed. how can they possibly believe
12:27 am
that? we have shocking video that tells a different story. ack to .
12:28 am
12:29 am
12:30 am
12:31 am
>> we are elevating our
12:32 am
messaging so that the individuals do know that they cannot come to the border. the border is closed. the message is quite clear. do not come. the border is closed. the border is secure. the border is secure. the border is closed. we have been unequivocal in that. the border is closed. >> the border is closed. and this administration administer and enforces the laws of the united states of america. judge jeanine: the lies keep piling up as you just heard the homeland security chief majorkas tell us the border is closed. really? does this look like a secure border? lara trump joins me now with reaction. good evening, lara. i don't even know what question
12:33 am
to ask. the man is delusional. the border is not closed. >> very obviously it's not closed. if anybody believes that i have a couple watches i can sell you as well. it's absurd to tell the american people the border is closed. joe biden and kamala harris have been inviting people into america. if you want to get in here illegally, now is the time to come. the biden administration has had so many egregious failures the last couple weeks, they have been taking center stage. what happened to the people who were at over 100% capacity. people are being processed at such a high rate, they don't have time to put them in facilities. the latest plane went to tennessee. they are sending them all across
12:34 am
the country. sow it hasn't gone away. they are still coming. it's ridiculous to claim otherwise. judge jeanine: tennessee, the governor said we don't want these people in our jurisdiction. we don't have the room, we don't have the state money to support them. the social net, the education. it doesn't matter. they bring them in in the quiet of the night. then all of a sudden, all the social services and education and system is burdened by these people. we don't even know who they are. >> the american taxpayer is footing the bill for all of this. our money instead of going to help our own country and our own people, now we are funding healthcare for all these people. the school systems will be overrun in america. teachers are being hired that speak spanish. they are tailoring programs to
12:35 am
migrant children. obviously it's such a sad situation. these kids go through this dangerous journey then our children suffer. they have suffered over the past year. so many of them still aren't in school full time. now we are putting taxpayer funding towards people who have come here illegally. i don't know why anybody should believe the biden administration. people need to start speaking up about this because it's our kids who will take the hit for this. judge jeanine: there is no question. we already lost globally because of the education system in the united states. but this is a pullback because the children are being brought into our children's class when they assume they are at the same level. how could that survive? how do they progress with that kind of pullback?
12:36 am
>> it's a great question. i hate that we are putting our children through somewhat of a social experiment, doing things that seem so outrageous and so far outside of what we should be doing. our children are behind, let's make sure they are getting the best education. nobody thinks it's fair to our kids. nobody thinks it's fair to these kids who have been brought here illegally by coyotes. it's a wrong thing to be doing. it's very upsetting. judge jeanine: san diego where the teachers refused to come to school, they decided on their own time they would teach the illegal children in san diego through july which i think is a real commentary on what's going on in the country. lara trump, thanks for sharing your weekend with us. next, we expose the lying left. a so-called news host is caught
12:37 am
on tape calling the gop the party of anti-semitism.
12:38 am
12:39 am
12:40 am
12:41 am
judge jeanine: democrats and their friends in the mainstream media continue to lie and vilify anyone who dairs to disagree with them. the latest example comes from don lemon who is openly calling
12:42 am
the gop the party of anti-semitism. take a look. >> that's what the republican party is right now. own it. the party of insensitive statements about the holocaust and jewish people. the party anti-accept timple? judge jeanine: joining me, leo terrell and tomi lahren. a brand-new episode of her show is available. i can't believe don lemon or cnn say that republican party is the party of anti-semitism. month we over with a feather. tomi, you go first. >> the democratic party and those in the mainstream media need to change their symbol from
12:43 am
the donkey to the gas light. it continues to shock me. this coming from a party and mainstream media that called donald trump and conservatives mitt letter and nazis and compare what trump did at the border which were obama cages to the holocaust to interment camps. now they want to gas light us when they have squad members with a d behind their name and the leaders of their party are putting out anti-semitic comments on twitter proudly. >> let me be very clear. don lemon is a fraud. let's gone through the laundry list of anti-semitic haters on the left.
12:44 am
lewis farrakhan. al sharp stop. crown heights. this man made a living off zooms anti-hate, anti-semitic rhetoric. the squad, aoc making a moral equivalency to hamas. their terrorists. calling israel terrorists. the most pro-israel president ever, president donald j. trump. all don lemon is doing is the dirty work for the left. they have a laundry list of anti-semitic haters. jean require was donald trump who moved the embassy. all the democrat presidents said they would move the embassy. but in the end it took donald trump to do it.
12:45 am
but in the end, they don't really care because it's all about hate on the left. i am convinced, the left is about hate. leo and tomi, stay right there. joy behar is on the attack again and she is setting her sights on president trump.
12:46 am
12:47 am
12:48 am
12:49 am
>> trump has been blaming the chinese from the beginning because he was use them as scape goats. if it happens to be true that it came from wuhan that was a lucky guess on his part. that's my opinion. judge jeanine: back with reaction to joy behar's comments and more, leo terrell and tomi lahren. leo, you go first. do you think joy behar is on to something? >> i'm champing at the bit. joy behar, don lemon, the far left, and the mainstream media.
12:50 am
you owe donald trump an apology. he was ahead of the curve a year ago. dr. fauci, nancy pelosi, you owe him an apology. he said the strong. the virus happened from a lab in wuhan. joy behar needs to apologize personally. i'll tell you, it's buyers remorse because we have joe biden in the white house and we should have donald j. trump. judge jeanine: there is no question about that. but i think joy behar, she makes these statements and there is no basis for them. she just kind of wings it. >> she is delusional. trump derangement syndrome hit her hard. it's continuing to hit her.
12:51 am
i hope we have a vaccine for that. democrats know the coronavirus came from china. whether it came from a lab we are still discovering. but donald trump was right that it came from china. the second we had coronavirus in the united states, they weaponized it against donald trump and the administration. they called him a racist when he shut down the border. and they used coronavirus to create mass mailing opportunities. now all of a sudden they are shocked that it came from china? they knew exactly what was going on. judge jeanine: president trump must have just been guessing. the lack of intelligence blows my mind.
12:52 am
there is also a group of people who blame the lawlessness on donald trump. like james carville. he said the lawlessness is all from the trump admin states and now joe biden is the law and order president. >> they use the pandemic to scare americans. the pandemic is over. and the american public is looking at the lawlessness in democratic cities trying to blame donald trump. let's look back at the summer of 2020. the chop zone. donald trump offered federal support every day and it was turned down by the democratic mayor and governor. kamala harris likes to pay to get criminals out of jail with her bail fund. carville can try to spin it, but america knows donald trump was in favor of law and order and
12:53 am
the democrats were not. judge jeanine: there is know question about it, tomi. the fact they were rioting and going crazy was because trump was in office. they pretty much settled down because they got him out of office. >> they are still rioting and passing it off as justice as we saw on the anniversary of george floydments death. they worked to reallocate money and defund police which is the banner of blm, a banner the biden administration says we can fly outside of u.s. embassies. if these democrats try to pretend they are for law and order, you remind them what our burning cities look like. judge jeanine: will do. tomi and leo, thanks so much. next, my closing statement, a tribute to our fallen heroes
