getting more involved for a long time, years, i wasn't involved in the business, i'm more involved with the business. we'll see what i do with respect to that. but the businesses are doing well and we're doing well. it's been 5 1/2 years of investigations and hoaxes, and i see something came out just yesterday about the russia-russia- russia was a total phony deal. they hate to admit it -- >> sean: putting a bounty? >> a big bounty deal and now they say it was a hoax just like everything else. it's a sad thing. you get impeached for doing nothing wrong, and then you get a second impeachment for doing nothing wrong, so it's been pretty wild when you think about it. and very unfair. so we're working very hard, and you're going to see something that will start to take place in 2022, and will culminate in 2024 and you'll see a lot of big things, great things for the republican party and the

country, the border and all the things that are going on right now. what a shame at the border. >> sean: let's start with joe biden. i get criticized because the joe biden i see now, i can show you tapes of him in 2016. i can show you tapes of him in 2012, and to me, he looks extraordinarily weak, frail, i think it's very transparent he's struggling cognitively. he usually averages less than one event each day. what do you see? how do you grade him three months in so he's going to be 79 years old. that's not old. i know many people in their late 80s that are just as good as they were years ago. i spoke to one who is 92 years old. he said i feel better than i did 20 years ago. 78 or 79 is not old. look, i don't think it's appropriate for me to comment on that it sort of speaks for itself. people can make their own

determination. i know if it were me, they would be up and down going crazy. but i had an instance where, on a slippery, slippery ramp, a piece of steel, very deep and very long, no railings, no nothing, and it was pouring at west point and the last thing i want to do is go down because when gerald ford went down it was not good. now, when biden went down. >> sean: three times. >> the press didn't cover it. >> sean: in fairness, the aide said it was very windy, the wind might have blown him over. did you the wind ever blow you over? >> air force one is a very big plane and what they do is try to shield the wind. when you park it you can turn at an angle. i have never seen too much wind. it can get a little windy but not the kind of wind that blows you over, but if you look at mainstream media, or as you say -- media, they didn't cover

that. if that were a republican in particular, if it was me that would be the biggest story for the rest of the year. >> sean: let me ask the question from this perspective because there are hostile regimes and many hostile actors on the world stage. you have a hostile regime in russia, hostile putin, hostile regime in china, president xi, you have dealt with him a lot, and kim jong-il, and the mullahs in iran, it looks like biden is already capitulated already on that. >> you know them, knowing what you know, things i wouldn't know, are you concerned about their perception of an american president that seems somewhat frail and weak? >> well, something is going on because they never did this with me. that i can tell you. nobody was tougher on russia, and frankly getting along with vladimir putin is a good thing and i got along with him very well. the relationship was very good, very strong but they never encircled ukraine and they

never, in taiwan, china, they never sent warships all over the place like they are doing now. it looks very serious going on with taiwan. and that's a long way away. that's 9,000 miles away. they are right next to it. that's like, i mean, it's like very close. so now, something is going on with taiwan. something maybe is going on with ukraine. this never was a big subject when i was president. >> sean: it wasn't at all. >> as far as north korea is concerned i have a great relationship with a certain man that's got great power over north korea. and you take a look at kim jong-il and the relationship that i developed, that's a good thing, not a bad thing. getting along with president putin is a great thing, you know, we should be doing business with russia. we should be getting along with russia instead of forcing russia to go into the hands of china. the worst thing you can do is put china and russia together, and they are getting it together, and they get forced

together. the russian hoax was very, very bad for the relationship that we would have with russia, but i got along well with putin. i got along well with president xi until the covid came in, the china vire, are you whatever you want to call it. when that came in it was a hold but we -- our farmers were making more money. the wheat prices were higher. this was the you trade deal that we moat but after covid trade didn't seem that important. we did other things but it was too bad. >> sean: one of your signature issues from the first day, the day you came down the escalator had to deal with immigration. you institute add -- instituted a policy, stay in mexico policy. you built the border and then you ended the practice of catch and release. now we see the exact opposite. you have seen these images on

tv. i say they are biden's cages, i mean, media went nuts, donald trump is putting children in cages. it turned out joe biden and barack obama built those cages and the images were from 2014, not 2018. my question is this. imagine -- first of all, your overall take on how dangerous this is, and number two, imagine if you were president and you have these -- these are trump's cages overflowing with kids in the middle of a pandemic, that, with the my positivity of covid what do you think -- there has been virtual silence on a lot of the aspects, i would argue if it was a daycare center would you be shut down and charged with child abuse. >> they would not stand for it and they are playing it down as much as they can play it down. it's a horrible situation. it could destroy our country. people are pouring in but you will see something, as the months go by, like you've never seen before. already it's like you've never

seen before. there has never been anything like what's happening at our border and people are coming in by the tens of thousands. they are walking in. we had -- all he had to do was leave it alone. if he left it alone we were setting record positive numbers and people would have to come in legally and the other thing that people don't talk about, human trafficking and drugs. that's doubled, tripled and quadrupled, that's pouring in. drugs are pouring in. we had it so tight, we were doing so well. all he had to do was leave it alone. that wasn't easy to get. we went through court systems. the water, getting the wall built, we were up to almost 500 miles, and completing it was very easy. that was going to be just routine. it would have been done routinely. the contracts were already there, material, it was going to be done quickly and we got delayed for 2 1/2 years because we were sued by pelosi. we won all the suits,

everything, and then they don't finish the wall. the wall is imperative. all of the things that go with the wall, the technology that goes into the wall and with the wall is so imperative. we had it down to a number that nobody could believe, and then all of a sudden, i hear this. now here's something else, i stopped money going to three countries, and then you have mexico, where i had great relationship with the president. he's a great guy, different philosophy, great guy, he put 28,000 soldiers on our border to stop people from coming in, and if you look at guatemala, honduras, and el salvador, we were giving them $500 million a year but they weren't letting us take back these incredible, whether it's ms-13, gangsters, drug lords, they wouldn't let them come back so i stopped payment. i said how much are we paying them? $500 million. it was very early on. and as soon as i stopped payment they called, we would love to have ms-13 back in our country.

they wouldn't let us, if a plane was flying over they would block the runways. if buses came in they wouldn't let you into the country. so we couldn't get anybody back. now we just bring them back. he ended that. now what he's doing is they want to give billions, not $500 million, they want to give billions and billions of dollars to these countries. i get along with all three of them, the top people, but they are going to be taking in billions and billions of dollars and what's going to happen is that money is going to go to people that are going to bring people into our country. one other thing, they are sending us, not their best people. they are sending us people that in many cases, not in all cases, are murderers, drug dealers, human traffickers, really bad, rapists, really bad people, they are sending us people from their prisons, those people are coming into our country. and, of course, that's just common sense because all you have to do is take a look at what happened in the case of cuba. take a look at what happened in the case of other countries, but

the three countries, you have really some unbelievably dangerous people coming into our country. they are not vetted. you talk about covid. you talk about -- that's one thing but they are not vetted from a criminal standpoint so we have murderers and rapists coming into our country, and they are just walking in, and just to finalize it, people from yemen and the middle east coming in and they are coming in numbers -- they can't come in through the airports, they can't get on a plane and we had the policy, ban, we had a ban which was great thing from very dangerous countries, they are ending the ban. they have already ended it. so the people can come in from dangerous countries, but if you take a look at what's happening with the middle east, many people from the middle east are coming in through our southern border alongside of mexico. what they are doing is insane. they are going to destroy our country. >> sean: let me ask this. joe biden has been in washington 50 years. he's the ultimate swamp creature. okay. let's look at georgia's law.

they have 17 days of early in person voting. every single county has a drop box. there are no drop boxes in delaware. there is no early voting in delaware. both states require voter i.d. so now he's saying to the people of georgia, this is jim crow 2.0, and i'm listening to this and i'm like what did you ever do to make voting easier in your state? and the answer is he did nothing. and then he's using this incendiary racial language in the process. what's your reaction to that? >> my reaction to that is the georgia bill is far too weak. you have to have -- they don't have signature verification. you want matching, you want matching signatures. they have many things that they didn't put in. look, what happened is the governor and others were afraid to be called racist. so they gave a very weak bill and they are called racist anyway. they had a much stronger bill a

few weeks before this one came out. the governor, what he did, it's so sad, you had a much stronger bill in georgia. now, texas has got a very strong but fair bill. but you have signature matching -- >> sean: so does florida, ohio. >> all of the states that we won were properly run. florida was properly run. ohio was properly run. south carolina was properly run. it's always very tough to win, and we won it very nicely. properly run. happened to have a democratic governor in all fairness. >> sean: how is a guy whose state has far more restrictive voting laws get 200 corporations, hollywood stars, name league baseball, they are all -- and if you look at his history of racial rhetoric, he pardoned a former klansman to

for every american, simple stuff, school choice. free and fair trade. >> right. >> sean: and, what, piece through strength. what am i miss something and many other things. the big thing is taxes, low taxes. >> sean: low taxes. >> you're going to have the biggest tax increase you've ever seen. pro-life. second amendment. so many different things that, look, we've got 75 million votes. it's more than any sitting innocent history by far. the word was, if we got 65 to 66, we only got 63 the first time and won. if you've got 65 to 66, there was no way you lost. we got more votes, 12 million more votes, and it's never happened to another president. i don't know if you know, sean, usually in the second term a president gets less votes, i got 12 million more. it's the biggest that's ever happened in history, from 63 to 75. never happened before. and all of these things are good. these are popular things. but more important than popular,

they are great things for this country. they are going to rip apart your second amendment. they are doing things to this country that bernie sanders would have said impossible. and i don't know if joe knows what's going on with it because i think you have a cabal. off group of people sitting around a table just saying do this, do this, do this, and giving him these things to sign. it's hard to believe. now, we're going to take back the house in 2022. we have a real chance. we were supposed to lose 25 states. i got involved. i called 56 different districts. and winded up picking up 16 instead of losing -- >> sean: all 27 tossup races, before the election went republican. all 27. >> and we didn't lose one seat. >> sean: so here's my broader question. >> which has never happened before. >> sean: so i laid out the make america great again ageneral dacht your agenda. i would add to that free market solutions for healthcare.

have listed as the cliff notes version of what your agenda has been. >> pretty simple. >> sean: so now we've got elections coming up. you're right. the tiniest margin that they have in the house. >> sean: nancy pelosi almost lost the job over it. she was supposed to be up 30, 35, 40. she's up only a few seats right now and that's because i called districts having thousands and thousands of people on the phone, and i was making calls getting congressmen elected. i said to kevin mccarthy three things. give me everyone that you think is going to lose, give me everyone that you think is tied and everyone that will win by a little bit. also, give me all of your new people. in other words, the new ones coming in, many of whom are women. i called all of them. and instead of losing 25 seats, we won 16. i mean, that's an incredible thing. >> sean: the week before i called him and he said he was very worried. >> we did that. i wasn't worried.

when you get into a district and you have 20,000 people on the call -- >> sean: that was your agenda. you're right. you went up, what, 12 or 13 million more votes the second election than the first one. >> never happened before. >> sean: my question is the ideas, there is one other side bar factor, i think, when i talk to people, they love the fact that donald trump fights. okay. he makes promises. he keeps them. he fights for these principles that i mentioned. now the question is, for 2022, we have the house, but then you have, look at these states, florida, north carolina, georgia, new hampshire, wisconsin, ohio, arizona, these are the biggest bell weathers, and i would argue, probably a precursor or a preview of coming attractions for 2024. my question is this. is this, should this now be the

republican party agenda? should anybody that wants to run for the house or the senate, should they take this make america great agenda and fight for those things that you fought for the four years you were president? >> if they want to win, yes. we've expanded the republican party. you've seen it. i mean, the texas border, we have the biggest hispanic vote since, as the governor said to me, he called me up, great governor, he said, since reconstruction. i said you're talking about civil war, right? he said since civil war. if you want to win and win big, you have to do that. you have to do it. let me just say, i talked about the house. so, we're supposed to lose 25, we won 16. >> sean: let me stop you here. >> if i didn't get involved in the senate -- would you have lost at least eight senators. if i didn't get involved you would be 60-40 with the democrats leading. governorships are huge, we just

endorsed, as you know, sarah, sarah huckabee. she'll be fantastically well. most people have dropped out of the race and she's leading by a lot. we've endorsed a lot of senate candidates. mel brooks in alabama. he just went up 41 points, and it looks like he's got clear sailing. >> sean: marco rubio. >> marco, many, many people and i'm not looking to reinvent the wheel. i'm not looking to say we want super conservative, only trump. i also want them to win after the primaries but i'm at 128 and two. when i endorse people. 128 and two and if you go back earlier than that, we were at a much even higher number. when we endorse someone it means something, not just for the primaries but the general election. we have great people running. we have some great people that will be announcing. we have tremendous people. >> sean: if the republican party did get a little trump, the agenda i spelled out, liberty, freedom, first and second amendment, constitutionists on

years. >> sean: didn't you back them up financially as well? >> di two things. i packed the companies up financially and pfizer didn't want to admit it and they had to retract their statement. i'll give you a little breaking news. pfizer is in with the food and drug administration and what the fda did with johnson and johnson is so stupid, you know, they all want me to do a commercial because a lot of our people don't want to take a vaccine. i don't know what that is exactly, republican, i don't know what it is. uencourage people to get it? >> i encourage people to take it. >> sean: did you get it? >> yes, i did. i had it and i took it, okay. >> sean: you got both. here's the thing. they want me to do a commercial saying take the vaccine and they think that's very important and i would certainly do it but then i call them and say, let me ask you a question. you just did something, six people out of eight million people, somebody said that tylenol, women's birth control, all cause far more, six people,

out of seven million, experience difficulty, six people, and, that's too bad, it's terrible, but they paused it. that's the worst thing could you have done from a public relations standpoint. they paused johnson and johnson vaccine. and it probably even affects the other vaccines a little bit but they paused it. it had a devastating impact. i said, they want me to do a commercial, some commercial, and they do this pause. now, here's your breaking news. they love pfizer. they get along with pfizer so well, and pfizer, pfizer doesn't like me because i put favored nations on prescription drugs, and favored nations will mean if biden stays, it's in the courts now, it will mean we have the lowest prices, we have the highest prices in the world by far. in fact, last year, i got them to be slightly lower but the first time it's happened in 32 years but here's the thing.

52 years. but here's the thing. i put a favored nations clause. so pfizer and all these drug companies disliked me also. i can be liked by everybody, but i won't be doing a good job. so i put favored nations because you have countries that pay a tiny fraction for the exact same pill made in the exact same factory that comes in the exact same box and what i did, sean, was put a favored nations meaning the united states will pay whatever the price is of the lowest nation in the world. the drug companies went crazy. they spent a lot of money and they did something -- >> sean: why are they charging us more? >> they got together with the fda and before the election, they knew we had the answer, before the election, they said, we have the vaccine, it works, 95% and all of this they waited two days after the election

company, great business, no problems, and now, all i do is, people go after you, it's vicious, it's horrible, but, you know what, i love doing it because i help people and i've hoped them more with than any president with cutting taxes, regulations. right to try, you don't have to travel to all sorts of different -- we have the greatest doctors, the greatest labs, we can use the medicines now, if somebody is terminally ill, they can sign a quick little document. you can use -- and -- >> sean: what are you most proud of, though? >> a lot of things. i'm very proud of the tax cuts. i hope they don't screw it up. >> sean: they are going to screw it up. >> we brought back -- you know, it was 39%, so it looks like it could be a 25%. i brought it down to 21. but i'm very proud of that i'm very proud, and very importantly, regulations.
