virus was engineered to infect and kill humans. so for 15 months we were sold the big lie. one hat killed more than half a million americans. shut down our economy. divide our country. fauci knew different and he proceeded to keep the secret from being uncovered. literally putting america last and exposing her to china as gullible, vulnerable and week. the demand by fauci is not only too little too late, but it's laughable. the puzzle become clearer as the fauci emails were exposed this week. in spite of lies by tedros, that

the virus was not transmissible human-to-human. that was a lie. but why say that when selling it would only cause the virus to spread faster? fauci had a direct line of communication with chinese health officials from early on in the pandemic. they were so close that fauci told the chinese cdc director that they would get through this together. curious. the united states has not had access to the wuhan lab, yet prince fauci is there in black and white assuaging their guilt and anxiety. why would our agents tell the principle of another country, the chinese communist party that we would get through this together. what's together? this virus came from china and may very well have been

engineered to infect humans. in truth, it was china's refusal to provide data that caused so many to suspect that natural jump from animal to human was not true. why would fauci cover for china, and why for 15 months would fauci proceed on the theory that the virus jumped from bats to humans when china refused to give us the data that that was true. in 2020 fauci dismissed the lab leak theory, known as gain of function where a virus is engineered to infect humans. >> a group of highly qualified virologists looked at the sequence in bats as they evolve, and the mutations it took to get

to the point where it is now is totally consistent with a jump of a species of an even mall to a human. -- of an animal to a human. jesse: after that press conference he was thanked by the chinese. our grant partially funded research involving bat specimens. fauci continued to apologize for them. >> it's quite far-fetched that the chinese deliberately engineered something so they could kill themselves as well as other people. i think that's a bit far out. judge jeanine: really? wuhan was closed off from china,

yet they allowed travel to europe and america. but no travel from wuhan into china proper that might affect chinese citizens. the ccp's actions. the exposed email, fauci receive warnings the virus may have been engineered and man made early on in the outbreak. he was specifically toll covid looked engineered. yet he dismissed it. why would fauci dismiss information he knew to be possible and probable. and giving money to the wuhan lab indirectly from the nih. but the most incriminating question is how is it fauci

predicted in 2017 that president trump would face a pandemic. if he predicted this, why didn't he develop a responsible method for this virus four years ago. he specifically said donald trump would face a crisis and pandemic unlike anything we have ever seen. >> there is know question that there will be a challenge in the coming administration in the arena of chronic infectious diseases in ongoing disease, but also there will be a surprise outbreak. judge jeanine: that comment alone "surprise outbreak" should should frighten you and convince you that with all the power and all the money of the united states government as well as his ability to befriend 7 presidents and be the highest paid employee

of the federal government, how is it that fauci was not ready to protect the american public when he knew a threat was coming? and how did he know this? did fauci tell any of this to president trump? did fauci tell president trump anything about why the obama administration started funding the wuhan virology institute in 2014. what did fauci know about ginning up the animal virus sufficient to infect humans. part of fauci's job was to give away taxpayer money through the national institute of health. our tax dollars are going used to fund labs outside of the united states. it's akin to money laundering but clearly legal. the nih will fund a not for

profit who then gives money to labs for questionable purposes. by doing so, they have a disclaimer as well as no oversight requirement issue. on the basis of the indirect nih funding to the wuhan lab, the question remains, why didn't fauci -- affirmatively act. is poo-pooing of the idea that the virus had to be engineered to infect humans shows he acted to prohibit our knowledge of suchr such. tmp tmp -- our knowledge of such. he should have engaged the lab

in the united states. he had a fiduciary responsibility to institute methods to protect and arrest the spread of the virus. why wouldn't he protect american interests? all he needed to say was, tell me what's going on to his friends in the chinese communist party as well as the world health organization. they both received our money. buff he was too busy giving money to not for profits who then gave money to the chinese. dr. fauci, you work for the united states government. you are allowed to sit on the scientific board of the bill and melinda gates foundation. but we have our own army research lab for infectious

diseases. if you have a known pathogen, then we are already steps ahead with the vaccine on anti-viral strategy. you made millions as a government employee. you have given billions in budget allocations. in 40 years you controlled multi-billion dollar budgets. knowing what was going on at the wuhan lab, funded in part through money our institute of national health, why didn't you prepare our country for the pathogen that we could respond more quickly to? you predicted the disaster outbreak. you convinced the presidents against his better judgment to shut down the economy. but nothing you did reduced the number of people who died in this country. we have the same death rate as other countries. in fact the highest in the world. you predicted in 2017 this would

profit, so that not for profit could give to the wuhan lab in china or reengineering, biochemical purposes, whatever the purpose might be. they have deniability. no oversight requirements. no requirement to monitor what's going on, and no requirement to tell us what's going on. senator, you have written a letter to dr. fauci which i would have loved to have read as an open. and kudos to you for the fight you have been engaged in the last 6 months in terms of what fauci has been doing. you appear to be dismissive of the idea that the virus was reengineered to infect humans. you ask for what evidence he made that original decision. and why now is he so certain it jumped automatically from animal to human, he's somewhat

hesitating now. what are your thoughts about what he knew and when he knew it. >> since we wrote that letter we have seem the treasure trove of ements but we need them unredacted so we see what was going on behind the scenes. it looks like he was engaged in a media cover-up. he knew he was engaged in the gain of function research. what he was funding. he was fully aware that dr. xi, the researcher from the wuhan lab was working with dr. barrett from the university of chapel hills on this research. dr. fauci has been lawyerly in his answers to the questions. in our letters we are just asking the basic questions.

explosive exchange back in april. now new emails and information continues to be uncoughed and exposed, we can't help but think more members of congress should have been fighting just as hard for the truth. congressman jim jordan joins me now. i got to tell you. so many people say to me, with such an overwhelming scenario of pandemic, a global pandemic, why did we rely on one person, why didn't we have a manhattan style setup where we had professionals who got together and went back and forth. why is this one got it emperorror all things covid? >> i think because the press made him that individual. that he could do no wrong and "time" made him person of the century. when the press does that, those people get attention. of course, dr. fauci seemed to like it all.

but now we are learning some things he said may not be as accurate as they seemed or he wanted us to believe they were when he said them. judge jeanine: we are talking about gain of function which is the ginning up of an even mall virus to go through a bunch of petri dishes so it can infect humans. why was he so against it in the beginning when he was constantly being bombarded with information that that was possible, and never got information from china that would have confirmed it jumped from animal species. >> we don't know if the origins of this virus was from the lab, but it sure seems to be. we don't know if this lab was doing gain of function research. dr. fauci says they weren't. but lots of other dock sos say that's what was going on there. that's why we need dr. fauci to

come in front of our committee to answer some tough questions. we do know dr. fauci approved $3 million going to ecohealth, and ecohealth sent some of that money to this lab in wuhan, china. and dr. fauci knew that. why are we sending money to a lab in china in the first place. don't we have great labs and great work we can do here in the united states? but we need democrats in the congress who are willing to do the investigation and to date they are not willing to do so because we asked for it and so far they have not taken us up on our request. judge jeanine: why do you think fauci was so committed to not even making that possible? why was it in his interests that that not be out there? he could have said i don't know if it's animals to human because

china won't give us the data. >> we don't know for sure, judge. but we do know as you rightly point out. he downplayed the idea it could have originated in the lab. he downplayed that after he had given the $3 million to mr. daszak at ecohealth. and after dr. fauci downplays it he gets an email from mr. daszak saying thank you for saying what you did. we don't know. but it seems like too cozy of a relationship from these folks using our tax dollars in the way it was used. we don't know the answers to all these figure questions. but that's why we need an investigation. that's why i want dr. fauci in front of our committee and mr. daszak in front of our committee.

we look forward to setting the record straight. here to share his side of the story arizona attorney general mark brnovich. they say they are going to set the record straight. how about you tell us how did this lawsuit start and what is it you are objecting to? >> judge, it's as simple as this. we allege google is violating our consumer protection act by engage in unfair practices and deceiving arizona consumers. what we uncovered is google is collect as much information about you and everyone else in this country without you having the ability to opt out. you referred to the emails and some of the stuff we have gotten in discovery. internally google employees are talking about the fact they don't want this endle up on the front page of the "new york times," and they don't want the public to know about what they are doing. they hired lawyers and lobbyists

to push back and undernine us. they don't wants this information getting public. we have been able to release some information and unredact some parts of our lawsuit. judge jeanine: what are they doing? >> essentially every time you are use your phone, they are tracking everything you are doing. they are collect every amount of information. they essentially know more about where you have been and where you are going than a travel agent. what i mean by that, they collect massive amounts of information through an advertising company. most of the revenue is generated on $135 billion in 2019 what he lone through advertising. where they are going, if you are going to a doctor, if you are

searching online. they are able to use that to send you advertising or manipulate search results. judge jeanine: let me jump in here. i wonder how many people object to that. the idea of the location of where you have been, where you are going, then why does the federal government have to get a court order to get this information if google has it. what do they do with this information? >> once again, excellent point. you know as a judge, we as a prosecutor, if i want to get a search warrant to track somebody, i would have to get a warrant. google doesn't. they argue when you agreed to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to sharing all this information. i believe we all have dignity as human beings. if going the wants to collect this information and it's and manipulate with you, they should
