when someone from a leftist mainstream media has to ask the question because we know generally they don't like to do that. come all aside, i want to go back to the reporting, talking about the 75 grandfather, nobody watches that and doesn't feel for that woman and others, i want to see a couple of points. she's coming from venezuela, for those of us in this country, this is what happens when you let your nation get taken over by socialists. you have to flee from it. i've said it before, nobody flees from the united states, but many people flee to it so that's a reminder talking about this border crisis. that's not enough or calm a lot to, do not come. when you're promising them health care, one your promising them they will be caught and released when you're giving stimulus checks, they will continue to come over whether you have a half-hearted response. they are going to come over.

the same level of enforcement as our constitution. it's not even close! you know it makes me happy? it will deter other school districts who want to impose cancel culture on other teachers. this was a major victory for the rule of law and our constitution which is the supreme law of the land. >> kayleigh: i love how you said that, the constitution will win out over canceler culture. this restraining order, decembes further action, he could still lose his job! >> until another order precedes it, it either requires action or stops it and when the issue is a constitutional right, the judge goes through an analysis that includes whether the petitioner is likely to succeed, whether it's in the public interest that the action continues or doesn't, and whether that decision, the

issue that circling around, whether it impedes the constitution. the judge found in his favor on all three. he said this order will expire on december 31st, so i have no doubt that he will not lose his job because the injunction will be reinstated, it comes down to that 11th hour. >> kayleigh: harris, i want you to put a button on this spirit emily, what is the status of religious liberty with the new courts and the new trump judges we have. >> emily: thankfully this is a cause for hope, but on the basis of free exercise we see a whole host of decisions coming out of circuits that reinforce it and push back on government encroachment. everything from little sisters of the poor where religious employers do not have to have their health insurance and contraception, they don't have to hire religious teachers that

don't hold it to their faith. we have resounding repeated knocking back against government and the state of california when there is lockdown policies, secular activities, and yet people couldn't worship inside. again and again the supreme court struck that down, and religious schools who stood against the health department closing the schools and trying to say, you can have your religious ceremonies and lessons on the side. the judge said, you cannot sever religious learning. there resounding victory. final point, the district "didn't have an argument against the scrutiny. the government knows what it's encroaching." >> kayleigh: a slew of victories. your thought? >> what i would hope is if we are going to put new words into the vernacular and make
