you can't get any kind of return at banks. they are paying you five bits on your money right now but i could literally go on and on. we have a lot of problems. before we talk about the southern border where you've literally millions of people coming through unchecked. before you talk about crime rising in major cities all over the place. before you talk about labor shortages. again, small businesses literally have no where to. the guy, his policy decisions and lack of respect that you see around the world -- judge, this guy's policy decisions and policy actions, it's been a disaster for this country. it's so sad to see. >> it's very painful to hear a small businesses -- from small business owners who've had their businesses closed as a result of the pandemic. to then come back and say, it's open but i can't get people to work because the government is saying more to say home than they would make if they came to work. and that is the biden administration issue.

even though there was a lot of issues where i did not agree with the legislative black caucus, there were areas where we could agree to work together and do powerful things for the state of florida and for black citizens of the state of florida. i wanted to continue that same work at the national level, but the members of the congressional black caucus haven't responded at all. it wasn't until this week when an article dropped that i really heard there was anything going on. but look, here's the seriousness of the situation. we can have this dialogue as members of congress. just because i'm a conservative black men and they may be more liberal in their stances doesn't mean we can't find common ground in certain areas. i think the dialogue between conservatives and liberals is important for the future of our country because we have to get to the policies that are going to work for everybody. if we see what's going on in america right now with one-way government, it's not working for our country. >> jeanine: the amazing part of it is that they are so open and blatant about it.

propaganda do you think nancy pelosi is willing to take from her own side? >> she's willing to take a whole lot more. because the truth is, she needs the votes from the squad to get anything done in congress. there was a vote a couple of weeks ago and they literally -- the squad held up the vote because they didn't want to go along with the funding supplemental for the state of israel. and they held it up. so she is going to tolerate a lot from them. but it's very unfortunate, because what ilhan omar said was unconscionable and it should never be tolerated. democratic members of congress who are jewish who called her out should have called her out and frankly all 35 of them should've called her out. and for them to complain about how they don't have freedom of speech, that is just ridiculous. every member is free to speak. nobody stops them. spew on amazing part of it is if it's not ilhan omar's first offense as it relates to the history of her anti-semitic remarks, she's also on the foreign affairs committee.

harris and her trip to guatemala? >> absolutely. in fact, interviewed guatemalan president shortly after vice president harris left guatemala for mexico city. he said he was very frustrated with the mixed messages. one of the things that he pointed out was the fact that vice president harris made a statement not to come to the united states telling guatemalans, please stay, do not come to the united states. but he said that message conflicts with the actual policies that the biden administration has in place where they are actually allowing people into the country. and i can tell you this from being down on the border the last several months, i was sitting there watching as smugglers were delivering loads of people to our national guard and our border patrol. they weren't being arrested. an idea that president yama had.

first legal foundation, doing about this, if anything? >> we are right now involved as the outside counsel for the state of texas in a lawsuit against the illegal catch and release policies happening in our southern border and we are also working with states including louisiana with whom are also part of their legal team suing the biden administration over there immoral, illegal, and unconstitutional policy functionally abolishing eyes and shutting down interior enforcement and freeing criminals and masks. let me break this down in a very fundamental way. president trump fought heroically as no one ever had before for american citizens. he had remained in mexico, he had agreements that ended asylum fraud from central america categorically. to shut it down completely. he secured this border as no one ever had before. the new team came in and they worked night and day to shred our border security. innocent americans are being killed as a result of the drugs

where they can know the biden administration stop the wall construction that was already funded, that was already appropriated. that was outrageous. that alone contributed to the 180,000 people who crossed her border last month. i'll make one more point that is very important. the vice president keeps talking about root causes, root causes, root causes. i've got news for the american people appear this is a just a problem of three countries coming to our border. you have 160 plus countries coming to our border. what are we going to do? were going to repair the entire planet? were going to rebuild every country on earth? it's not possible, it's not doable, it is a lie. she is lying to you. >> and the root cause -- >> jeanine: well, it is a biden administration policy. but in addition to that, if she ever gets to the bottom of the root cause, why is she so afraid to go to the border? can you tell the viewers why she doesn't want to go?

chase bank. during the near accident mayoral debate, one candidate refused to answer when asked about taking guns away from new york city police officers. the backlash was so strong that her team is now denying she wants to disarm the cops. at me well, as it should in the continue to soar in new york city, former nypd police chief terry monahan says it was a mistake to disband the end type crime unit without replacement. the unit was disbanded last june amid widespread violence against police. and riots includeing -- including july 15th incident. good evening. how are you? >> good evening, judge. how are you doing? >> good. all right. when we started with -- i'm terrific. thanks. we started with one guy who is being released after having robbed a chase bank.

while he is out on no bail, he brought another chase bank at than he is released again. when you were chief of the department, life was a little different and the criminals kind of got, you know, they got a little more serious in terms of criminal justice and how they were being handled. >> that is a direct response. when you look at that individual, you are a judge. if you have discretion and this man just robbed a bank and you were told he was homeless, you would never have let him walk back out on the street. under bail reform, it is mandatory. that on a robbery like that, you have to get an automatic rrr, no matter how dangerous you are but the one thing we have always asked, we are not looking to go to the same thing we had before. but we elect judges, people that we elect, appoint judges, give them that discussion.

if someone is dangerous to the community, that individual should not be put back out on the streets. >> jeanine: and, you know, the other part of it is, if you got this guy who jumps or is able to leave on one arrest or he commits another robbery of a bank what makes them think this guy is going to show up for trial anyway? you and i both know he is not going to show up for trial unless he is brought in on the day of trial. and the chances of that happening is slim to none. let's talk about this maya wiley. what do you think of her? >> listen, her statement, the idea of disarming cops is the most ridiculous thing i have heard in my life. we had to senate -- 700 people shot in the city so far this year. ever great cops in new york city made over 1300 gun arrests. how you make that can rest if you don't have a gun on your side?
