when she does not like a question that she gets that she often deflects inchoate that can that can seem defensive. >> laura: you think? the most significant moment is that it looks like the biden white house is beginning to have a growing case of virus remorse -- buyers' remorse about paris. >> it is no surprise that the white house was not thrilled by that answer. there. officials who were perplexed with how she answered questions that she should have known were coming. >> laura: they are leaking about her. not a good sign. if the woman gets. leaf when asked a simple obvious question, how in the heck is she going to do when she sits across the table from let's say chinese or russian counterparts? how is going to win for america? maybe we are being too hard on vice president harris. the border issue is serious and all. is it really about life and death? i don't know. you be the judge.

here is in a real bind picture, the border is a total nightmare and everyone knows it and it is causing biden's numbers on immigration to take. but worse is the fact that for every challenge facing america, biden's joe's number two is simply incapable of doing her job at the level it needs to be done. how is this going to play out? badly, that is how. this is what happens when diversity is valued more than merit and accomplishment. they had to know she was not up to the task and they chose her. this is from the new york times in november in 2019. that was their title. versus one of the worst campaigns marked by infighting. it was action unless and harris' sister it was a middling opportunist. it seems like everyone on the staff was miserable. if com1 harris belly flops get this spectacular leap in her first six months as vice president, we all better hope

dr. mccullough, this is a bad week for those who made it their business to bash early use therapeutics, not just hydroxychloroquine. even simple things like vitamin d deficiency. your thoughts? >> my thoughts are that, senator johnson was right by holding these early treatment hearings in november and december. americans saw the effort of early treatment which crushed the epidemic curve towards the end of december into january. since that time, we have been in a low, controllable title of covid-19 cases. doctors who are following the data were using hydroxy corcoran. it works best and as dr. smith works out, with the henry ford hospital, which is they are just hydroxychloroquine study, early use in the hospital clearly worked. it reduced mortality and should be used as the standard of care. >> laura: and dr. risch, the

connecticut, and the u.s. military that young individuals, that meant more than women, were developing heart injury or inflammation. now, yesterday, the cdc held a briefing. they had learned that the universal cases could be as 800 working cases. they had 245 identified of these these kids presented with chest pains, heart failure, ekg, indicating heart injury. they were admitted to the hospital. what this means, laura, dismissed three to six months of drugs to prevent the development of heart failure, no physical activity. this has huge implications for high school kids, college kids, the military. i think the implications are, america needs to take a pause until this is sorted out. the cdc did not have the contact and they better get it together next week on june 18th. >> laura: this is medical malpractice -- malpractice.

analyses. at the academy, we compete with a group of experts to do exactly that. not only that but looking forward into the future. >> laura: and one of the people most relied upon was anthony fauci, correct? >> yes. he was, i believe at that every third meeting. >> laura: and so his analysis would have been critical to understanding what was known right at that moment about origins, natural or eight lab. >> i think in those early days, we have never look at the white house, tony fauci was there. a whole bunch of people were looking at many, many things. certainly, his voice was a very important one as an advisor to the present. >> laura: all right. on this issue, great in the annex of china's, part of this w.h.o. joint study on covid's origins, is this quote. the wuhan virology institute

even more than a year and a half later after the pandemic began, china is still hiding information from us, from the we same report that you cited, cites that they are hiding 76,000 cases of illnesses that are similar to the covid-19 from fall 2019. they are also not allowing the w.h.o. to test what samples from those who give those samples annually from the fall to see if that virus was circulating. and also, we know that that lab has not -- they have actually taken their database off-line of the viruses they are studying. they framed that it is cyberattacks but that went down conveniently and september 2019. >> laura: did we have to have a healthier skepticism, from their connection to this wuhan lab?

>> that is a great question, laura. i think some of the things show conflicts of interest that need to be disclosed at that time. the question really was, how did it get into the public domain? how did it start spreading? was it genetically many plated in a lab? was it a non-modified virus? part of it is, how did it then start to replicate and spread quickly? >> laura: this was 20 blanket, the 63 of state, being pressed on this question of the origin of this virus again. watch. >> the real pressure the u.s. will put on china for access to the lab. >> if china denies the information, denies the to denies the transparency that is needed -- well, let's see. at the end of the day, it is profoundly in china's interest

to do this as well. >> laura: anthony, this is the second time an administration official has said this, first being anthony fauci. he is repeating fauci that it is in china's interest to learn about the origins of the virus. i believe in the wuhan lab. it is in china's interest? is that the most laughable thing you have ever heard? >> i think it is a huge mistake by blinking and a huge mistake by biden to not call out china's stonewalling. in his statement that he put out on origins, it is going to hurt us. when they start doing pandemic preparedness, they are to assume that countries are going to work with us. and china hid this pandemic. they hid the epidemic of sars in the early 2,000. maybe we should get the hint that they are going to hide this information from us. and right now, we should call out their stonewalling, which is not an if.
