tell us exactly what this is about because i would imagine anybody that's a rancher and anybody that's a farmer, anybody that's involved in keeping us all alive, aid is given to one person should be given to other people, no? >> that is correct. everybody deserves the aid because we've all struggled of ranching and farming for decades and it's been a losing proposition. we struggle against increasing inflation prices and everything while the products remain the same if not lower. the pandemic hurt and everything hurts. everybody deserves the equal opportunity under government and our flag to deserve the aid. >> sean: you're the attorney. tell us about the legal side of this in the legal merits of this. >> thanks, sean, for having me.

discriminated against because of our race. it's wrong. we all work just as hard, day in and day out and we often joke that we work half days and 12 hours a day. that's common. depending on the season we will put in 18 hour days and we don't even bat an eye. that's what most ranchers and farmers do. we work year-round to provide a top-of-the-line and nutritious apply. we feed people, we clothe people, we help people in their homes. it's not just food that we provide and it's a very important industry and everybody needs to realize that. >> sean: i think you have a strong case and we will continue to follow it. good luck with your business and law suit. can't have that happen. when we come back arbel and up the day straightahead.
