is much different than the individual piece. i know you talked about individual actions that joe biden and a number of other folks made. and i consider them faux pass and they are gaffes and they should be corrected. those are not systemic actions that have created a system of oppression. so, if you think about joe biden's comments, you know, how does joe biden's comments or his faux pas relate to slavery and the inability to paid labor as well. >> will: let me answer your question and i ask you to go back and answer the one i asked. why would joe biden's exhibitions of racism hint at, point towards or in any way systemic racism in your estimates 2 could be because joe biden has been a member of the institutions of this country for going on something like four decades, 40 plus years joe biden has been in the halls of power. anyone capable of either dismantling systemic racism or tribute contributing to the systemic racism. you think it would be someone who served as a united states

senator for decades, then the vice president of the united states, and now is the leader of the free world. if that is not systemic racism, kwamey, i don't know that it exists, back to my question, know, please, i have to ask to you answer my question as well. i have to ask you to answer my question as well. is it possible for people who are not white, to be racist or is this only a white sin? this is important kwame and i need the answer for this conversation to move forward. >> no, i think the answer really is talking about personal racism and racist behavior versus actual systemic things that have been created like red lining, like denying people to. >> will: i have to interrupt you because you are not answering my question. i will submit to you that the united states does in its past have racism as part of its history. i will submit to you there are things that this country has had to strive to achieve to overcome. but back to my question. is it possible for someone who is not white to be racist or is that exclusively a white sin?

>> i don't think it's exclusively a white sin. i think what it means is to be racist as an individual action you do have to have the power to enable that. but it doesn't make it exclusive white sin. essentially what happens is systemic racism has been created through history of oppression within america and that. >> will: this is what is important kwame and i'm pushing you on this. >> i that's fair. >> will: i understand the importance of arguing systemic racism and we can have that debate and i think we have had that bebaited. to the point of individual racism. now that you have ache no, ma'amed it's not just a white sin, we can start looking across our society for illustrations of it and we should point it out and con kepple it and it. >> that's the jeopardy -- that's playing racial jeopardy. >> will: i believe it begins with the individual. you can't create systemic justice without individual justice. now that we have acknowledged that anyone can be guilty of racism, are any individual, here's my final question, why does joe biden get a pass?

that they banned pencils, pens, scissors, nail clippers and regular toothbrushes inside tents housing hundreds of children. according to an internal document workers at the site said they were even instructed to remove the metal nose clips from n-59 face masks. that does not sound like optimism. here now former white house senior adviser and america first legal founder steven michelle. steven, great to have you on the program. >> thank you. ill will will so the report from cbs news suggest kids are being held something like 60 days. they are being held in migrant facilities, moved on from initial border patrol facilities but 60 days and it's taking a toll. dozens of kids now who are looking not just depressed but looking into self-harm. what's going on here? how does this get resolved? >> the trump administration solved the unaccompanied minor crisis in a sustainable way through humane repatriation to

alien's home countries. that single act ended most child trafficking on our border. the new administration made a conscious decision over the objections of career officials, some of whom they have since terminated. they made a conscious, deliberate decision to end the repatriation policy and instead they have long-term housing followed by release to unknown sponsors in many cases inside the united states. that means it is open season on children in latin america. because smugglers, coyotes, and traffickers can advertise you will successfully gain entry into the united states and desperate people make desperate decisions. i want to be very clear about something. this is not a case of harris and biden trying but failing to secure the border. this is the case of biden and harris trying and succeeding in destroying the border.

they tweeted, this apparently protest over a shooting right the last couple of nights in portland. those protests turned into riots and damage and vandalism because they suspected the shooting involved a black individual portland put out this tweet there is erroneous information being circulated on social media involving the officer involved shooting in the lloyd district. we can confirm that the subject involved is an adult white male. no one else was injured. everybody calm down, we shot a white guy. >> yeah, because of the antifa thugs and other lunatics that go out there they don't really care unless they can see a black person or latino person to exploit for their own personal gain. now, what is particularly notable and what happened last night. >> this is the first time police in portland had to deal with the antifa lunatics without the rapid response team because, as you know, last week they decided all to resign sick and tired of the way they were being treated and even one of their members prosecuted by the d.a. given a pass to all the lunatics apacking cops all the time that
