12:00 am
the u.s.-mexico border. you don't want to miss it tomorrow night. exclusively, right here. unfortunately, that's all the time we have left this evening. as always, thank you for being with us, set your dvr, never miss an episode. in the meantime, let not your heart to watch your show at the show i'm doing, tremendous help. your monologues on the weekend occasionally scare me a little bit. >> i'm very little. i couldn't scare anyone. >> i think you scare the left a lot but it is always great to have you, judge.
12:01 am
>> this is the ingraham angle from new york city. we have a big show tonight, let's get right into it. president biden told us that if elected he would bring called the country but so far he has only brought more lawlessness and more chaos. right now democrat led cities are under siege by rampant crime due to the left's open embrace of blm's radical agenda of defunding and demoralizing the police but now that it is clear one away crime isn't an election winning platform democrats are attempting to paint the gop as the real cop haters. >> they are the ones that actually defunded the police.
12:02 am
100 of them voted against the capital policeing. >> let's talk about who defunded the police. emergency relief plan for cities that were cash-strapped and laying off police and firefighters, it was the republicans who objected to it. >> this rising crimes not the result of the movement, it is the result of the police. >> if we had a real press car they would lambaste democrats for making such a ludicrous claim but instead they are trying to shield president biden. the washington post's so-called facts checker rights republicans keep trying to tag biden with being part of the defund the police movement but that is simply false, biden wants to boost federal funding to allow for the hiring of more police officers, he said that during the campaign and fulfilled the pledge in his initial budget proposal. he has been entirely consistent. biden has been so remarkably consistent that the largest police unions endorsed donald trump last election and while biden may pay lip service to law
12:03 am
enforcement his actions speak louder than words. for instance he appointed two defund the police acolytes to top positions in the justice department. first, clark wrote this. defund the police would seem strategic, one of the best ways to honor the legacy of george floyd's by putting in place reforms that reduce the footprint of police officers in communities. is almost for baden what the other radical doj appointee told congress last summer. >> envision a new paradigm of public safety. that means that is changing policing practices and culture that ultimately shrinking the footprint of the criminal legal system including police. >> something else the media wants you to memory hold, democrats cities that defunded their own police department's. >> people say you defunded the police, i turn around and ask how do you think our current system is working.
12:04 am
>> reality is we can't rely upon the police to provide public safety. that is a 1990s version of public policy. >> last year you cut $150 million from the police budget because of blacklight). >> we are reimagining public safety together with our police department. >> and in the cities you see the most brazen criminal acts. just yesterday philadelphia police were actually fired upon while trying to rescue a 19-year-old gunshot victim who had been hit in his chest. last summer in philly cut $30 million for its proposed police budget, murderers are up 36% from last year and then there's this shocking story from oakland where armed robbers, armed robbers attempted to hold up a news crew, interviewing the chief of violence prevention,
12:05 am
this came just hours after oakland's police chief railed against city officials for slashing his budget. >> not having resources makes our city less safe. saturday night i went out to a scene of a young men who lost his life and a lady yelled out the window do something about it. without the resources it makes it challenging. >> oakland's murder rate is up 91%. apparently those are acceptable losses for democrats, they are only now blaming republicans for their own policies because it suits their electoral needs but next time there are mass blm protests in the street table backstab law enforcement without a second thought, don't believe me?
12:06 am
long before biden decided to supported police officers he was pandering to the blm radicals, putting cities to the torch. >> been up from becoming into the neighborhood like the military invaded, they become the enemy, they are supposedly protecting these people. my generic point. >> we can redirect some of the funding. >> yes. absolutely. >> next time president biden says he supports men and women in blue remember that. joining me is brandon tatum, cofounder of brexit and author of beaten black and here is sergeant ed mullins, president of new york sergeant benevolent association. this is a national crisis being fermented by the left. do you agree? >> absolutely out of control. the dumbest people, the worst president in american history we
12:07 am
are seeing on display talking about republicans being the one to defund the police, they are the ones screaming defund the police, defunding the police in reality and they hate the police, they kiss the rear end of criminals like george floyd, he wasn't jesus christ, they sit here and prop up all these thugs that are getting killed by police in many cases justifiably and want to say they support law enforcement officers, the rhetoric and the way you talk is an example of why you don't support law enforcement officers and you can say you will lead to the budget but you can see what you've been doing and it is not acceptable when it comes to boosting the morale of law enforcement and changing the criminal behavior happening in our country. >> it is like jujitsu where they say the american rescue plan although biden never said there was money in it for police maybe someone hypothetically could have tried to use that money for
12:08 am
police. they are claiming now it is the republicans. what is your experience in new york city? >> new york city, new york state is a democrat run state, the worst mayor in american history. we are dealing with nothing but democrat here. at doing this for 40 years we get no support from the democratic elected officials, absolutely none. the nypd is down 2000 police officers, four people shot, this is in the city of new york, times square has multiple shootings in the last week the month and having a huge impact a crime across the country. i have spoken with law enforcement officials, all democrat run cities and they are not getting support from democratic elected officials. jeanine: one of the staunchest copies, congresswoman corey bush
12:09 am
sent these tweets sneering our offices yesterday, when people in crisis need help, calling 911 too often becomes a death sentence. time to respond by transforming our approach to public safety. we are not just cheating one health responders union, we are going to fund the main cities in town so every community can have an alternative to police when they call. is this what communities want? >> anybody who votes for her should be ashamed of himself because look at what she is saying, she's creating an environment that is destroying inner cities, destroying the black community, communities these people claim they are championing, in these communities obviously it is, this is the playbook of the democrat party, they create chaos and confusion and come into tried to be the solutions the problems that they may, they want to replace your god with their government, they want to replace the police department with a federal police department, they do not care
12:10 am
about american citizens and people should be seeing this when we have leadership from the democrat party, all these congresspeople working in the private sector in these areas are pushing anti-police rhetoric at as a result we see the numbers going up and out of control. >> democrat congressman jeffries is the one who is trying desperately to do damage control over the surge in violence under president biden's watch, they know they're in trouble, they know what happened in the last election, they lost seats, listen to what he is saying. >> president biden recently announced an effort to try to make sure we can break the cycle to invest in communities experiencing increases in violence connected to drug addiction and part connected to poverty and lack of hope and cut back on the flow of guns.
12:11 am
>> the only solution to the crime wave is gun grab tells you how serious the left is about dealing with this problem. >> we are dealing with it from the deck of appeasement, not the point of enforcement. the gun violence occurring on the streets would not make a difference how many arrests we make with no one being incarcerated. the bail reform, they walk right out, we have democratic district attorneys who refuse to prosecute criminals in new york city so it doesn't make a difference unless people start doing their jobs. jeanine: people need to understand. thank you for being with us tonight. crime runs rampant in the streets, democrats focus is on targeting trump supporters with a new january 6th committee. nancy pelosi unveiled legislation to create one that would have subpoena power.
12:12 am
this committee will have free reign to harass and verify pelosi's own political opponent. here is dennis desousa, conservative filmmaker and host of the dennis desousa podcast and greg jarrett, legal analyst. this just shows republicans who voted against the original january 6th commission were correct, this is a political cudgel, what is that she needs to know anyway at this point? >> i don't think this can be seen as any kind of genuine investigation or impartial inquiry. what is happening is the democrats narrative about january 6th which they began to put out as the events was occurring, this idea that it was a seditious attempt to overthrow the government and was a riot, it was akin to 9/11 or the oklahoma city bombing, you have
12:13 am
all the statements made by mayorkas, merrick garland, the attorney general, biden himself, the worst violence since the civil war and as we begin to learn more about january 6th, one after another these lies are beginning to collapse, the only -- no people in the capitol who took weapons with them, the only shot fired was fired by a capitol hill police officer into the neck of a trump supporter, all lies about brian sicknext, they know this so their narrative is falling apart and i think this task force is intended to shore up a collapsing building. >> the amazing part of it is the capital police officer who shot ashley babbitt, we still don't know his name or anything about it and the only person who was shot was shot by maya millette police officer, anyway your take on that? >> nancy pelosi politicizes
12:14 am
everything, the fairly neutral associated press is a partisan commission because it is. pelosi picks all the members, she said i might pick one republican, how generous. this is a charade, as a consequence it will have 0 credibility and as you point out it is unnecessary. we all watched what happened on january 6th, no great surprise there. people breached the capitol and committed crimes and will be prosecuted as they should for that. we are not going to find out anything terribly new here and third it is redundant, the house and senate already investigated this, trump impeachment number 2. nancy pelosi's mind, no dead horse will be left unbeaten when it comes to the grateful and donald trump. and finally, we know what this is going to look like, blather central. they will call a few witnesses, we will be lucky to get words in edgewise. instead the members of the committee will preen in front of
12:15 am
television cameras with over-the-top outrage over what happened on january 6th. please spare me the fake hysteria and in the end by the way they will produce a report nobody reads. jeanine: what is amazing is everyone who was involved in january sixth 2 has been identified as being prosecuted, everyone is in fear about the black lives matter movement, the organization when they were burning down streets, people being what the left and right by prosecutors. the difference in the way these defendants are being handled is stunning, if you are the right you get prosecuted. if you are in the left you don't. i want to bring up one of them s nbc -- believe the present committee. >> this is important that nancy pelosi says this is a patriotic duty, something we do because we love the constitution, we believe in law and order and
12:16 am
back the blue and that would be immensely strengthened if she would put liz cheney and adam consider on this committee. >> trump's most rabbit haters on the committee. will that do anything to make the committee more legitimate in the eyes of the american people? >> the thing we really need is the full footage of january 6th. the government as it but they don't want to release it. what they have been doing is pulling out little snippets and giving them into favorable people in the first a parade. this guy is yelling at a policeman, this guy used an obscenity. often if you get a little bit of an enlarged picture of what happened you see that guys getting teargas thrown at him so naturally he shouts something out. what is happening is the government is editing the data that is being made available to the american people. we don't need another slanted commission. we need to get a better look, a
12:17 am
more up close look at reported evidence that exists which the government is withholding from the defendants of january 6th and the american public. jeanine: thank you so much. do fauci and the democrats care about the origins of covid? neither were present at today's hearing run by republicans attempting to answer that question. two congressman with front row seats are here. if the left wants to ignore the science and push for new lockdowns and mask mandates, we will explain in a few moments.

market. our democrat colleagues don't want to talk about it. they simply want to excuse china because it is politically beneficial to them. jeanine: almost 4 million people were killed as a result of this worldwide, 600,000 in this country. are other countries concerned about this? or are we the only ones trying to find out what is going on? i can't imagine that is the case? can either of you answer that? >> go ahead. >> i think every country is concerned about it but china has such a grip on many countries and a lot of countries because they into the trap that they would have to agree with donald trump or try to do things behind-the-scenes and that is a part of the problem.

the world leaders many of whom didn't like trump because he stood up to them and wanted them to pay their bills to the united nations and the world health organization, they realize trump was right, we had four expert witnesses here, every witness testified to the fact there is overwhelming evidence it started in a lab and the theory is that it started from animals by nature is not possible. jeanine: listen to admiral gerard who revealed something i have not heard before. >> when this pandemic first emerged in china and began spreading around the world, the only eligible nation that did not have a member on the who executive board was the united states. that is because after i was nominated to the executive board by donald trump in november of 2018 my nomination was blocked by senator schumer and his democrat colleagues and i was not confirmed and thus the us

the origination of covid for months now and they refused to do anything so we took matters into our own hands and we had the most productive hearing, the evidence is overwhelming, china knew about this. it is almost overwhelmingly certainty that this originated in the lab in wuhan, the who complied with china to cover it up, the democrats did nothing to try to have american representation on the who and the american people need to know this. i hope this will force democrats to hold hearings like we forced kamala harris to go to the border and hopefully we can find some answers and told china accountable. >> the border in the real border. thanks to those of you. even though doctor fauci was too busy to appear before congress today he did manage to find time to go on cbs to fearmonger about

the latest covid variant. >> certainly as the game changes for people who are not vaccinated we have pockets in this country particularly but not exclusively among certain southern states where the level of vaccination is really dangerously low. we don't want to see two americas, one that is protected nicely because the vaccines work and pockets of the country where you could have these mini surges. >> fauci is ignoring the latest data on the delta variant from the uk that shows of the more than 53,000 delta cases among on vaccinated brits only 44 or 0.08% died after testing positive for the variant. joining us is doctor peter mccullough, epidemiologist in dallas, texas. why isn't fauci providing the american people with the important context here? >> not following the data. it's clear from uk technical briefing that was published
12:30 am
june 18th that the vaccine provides no protection against the delta variant. whether you get the vaccine or not patients get mild symptoms like the cold and it can be easily managed. a patient has severe symptoms or high risk we can use simple drug combinations at home to get them through the illness so there's no reason at this point to push vaccination. we have age 65 the highest risk group in the united states, 77% vaccinated remaining patients were not vaccinated for good reason, they either had covid 19 or can't take the vaccine. jillian: you believe if you had covid 19 you don't need the vaccine. natural immunity is superior to vaccine immunity. it is robust, complete and durable. patients have had covid 19 it

had a solid diagnosis or if they have antibodies or had tested positive from prior suspected infection they are good to go, no reason they should take the vaccine and three studies show increased harm if an immune patient does take the vaccine. >> cnn's j group to said this about delta variant. >> the reason you're hearing it is to try to slow down the spread of a more transmissible variance, the delta variant, 60% more transmissible than the uk variant which was 50% more transmissible than the strain before that so you get the idea here, the notion that the virus is still spreading, let's see if we can do everything we can to contain it now. >> if a virus is more transmissible does that automatically need it is more deadly? >> not at all. we have had 12 randomized trials
12:32 am
that shows no value to public masking, none whatsoever. the highest-quality evidence we have, no need for masking in the general public, each version there has been fear mongering. i remember when the uk very it was coming there is great fear mongering, it was a very mild variant, wasn't a big deal in the united states and at this point the delta will give us a small bump but we are going to manage it very easily with medical therapy. i think only healthcare professionals, people working at close range, barbers and others should wear masks but for general public masking there is no scientific support. critics of that us olympian who turned her back on the flag and and some are being called racist and an american.
