tv The Ingraham Angle FOX News July 1, 2021 12:00am-1:00am PDT
12:00 am
he is going to in sarasota. >> by the way texas could you have a good time to make lex >> that is all-time we have left. if you are in sarasota, 40,000 people in ohio july 30th will be in sarasota, florida, you like being on the road again? >> we love the people. >> texas, do you have a good time tonight, thank you all for coming. let not your heart be troubled, we will see you back after the fourth. have a great holiday weekend, god bless america, god bless texas. thank you for being with us. jeanine: this is the ingraham angle from new york city. britney is in 3 but bill cosby is. complete legal analysis ahead plus raymond arroyo will be here a little later to document the latest troubling biden moment in the pandemic of forever quarantine in his seen and
12:01 am
unseen segment but first back in march president biden led the american people to believe that july 4th would be a time for reopening. >> there's a good chance you, your families and friends will be able to get together in your backyard and your neighborhood and have a cookout in the barbecue and celebrate independence day. that will make this independence day something truly special. where we not only market or independence as a nation but we begin to mark their independence from this virus. >> of course it is becoming harder and harder to square that goal with the scare tactics now coming from the biden team and the purveyors of doom about the dreaded delta variance, not only are we getting the usual variant fear mongering but subtle hints about what direction the corrupt expert class plans on taking the country in the coming weeks. for instance los angeles county recommended even vaccinated
12:02 am
residents mask up indoors, the media doctor spent the next 2 days peddling even more lockdown hysteria. >> the delta variance is like nothing we've seen before. if you have the delta variant running wild in your community you still probably should wear a mask and stay separated. >> the delta variant is here. it will be the dominant variant across america in the next few weeks. it makes sense to be a bit more prudent. >> cnn's chief medical know nothing went even further with his fear numbering yesterday. >> you might be walking into a situation where you simply don't know if people around you are vaccinated or not. we want to put the fire out on this pandemic and the way we do that is to contain it strongly which means for period of time give this virus nowhere to go. given no suitable options, even
12:03 am
vaccinated person, stop that from happening. >> earlier today doctor doom himself echoed the narrative that not even vaccinated americans are truly safe from the variants. >> it safe for us to go out and watch baseball games if we've been vaccinated without a mask? the answer is yes. nothing is perfect, nothing is 100%. there will be people who at their own discretion are going -- even the general recommendation is you don't have to wear a mask, i'm deciding i want to wear a mask. there's nothing wrong with that. >> the message is clear, vaccines aren't enough so what is? it is an odd message given what the cdc tweeted out yesterday about reopening schools, quote, increasing vaccination rates among teachers, staff and eligible students can help can all students back to in person school in the fall. hours later teachers union boss
12:04 am
and chief proponent of school closures randi weingarten echoed the cdc message but added her own twist, quote, the delta variant is particularly contagious in young people. it is imperative to educate our communities on the importance of vaccination. what they are telling us is reopening schools in the fall hinges on vaccination, including of children. didn't fauci and his gangs just warn us that even fully vaccinated wasn't good enough in the face of the delta variant and we still need to adhere to the lockdown lifestyle? it is obvious where this is going. they are preparing americans for another round of extreme covid measures. we may not see official stay-at-home order return or blanket business closures but there are ways to impose
12:05 am
lockdowns without explicitly saying so. here's a prediction. the biden cdc, fauci and their cronies will wait until after the fourth of july holiday to announce new masking and social distancing measures. they can't stand the sight of americans living free and determining their own fate so they are looking for any old excuse to clamp down on us again and when they do just remember this isn't about the science. it is about politics and power. joining me is matt walsh, host of the matt walsh showing alex berenson, author of the unreported truth about covid 19 and lockdown fears. this seems like they are laying the groundwork for something yet again. >> i disagree with you a little bit. i don't think they are crazy enough to try to introduce large-scale mask requirements or social distancing.
12:06 am
this is a push to get younger people and teams vaccinated, a push to scare parents and kids and provide cover for colleges and universities that are pushing vaccines despite the fact that we know there is a myocarditis risk and other risks emerging from the database and i think it is ludicrous. people are beginning to tune it out. last week i told tucker about this, i just -- a new website, publishing almost daily updates on covid, on vaccines and what is particularly interesting, if you are under 60 and not obese to morbidly obese your rate of death from covid, if you're under 40 is so low it almost can't be measured. almost all the risk we have with covid is associated with the overweight or obese or being
12:07 am
over 60 and so many americans are aware of this but they are tuning out. this is irrelevant in the end that they will keep pushing. jeanine: i hope it is irrelevant in the end but what is your take on this? there is talk about giving vaccines to children and a lot of controversy where the kids need the vaccine but they are talking about it in terms of the delta variant. >> there shouldn't be any controversy where the kids need a vaccine, they don't as was just described. this is one of the few things we all knew about the fibrous from the get-go, something we should be grateful for from the beginning that kids are not widely affected by this, kids are not a high risk group. imagine if they had been, imagine if it was reversed and kids were the highest rate what a tragedy that would be but that is not the case at all. what we also know that the
12:08 am
powers that be have ceased a lot of extra power, used coronavirus to do that and we know this is what history teaches us, when you give power like this to people they are going to be left to give it back and that is what we are witnessing right now. jeanine: to your point cdc director wilensky justifying the push to vaccinate all kids. >> when you compare it to other kids in terms of preventable disease, preventable sickness and death covid should rank up there highly among all the things we do. jeanine: any scientific merit to this notion that covid is comparable to other deadly diseases in young children.
12:09 am
>> the death rate of covid for people under 18 is so low that it cannot be accurately measured. you heard how 300 kids have died from covid in the last 18 months in the united states. i challenge anybody to figure out who those kids are and how many did not have really serious, morbidity is like terminal illness, in britain researchers look at kids and they couldn't find any healthy children who died of covid. again, that is only half of the equation. these vaccines are not risk-free and we are seeing lots of cases of really severe heart inflammation, 12 to 18. jeanine: this is not fda approved. it is experimental but you talk about collateral damage from the pandemic, bloomberg revealed this shocking statistic, those aged 25 to 34 are dying at the same rate in 2020 as they did in
12:10 am
1963, staggering 24.5% one year increase, drug overdoses have been the main problem. was this horrific surge in you for telling last year due to lockdown dictates? >> a lot to do with it and there's been stuff about adolescent girls and suicide rates how that has gone up. the thing that gets me about this when we comes to vaccinating kids are putting masks on them all day at school, i don't believe the people who are pushing this are doing it as some misguided believe that it will help the kids. this is really about the adults. it is about the adults feeling better and feeling safer, that is why we put the masks on kids so that the rest of us can feel safer around those kids even though the kids pose no risk to us but makes it more demented in my mind that we are putting them through this not for their sake but for our own and i find that
12:11 am
curious. jeanine: thank you for this discussion. back to someone i mentioned earlier, teachers union president randi weingarten claiming she and her unions, quote, tried to reopen schools safely since april of 2020 and easily disproven by looking at the actions of her union members during the pandemic. last summer teachers in dc lined up body bags to protect from having to go back to work or what about the chicago teachers who performed an interpretive dance to signify the dangers of reopening schools. in arizona they went even darker, teachers union members there were encouraged to write their own obituaries and send them to the governor. what about randy herself, the emails showing weingarten and
12:12 am
her minions polluted with the cdc to prolong school closures. joining me is the president of the committee to unleash prosperity. weingarten's attempt to rewrite history isn't just wrong, it is cool. >> it is a work of fiction. what it reminds me of, remember the trend 5 or 10 years ago when all the classic fairy tales and stories were being rewritten from the villain's perspective? she was the main felon behind school closures in this country for the past year, the single best predictor of what the schools would open or close in any jurisdiction was how powerful the teachers union was, had nothing to do with case level of covid but how powerful the teachers union was and we wanted them open all along, we were fighting for the kids, it is so ridiculous you almost have to laugh except it is being
12:13 am
reported as if she were serious, as if this were a real argument. jeanine: randi weingarten revealed her true goals when it comes to kids in schools. practices for health and learning. one ways to link class size to the cdc revised guidance, universal masking, students should remain 3 feet apart in classrooms. jeanine: you revealed the study on masks on kids today. >> a remarkable study not because the results are particularly surprising, it is hard for kids to breathe when they're wearing masks because the mail more co2 than they otherwise would and get elevated co2 levels in the bloodstream which is the reason so many can say they have headaches and other problems with masking but what was remarkable about this is where was published the journal of the american medical association which is one of the
12:14 am
main journals, it makes you wonder if there are some cracks in the sort of so-called expert consensus that has prevented anyone critical of masks from being published. we will see if they're forced to retract because the study carries an express recommendation at the end of the conclusion and sister should not be mandatory masking for children. pretty interesting that got through peer-reviewed. jeanine: if we don't keep the forces of lockdown in check this country will become a very dark place, look at what has happened to our neighbors to the north where they are literally imprisoning religious leaders was on monday canadian pastor tim stevens learned he would be spending another two weeks in a maximum security prison as he awaits trial. is crime, holding religious services outdoors. the same day canadian judge through the book in a pastor and his brother for holding
12:15 am
religious services in violation of covid restrictions. the pastor joins me now. thanks for being with us. your warning to americans who think this can't happen here, what is it? >> not only that it can happen but already happening left and right. i decided to come to the united states and plead with americans asking you for help. you have been historically speaking a giant, a great eagle that was always coming to our aid. you were the defender against the nazis, liberated, we need help once again. canada has been taken over by communism, socialism, fascist hybrid, we are being arrested, threatened, today i learned was facing another charge even though i'm touring in the united states, the prosecutors came
12:16 am
with another charge. i was sentenced with my brother two days ago, we've been found guilty of inciting people to come to church. my brothers facing 2 years jail time. i'm facing 4 years jail time for inciting people to come to church. jeanine: what is inciting people to come to church, that is a crime in canada or is that something -- what is the rationale behind that? >> we've been called superspreaders, lawbreakers, troublemakers, deniers of the covid pandemic. we are super spreaders threatening the lives of people because we dared to come to the church and invite others to come to the church. i received 30 citations, millions of dollars because i would not stop congregating, and especially now when so many are depressed, we have record suicide among children, this should be a warning to you.
12:17 am
we have the historical record when it comes to suicide among the children. >> are you holding services outside? >> we are holding services indoors and outdoors. majority of my tickets and charges are not for indoor gatherings but for outdoor gatherings. i got only a few for indoor. i have been arrested for inviting people to come to church, even though i took the church outside, they demanded to come in the middle of the church service even though the, code of canada is preventing them under 76 from doing it but -- >> is this happening to you or are other church leaders facing the same prosecution?
12:18 am
>> everyone that dares to oppose of them, pastor tobias, the first canadian pastor in hiding with his family because he dared open a church in the province of manitoba. the church was fenced by authorities, three fences, the church building was confiscated. pastor tim, you mentioned, the locks were changed, he was preventing from organizing, he took it outside. the next day was arrested. jeanine: very frightening. we wish you not just good luck but godspeed. anyway thank you for being with us. new details about why bill cosby is out of jail tonight and breaking news in the britney spears conservatorship case. we will explain both. kevin mccarthy is here on how
12:19 am
12:24 am
dangerous border more dangerous than it has ever been in history of our country and we better go back fast. >> that was donald trump at the southern border today and he's absolutely right, we need to turn back from biden's open border agenda but democrats aren't going to do that. in fact they are bringing their defund the police agenda to the border as it is overrun with illegal aliens and collectivity. that is right. house democrats have put forward a bill that cuts funding for border patrol and ice by nearly $1 billion. here with us is house minority leader kevin mccarthy to discuss. good evening, congressman, this is insane. what the republicans do to stop these dangerous cuts from going into effect? >> donald trump is correct, he secured the border and while he was down at the border making a
12:25 am
case of what president biden has done with his executive orders making a poor and save them we've seen in two decades, democrats cut funding for immigration protection by more than $1 billion for customs and border protection, price, and removing $2 billion from finishing building the wall. we watched fentanyl increase by more than 300%, that ghost every city in america. it will kill the individuals there but we are watching people coming across the border, more than 1 million people who cross this border illegally will go across our nation not tested for covid or others but this is what happened and with all this run along the border you know what else the democrats did, they didn't at one extra dollar to border patrol agents who are working overtime, being pushed like they have never been pushed
12:26 am
before to protect us, not just in it for the democrats to defund our cities, now they are defunding the borders making this nation and safe in so many places. jeanine: democrats trying to claim the gop is responsible for defunding the police. jen psaki had trouble proving it today. >> examples of republican members of congress wanting to defund police. >> most people would argue actions are more important than words, wouldn't you say? >> there really going to keep pushing this narrative, aren't they? republicans are defunding police. >> the biggest lie ever, 73 people were shot in chicago this week. a man and woman were pulled from their car in chicago and killed on the streets last week. we've all watched the show the 2 young children walking in their neighborhoods in new york being trampled by the person running and being shot at. this is what has happened when the democrats across this nation
12:27 am
defund the police but they are doing it now to reporters as well. it is going across this nation and now they lied to the world. this is the same white house that said there was no crisis at the border either. >> look what kamala did, she went to a place where there was no problem. to the origins of covid which your republican colleagues are pursuing and democrats are ignoring. nbc nightly news dropped this bombshell about the head of the wuhan lab at the center of the lab leak.. >> multiple connections with ministry officials. he and others collaborated with military scientists on coronavirus research and other military scientists in december of 2019, an article that scientists also listed in a footnote, nbc has been unable to obtain the circumstances of his death.
12:28 am
>> how do they ignore evidence like this? >> i have no idea. don't know what the commonest chinese party has on the democrats but must be powerful. republicans rolled out a political china accountable. the first thing that needs to happen is declassisify the information so all the world can know. and the gain of function of research funded inside china, make sure nih does not fund china, russia, north korea or iran as well. let's allow americans, 600,000 americans who lost their lives, but ensued china told them accountable. why would we allow china to have the next winter olympics? let's move the olympics as well. jeanine: thanks so much. the most stunning news today was a pennsylvania state supreme court overturning sexual assault
12:29 am
conviction against bill cosby. the state's highest court ruling he had been denied a fair trial when he was convicted in 2018. the once iconic comedian and actor is free from prison and tweeted i have never changed my stance nor my store. i've always maintained my innocence. special thanks to the pennsylvania supreme court for upholding the rule of law. joining us as, defense attorney, thanks for being with us. let me see if i understand this. we have fda investigating and about to prosecute bill cosby because there is a civil case, he decides to release bill cosby from the fifth amendment incriminating himself so the civil case can go forward. as a result of that the ea takes information from the civil cases and years later insights bill cosby. was that what the supreme court made their decision on?
12:30 am
>> that was the biggest point they hung their hats on and i have to tell you i agree with it. when you dig into their opinion it was a lengthy opinion. what the da did in basically agreeing to not prosecute bill cosby, and immunity agreement, when he did that i get it but he took a step further and said i'm going to do this so the you can be in a better position to sue him for money. if i'm going to prosecute him than bill cosby doesn't have to say word, has a fifth amendment right not to. whose business was it for the original da to get involved in the machinations of a civil suit the purpose was extracting money
12:31 am
from bill cosby? jeanine: that is precisely the issue. as a former da i have never seen it or done it and you know what it reminds me of? it reminds me of the united states attorney in the aberdeen case who said i'm going to give immunity to unnamed individuals. that's not the job of a prosecutor. it is not to facilitate a civil case. the job of the prosecutors to prosecute. how did that prosecutor no there wouldn't be proof beyond reasonable doubt the next day, why would he make a decision, said bill cosby loose so this woman can make money in a civil case and then years later go back on it in the hope the conviction is overturned, and think there is no point in coming forward with these statements? >> that's one way to look at it but the other way to look at it from bill cosby's perspective is you thought the case was an prosecutable, it is replete in the opinion of the original
12:32 am
prosecutor was worried about that. wasn't good enough to prosecute but i'm going to help you get $3.4 million, the court didn't like that. >> it is outrageous, not the prosecutor's job i want to turn to britney spears's fight for control of her life. tmc reporting britney spears's lawyer asked the judge in a conservator case to boot her father jamie spears as conservator of her estate but it is shot that down and said jamie stays at least for now. was this the right decision? >> absolutely not and you know what i think? britney's next move, she's trying to get her father off of the conservatorship ticket for a long time, time to get rid of this judge because she's not doing her any favors. there needs to be a new petition filed and quick and somebody really needs to give britney spears some legal relief, the woman is 40 years old.
12:33 am
it is her prerogative. she needs to be left alone. jeanine: she said jamie spears belongs in jail, she's a high functioning woman who is disciplined, focused, puts on shows and makes millions and they are going to tell her whether she can have a child or redo her kitchen, that is nonsense. i agree with both decisions, thank you for being with us. the moment you've been waiting for is here. raymond arroyo is with me in new york city with a major announcement. that is next.
12:38 am
12:39 am
is this pandemic received, people don't want to give up their lockdown. >> it up as our trend we are seeing everywhere. i call them the forever quarantiners. the new york times released a video that captures the mindset of those not ready to return to life. >> after the shutdown started, it was like we went to sleep, humanity went to sleep, like a snow day from life. >> going back out onto the streets again makes me feel nauseous. >> when it first started it was very comfortable for me. i began to feel very relaxed. i kind of wondered why i was feeling so comfortable. >> i'm honestly incredibly nervous to return to any kind of normalcy. >> i anxiety as the world picks up pace. i'm ready to further disengage
12:40 am
from it. >> isolation is bad for everybody and we are seeing the results of it. this may be called fauci -- a syndrome we are seeing. >> when i was home i had anxiety. >> we were not meant to be alone. i don't blame these people. i blame the public officials, the doctors who said stay home, be afraid of your children, your neighbors, you see the madness it leads to. the cdc tells us 41% of adults are suffering anxiety and depression trying to reenter life. this is awful. people -- jeanine: 60% of the 59% are ready to go out, i'm in that%, we win. >> as long as we're talking delusional people there is a new dating show on netflix about to
12:41 am
premiere called sexy beasts. i'm not talking about your dog. it is love connection meets the masked singer where contestants are cosmetically disguised as assorted creatures on blind dates which wouldn't want to do panda. >> i want to have babies. >> do you have health insurance. >> would you fall on love with someone based on personality alone? >> yes. >> i like your thin. like. >> made my decision. >> how do you discern someone's personality when you can't see their eyes or read any visual cues? you can't get into it or to know someone. >> i wouldn't even talk to the person. how do you know what is behind that mass? >> after watching two episodes of the bachelor they act like
12:42 am
animals, this is a natural progression. you look like an animal. jeanine: i look like an animal? >> i meant they you may be mistaken as a sexy beast but not an animal. my wife is watching. jeanine: president biden selling infrastructure plan in wisconsin and along the way, his cognitive decline. >> this job -- this job -- new job -- going to be crazier. it is not this job, not just in our biggest cities, along our coasts but in small towns across the country. i think it is time to give ordinary people a tax break. i said please sit down and there were no seats. they were out in a football field and the press pointed out biden is losing it.
12:43 am
>> this event has yet to be located by the press, the football field event. jeanine: his fantasy world. >> a little distance coming in but there are ample examples of this difficulty with facts. he said more people died of covid and all the wars of the last century. he loses names of cabinet members. >> today donald trump challenged the current president to take a cognitive test. jeanine: >> i a student i would like to see biden case it. there are 35 questions. when he gets around 20 will have a hard time. >> i'm not concerned about the
12:44 am
cognitive test. we will let you administer it under oath. the media better not ask biden about this cognitive test. member what happened last time somebody asked for a cognitive test. >> have you taking a cognitive -- >> know -- why would i take a test? come on, man, that's like saying before you getting this program you take a test where you taking cocaine or not, what do you think? >> it is frightening watching these montages and that kind of trigger anger is all part of decline. neither of us are diagnosing but something is clearly happening. jeanine: something is happening and it is happening on one direction and it is a downward direction. >> this is a man asking for $1 trillion in infrastructure. the $700 billion and spend in
12:45 am
covid relief. can we use that apply to infrastructure. jeanine: it means different things to him. >> childcare, eldercare, cognitive and mental care which may be called for given the people in perpetual quarantine. jeanine: we will see a lot of you over the next few days, your hosting the angle tomorrow. >> i will be here for the big show saturday and sunday, we have a big july 4th special which you will be watching with your new grandchild on july 4th. jeanine: thank you for bringing some excitement into the studio. >> pleasure to be here for the first time in a year. >> this is the loudest about white privilege enjoy the most privilege of them all. horse cooper explains in moments, stay right there.

12:51 am
protesters while ignoring individuals who were burglarizing stores and committing other crimes nearby. the university of north carolina board of regents came to political pressure and voted for tenure for nicole hannah jones this despite the fact that she has 0 academic qualifications and her flagship 1619 project was littered with historical inaccuracies. here is horace cooper, project 21 cochair. it seems the real privileges and white privilege but liberal privilege. >> absolutely right. here we have this case where the insurance industry reports $2 billion worth of damage was done by these mostly peaceful protesters and rather than
12:52 am
acknowledge how violent they were and how outrageous their acts work, how damaging or acts were to the community they are turning around and suing. this is remarkable. they sued los angeles and now we see it in santa monica as well. only if there is a settlement if there is any merit, in the case of unc it is remarkable that bullying by the black lives matter movement and the progressive left is actually what ends up getting tenure for people today instead of allowing the real process to go by where we evaluate their work, look at their marriage and in this case there is no merit, no scholarship but that is how it should be done that bullying instead is going to carry the day. which for some. privilege for some. privilege for some.
12:53 am
jeanine: and the fact that robin d'angelo gets 10 year is outrageous. i am sorry about that. nicole hannah jones. in her new book robin d'angelo reveals the inner workings of her twisted mind, she writes this about going to dinner with a black couple back in college, quote, i had no black friends, really spent time with black people. i was excited and felt an immediate need to let them know i was not racist into that end i proceeded to spend the evening telling them how racist my family was. this tells you what kind of people are pushing the antiracism nonsense. >> there is racism americans won't just won't do so progressive stepped up to create it, fabricate it and even to commit it in the name of racial harmony. we will never get to where we
12:54 am
should be if the racial arsonists of today continue their work, the progressives have got to stop blaming america, stop dividing america, let's all sit down, let's relax, let's stop letting those that would divide us on racial lines -- jeanine: how long is that going to take? >> we've got to call these people out. we got to call them out whether in the administration with the media they've got to be called out. jeanine: thanks so much. raymond didn't get to all the biden stumbles, the next bite has more in moments.
