bobulinksi came in line. >> i dealt with the biden family including joe biden. >> the white house is using that same line to swat away new questions about hunter's dealings with a mexican billionaire. if joe did not know why did hunter's laptop have pictures of the former vice-president and his son standing with carlos slim and others. joining me is a former white house communication director and trump 2020 campaign advisor and

kurt. according to the "new york post" hunter texted his business partner and said i spoke to my dad about this. his daughter replied that sounds so bleep good. how do we believe that joe, president biden new knulle absolutely nothing? >> i believe joe biden knows absolutely nothing and there is a huge chance he forgot about this. mr. 10% for the big guy has his fingers in a whole bunch of pies. it's getting tiresome. the mainstream media -- the "new york post" and fox and you have some otherservative outlets

or at least neutral saying wait a minute, this is wrong. this i's no surprise. doesn't slim own a big chunk of the "new york times"? the fix is in and the american people are tired of it. >> mercedes, you spent considerable time in the white house. you know how these things g. hunter biden has had problem with drugs and with guns and russian prostitutes taking money from the former wife of a former mayor of moscow and has dealings in china and ukraine and now mexico. and hunter biden gets on an air force-2 and flies with his dad the vice-president at taxpayer expense to mexico. how do they get away with it? >> remember it was president biden who said that hunter biden is the smartest guy he knows.

i think hunter biden continues, the evidence continues to grow. you are seeing business dealings between hunter biden with the possibility of joe biden having to influence the business dealings that hunter biden had to deal with it. jason, it is hard to watch where you have joe biden saying he didn't know anything about these business dealings. as the "new york post" is reporting and as we are seeing more evidence come out from the laptop, the media did not cover during the 2020 election. it is showing that there are major concerns. hunter had noting there were conversations between the vice-president and hunter biden and his business partners. it was ignored because the

democrats are so good at attacking anything republican, but there is a double standard when it comes to democrats. you have the biden ink getting away with a lot. more questions need to be answered. which is what the white house will have to deal with in the coming weeks. >> kurt, i think one of the most damning pieces of evidence, the allegation, for instance, in the "new york post," is that jeff cooper who is the business partner of hunter biden was on air force-2 traveling with the vice-president and hunter biden to mexico. if you don't know about what is going on and don't ask any questions how in the world was he on air force-2 flying into mexico? >> these are great questions. i am a trial lawyer. would love to have a case with

such a mountain of evidence. won't go anywhere. the president said that his son is the smartest guy he knows. maybe that's true. look what he is getting away with. he a hop, skip and snort away from world domination. it's outrageous. >> the last word to mercedes. where does this go from here? >> well, you had the obama administration concerned about hunter's involvement when president obama was in charge. which is not going away. the white house press team has to be prepared to answer these tough questions, the real question is will the liberal media starting investigating hunter biden and joe biden? in these foreign dealings? >> they absolutely need to ask those questions. thank you. have a wonderful independence

biden. when president trump went to the border the border patrol agents are excited to see president trump. here's what i have seen. the wall is unfinished. president biden hired contractors to watch the steel laying down so people don't steal the gates that will never be install under president biden. to sure that steel you could install it. the levees are down in texas. and the border patrol chief has been fired by president biden. they are changing the rules on asylum to allow more people in and contacting people that president trump deported because they were criminal aliens and telling them you can come back. we have the highest number of people illegally crossing the border the last 3 months in a row and president biden

stopped enforcing the law on the inside of the country. we have 6,000 i.c.e. agents in the country who only made 3,000 deportations because the i.c.e. agents are told to stand down. they can't do their jobs. it's not just the border. but it's also stopping enforcement inside the country. >> i hope people at home appreciate what this means. the criminal element of those people that are coming here, they are not being deported. i thought it was bad enough when it was obama and biden. there were 60,000 instances where they were caught doing something illegal. they were ordered by a federal judge to leave but they didn't do that. now the people that were deported are being invited by president biden to come back into the united states.

>> that's correct. obviously they are looking at what president trump did. he just enforced the law. he was right. he was enforcing the law. president biden steps in and says we won't enforce the law and assumes things will turnout right. what happens is chaos. the border patrol is so good at what they do. they have families. they care about people but care about american law. especially on the 4th of july, you go back to the basic principle: the law is king in our country. we need to be enforce the law. i stepped up and said i won't allow anymore dh s folks to come through. i will block everyone until they enforce the law. we will get that border fence done and stop having them just guard the pieces. put the fence up and get that

done. >> good for you. look at the times of people coming in here. illegal immigrants breaking into texas home and steal guns and food. the custom and border patrol responded to a home that was burglarized and drugs are coming through. >> yes, record amounts of drugs coming across the border. that's not just the northern triangle. that's the big lie coming out of the administration. when i was at the border last time they said this year over 100 different countries have illegally crossed our border just this year. people are coming from all over the world because they know they

>> ♪ ♪ >> from the moment schools locked down in the spring of 2021 teachers unions are putting hurdles up to stop kids from getting back in the classroom. they are considering a new and dangerous road block to reopen. the national education association will vote on supporting mandatory covid 19 vaccinations for all students and staff before returning in the fall. they are advocating for safety measures such as social distancing and masking and proper ventilation.

they want to force vaccinations on kids and mask up and social distancing anyway. that's child abuse. joining me is a doctor from stanford university. do the teacher unions look at the science? i don't see their decisions driven by science. >> the last year we have seen unfortunate rules by the teachers unions that kept schools closed in many states. in california my children have had minimal in person schooling. florida has kept the schools open despite teachers unions sueing to keep them closed. what we have here -- it doesn't make sense from a scientific perspectiver. the teachers are already vaccinated. the opportunities themselves, we

are forcing families to make a decision about vaccines. and we are saying we will take away schooling for another year. it undermines trust in public health and in vaccines. why mandate it rather than give good information about it? >> yes. these things are not even approved for the youngest children. i want your input. there are new studies coming out about the carbon dioxide problems and the problem with children wearing masks for just a few minutes. >> there was a fantastic study published in the journal of the american medical association where they measured children wearing masks for a few minutes,

concentrates the carbon dioxide. that can have negative consequences on children. if you wear a mask and get a headache, that's the reason. imagine children wearing it all day long. the evidence on masking children is getting worse and worse. i don't know why we do it. it seems like a form of child abuse. >> even on airplanes, one of my pet peeves, i have a grand-daughter. she is 3 years old. the idea she has to wear a mask for hours on end on an airplane which is supposed to have been the cleanest air on the planet. >> it does. i don't understand it. masking a 2-year-old or three-year-old, you know they don't keep the masks on well. they fidget with it.

to ask them to keep it on, it's not protecting anybody against covid. it's requiring -- putting these poor kids through pain for nothing. >> we want to see kids back in school and science revail. -- prevail. part of the research i did, we spent $600,000 on pandemic relief buying things in guantanamo bay and this has nothing to do with covid. >> gazebbos are nice but you could spend the money better yes. >> i think they could get it sooner. you do great work.

have a great and wonderful independence day. let's turn now to the massive crime wave sweeping american cities and claiming lives including the lives of children. last night in chicago, just last night, where the violence is spiraling out of control, a one-month-old baby and 9-year-old girl were shot in the head. both for critical condition. in st. louis, 4 children were shot and wounded within an 8 power period. this -- 8 hour period. and the state of california released shocking crime statistics showing a 20% increase in child murders. california saw homicides explode by 31% just last year as state and local politicians caved to the pro-crime agenda. black lives matter organization. joining me is heather mcdonald

author of "the war on cops." these are children and babies. they are being shot. why aren't the democratic leaders running these big cities making this a priority. >> it's horrifying. we learned a true fact. the press didn't give a damn about black lives matter and the democrats don't. the only time they care is if somebody is shot by a cop. this carnage went on last year. 4 dozen black children gunned down in drive by shootings. i don't know a single one of those deaths protested by a black lives matter activist. cops are demoralized. they are being assaulted at record rates. a 91% increase on ambush assaults on officers. they are told by the biden

administration they are racist for going into high crime neighborhoods and trying to save lives. they are backing off pro-active policing and the criminals are stepping up. people are carrying guns and using them. there is no consequence because the left wing prosecutors say we won't prosecute low level misdemeanor crimes or gun crimes. the democrats unleashed a monster. it will be hard to get back. >> listen to stephanie at msnbc. >> republicans co-opted this idea that defund the police means what typing out police force. itempowers law enforcement. defund the police message is not translaing correctly in

burned down and they fanned the flames. they had celebrities who were tweeting and bragging about paying the bail money for the rioters. we had media activiy who told them to cut it out. i can never take it seriously when they claim to be against violence especially after what we saw last year. >> yes? >> there was a princeton study. there was violence if 48 of the 50 largest city in 2020. at least 11 americans were killed participating in the riots and another 14 died. where is the concern?

>> yes, you had kamala harris just last year working on bail these people out and put them back on the street as quickly as possible. cnn jeffrey had the most ironic comment. >> the great reputation destroyer. everyone who served in his administration came away with a diminished reputation. >> he is the expert on that. should he be talking about this on national tv? >> no. toobin is a former colleague. he made a big mistake bigger than big-time on television. i just can't really say. the main point here is that donald trump served honorably as president of the united states.
