rest of us. there is a war raging in america. it started last summer when thugs started burning down homes and businesses. >> reparation, anything they want to take, take it because these businesses have insurance. judge jeanine: from looting businesses, they started ramming residential areas, creating their own hate america zone. forcing evacuations much police precincts, trying to burn down a federal courthouse. the left was covered by the mainstream media as engaging in peaceful protests even as thousands of comes are injured. those arrested, the charges were dropped. storming residents with

take whatever they want. your private property, your cherished items, things you worked hard for. they are not afraid of you. no one has stopped them before and they don't expect to be stopped now. they know they will be bailed to go out and reoffend. these gun toting thugs emboldened bullies running through our streets shooting each other, innocent bystanders be damned. a college intern on public transportation. a 1-month-old shot in a car seat. a 4-year-old on the way to a toy store. the radical left has brought the 70s crime story back to america. we have had over 5,000 americans shot since january of this year. 2020 ended with over 19,000
12:04 am
americans killed in shootings. what do democrat mayors want to do for their citizens. chicago mayor lori lightfoot straightup lies and says crime is down. >> crime is not out of control. crime is on the decline in our homicide and shootings year over year are down. that's a fact, sir. judge jeanine: she and the rest of these leftist socialist mayors know damn well crime is not down, and they know damn well how to fight crime. no 4-minute meeting with joe biden on the tarmac will solve anything, especially if joe doesn't have his note cards. the radical police mating crew's
12:05 am
purpose is to castrate the police who can fight crime. they say it's all about guns. but it's really about criminals. andrew cuomo is fighting crime by suing gun manufacturers. suing the gun manufacturer has nothing to do with crime reduction. they prefer to burn down the federal court. they bought their guns illegally on the street. and if there was a serial number on them, there isn't one now. joe biden can't stop talking about the gun epidemic and his plans to shut down gun sellers who break federal laws. he than his pal kamala aren't concerned about the second amendment. >> the can amendment from the day it was passed limited the
12:06 am
people who could own a gun and the type of weapon you could own. judge jeanine: they want to take guns away from law-abiding citizens who actually know how to shoot a gun. why are the democrats allowing this? first they tried to:blame republicans for the crime wave and defunding police. even "the washington post" gave the statement three pinocchios. they know they are weakening law and order. they are not interested in protecting you. bail reform is nothing more than a get out of jail free card. 80% of those arrested are released immediately after that arrest. some d.a.s have refused to prosecute a crime unless it reaches an arbitrarily chosen

threshold. mayors and i councils are taking police off the street. police have lost qualified immunity. they are ambushed and shot. judge are allowing politics to influence their ruling. this week joe biden said he will begin door-to-door outreach for covid vaccinations. think about that. the intrusion. the invasion of your privacy. strange people coming to your door to see how many people live in your home or apartment. where is that mindset coming from? to me it's all tied together. failure to fund police in a way that prevents them from being effective. refusal of prosecutors to

prosecute. now leftists blaming guns and not the criminals for all the crime in america. put the dots together. joe biden's irrational belief he can control the second amendment, along with his belief he can go door to door, tells me there is an end game. it's not about votes. it's not about registering your gun. it'sf about con fist skating your gun. there is only one way out of this there is a number. 2022. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter #judgejeanine. joining me, vice president of the san francisco police association lieutenant tracy mccray and sergeant joe b rirks
12:09 am
imahdi. i assume you both agree police are unsome pressure they are hesitating to make arrests. but i want to address you, lieutenant mccray about what happened at neiman marcus. 76% of people in san francisco want more police in the city. what is going on? >> thank you for having me. you are correct. it's out of control. it's chaos. and people are feeling that. when it's captured on video, then the whole world can see it. people feel unsafe and they do want more police officers, contrary to what some of our elected officials would have you believe. especially our district attorney. judge jeanine: your district attorney is who? >> he believes criminals are the real victims, not the people
12:10 am
being victimized by criminals. and that's a problem. judge jeanine: i know he has a reputation for not going after domestic violence criminals which is something that infuriates me. sergeant, the truth is you have got businesses that are trying to protect their businesses and protect shoppers. they have surveillance equipment, they are hiring security guards. but even if they apprehend someone, are these criminals being punished? >> well, absolutely not they are not being punished. when mayor lightfoot said crime is down in chicago, actually shootings are up 67% in chicago. the worst part about it is it's our black and brown communities being impacted the most. when you hear politicians say
12:11 am
black and brown lives matter, they only matter with it many politically expedient. they don't care about the lives in their community. all they care about is their radical agenda. but we have the ability to fix this. if we restore the rule of law, which means we don't allow people to steal a thousand dollars worth of products out of a store. walgreens closed 7 stores in san francisco. in chicago people arrested for shooting and killing people are out on bail. if we embraced the broken windows theory to take our neighborhoods back, we could make a difference. if you are watching at home and your community is ravaged by violent crime and your officials
12:12 am
are not standing on a platform of law and order, get them out. judge jeanine: people walking in and stealing as if it's the candy store. also the increase in violent crime. what are the police doing. what is the morale of the police department in san francisco? >> i will give it to my brother over there, dropped the mic. morale, staffing issues, people are hesitant to do their job because they are afraid of being prosecuted. he has no problem prosecuting cops. when you are talking about the gun violence. what about ghost guns? we have taken a number of ghost guns off the streets. people can print that and use that for a crime to kill people, to rob people. let's not forget about that either.
12:13 am
this whole notion of law and order needs to come back and people need to respect the rule of law, which is not happening. when you are saying they are just stealing an expensive handbag. no, they are not, they are crippling people's ability to make a living. if those stores close, then what will they do? they already cut back the hours. they hire us to make sure the people coming in so rob them don't accost the people who are actually paying for the items they are buying. that's crazy. judge jeanine: to both of you. these businesses -- i'm more concerned with innocent bystanders getting to the by the thugs with guns. these businesses, they are smart people. don't they know how to put pressure on politicians? 70% of the businesses are hiring people so their inventory is
12:14 am
protected. what are they doing to impact judges and the d.a.s. i will go to you on that sergeant grimaldi. >> there are a couple class action lawsuits where the prosecutors are suing the city council for not providing protection. they need to show up at the city council meeting. city council needs to feel the heat. all they are doing is listening to the radical left. they shouldn't have a place at the microphone. judge jeanine: lieutenant mccray, is there any hope in terms of san francisco and where it is right now in getting the mayor, the d.a., or the judges to sit down with police and discuss crime with them? >> i think exactly what you
12:15 am
said, going to council meetings and letting them know, letting your voice be heard. we have the recall of the district attorney happening. he's afraid because he will get booted out. people are tired of this. judge jeanine: when is the recall? >> they have to have the signatures by august 11. i think they are well on their way to having that and more. it's going to happen. judge jeanine: lieutenant tracy mccray, thank you for all you do. sergeant joseph grimaldi, we love you. did a judge's reckless decision lead to a mother's murder in texas?

defendants who we shouldn't be putting out money for because he should have been locked up to begin with. that's what's infuriating about all this. these are pictures of over100 victims in harris county who have been murdered by defendants released on multiple felony bonds the past few years. we have a pandemic in harris county. i am sure it's all over the country as well. it's time to get a grip on the ramifications. judge jeanine: it's all over the country. let me say we are not going to forget this. this judge should be removed. the commission on judicious conduct is investigating her. >> judge, wouldn't you love to have one of these judges

foxnews.com. >> if there are lower vaccine rates, chances are good. they are more likely to vote for republicans and more likely to be sceptical. >> this will cause economic disparity. you are a business, and you have a chance to move into a low tax state where vaccinate rates are higher. or a state where vaccination rates are lower, you are going to move your company where vaccination rates are higher because it will be harder to get the brightest and breast workers
12:31 am
to come to a state that's lagging behind in vaccination rates. judge jeanine: that's msnbc's joe scarborough trying to sell the narrative. when the pandemic restriction ruined the lives of 200,000 small business owners chasing the americans dreams. behind every one of those business closures is the story of a man or woman putting everything on the line to better the lives their families, only to lose it all because the government pulled the rug out from underneath them, forcing them to close shop to be safe. okay, steve. if you listen to morning joe and his gang. they say everybody is leaving the red states and moving to blue states. aren't bluff states bad for
12:32 am
business? >> look at florida. florida has a thousand people every day from the northeast that are moving to florida. in fact florida is getting a little nervous about how many people are moving in from these blue states. in texas, kind of see, a lot of people are moving to idaho, montana, utah is a big state for new people. they are moving there because these economies have been mostly open. they are also moving there because they are low tax states. texas, tennessee and florida have no income tax, new york city, the income -- income tax, 15%. judge jeanine: he believes the vaccination rate is the one thing determining whether people take their family and their businesses and move across
12:33 am
country is that true? >> i haven't seen evidence of that. i do think people should get vaccinated. people over the age of 40 should definitely be vaccinated. the evidence has been clear now for 30 or 40 years that these policies of lower taxes, pro business, these states like new york and connecticut, new jersey, have done so much damage to their economies and you are spot-on correct. the biggest victims have been the lowest income workers and those small businesses. we have 28 million small businessmen and women. in states like new york and chicago, it brings a tear to my eye to see the stores board up. now they can't get the businesses because the states like new jersey, new york, and connecticut continue to pay the

12:39 am
speaking for myself, it was a tremendous personal benefit. judge jeanine: a tremendous personal benefit? sadly web's right. new york governor andrew cuomo cashed in on covid big time for his book, "american crisis." he received over $5 million. here with reaction, tomi lahren and leo terrell. leo, i will go to you first. hit it. >> the on one who thinks andrew cuomo did a great job is andrew cuomo. he's a disgrace. you know who is else is a disgrace? the democratic party. he allowed seniors to dined his directive. the democratic leadership in new york will do nothing. he gets on tv and talks about the personal benefits. he benefited.
12:40 am
new york suffered. he's in office right now and the democratic leadership is afraid to do anything about it. he's shameful and disrespectful to all new yorkers. judge jeanine: tomi, the shame of it is, with all these allegations against him he refuses to step aside, kind of like governor northam in virginia. they just dig their heels in and say i'm not going anywhere, too bad. what say you? >> we are allowed to do that because of a little thing we like to call liberal privilege. andrew cuomo laughed about the allegations against him. he doesn't seem to be bothered by it. and yet he's not hiding in a hole somewhere because he's protected. because new york doesn't have a recall option. so this man sits here on his

>> i don't think you are in this for money. >> for me you are like the holy spirit. you are in all places at all times. he's out there saving the country. he's a rock star. >> michael avenatti for president in 2020? judge jeanine: his next chapter will be in a jail cell for at least 30 months. this guy simply because he hated trump and could walk and talk. he stole money from clients who were in trouble. he misused his position as an attorney. and he made people suffer for this benefit. >> he's facing additional charges for stealing clients' fund and facing probably an eternity in jail. he gives lawyers a bad name.
12:43 am
a very bad name. but notwithstanding that, he will be disbarred. he was on cnn, the left-wing media over 200 types. they -- 200 times. they fell in love with him. now, you hear crickets. he will get a job as a legal analyst sitting next to jeffrey tubin. judge jeanine: they would be good together. >> where is brian stealther in all of this. that was the man he elevated. .this is another example of liberal privilege. he was supposed to get 9-11 years. he got 2 1/2 years? he was anti-trump and all it takes in left-wing media is to
