smaller package. >> i would say if we can pass the 1.1, 1.2 trillion i'm not on board because we don't know the new spending the trillion that identified, that needs to be worked out to her satisfaction but were coming up on the end of the fiscal year if you were to pass a continuing resolution that $6.845 trillion, 3 trillion which is not paid for we need to go through the appropriate budgeting in the normal regular order for appropriation and then determine priorities not to stick them in a bill. arthel: from where i sit, i'm not there it seems whatever is being tossed around on either side nothing seems to get resolved because no one on either side, maybe someone on one side or the other, nobody seems to be working in earnest to get resolved for the sake of the american people and putting politics aside.
