12:16 am
fauci is practically giddy about the prospect. the political implications of this, what are they? >> a huge political mistake, the democratic party and the media are going down, they will further polarize the issue, alienate more people, drive people on the fence away not just from getting vaccinated but away from them ideologically and as voters. i don't see how this accomplishes anything positive. laura: the mandates don't just apply to the vaccine, america's doctor said this. >> proof of vaccination and everybody's will be vaccinated then take off your mask. it is time to reinstate some of these mask mandates while in the meantime aiming for proof of vaccination so that we can really boost our vaccination numbers.
12:17 am
laura: punishment to boost vaccines. how does that work? >> it is very creepy you see not only the government trying to use the full extent of its power but as you mentioned earlier an effort to recruit the private-sector into imposing its punishment the constitutional question, whether the government can enlist private-sector agencies to do what the government may be constitutionally from the from doing. think of the government hired a private agency to do unreasonable search and seizure but they get away with it by the fact the government can't to do it, the get private companies to do it, the question is in some ways this is the kind of i almost call it the fascist blueprint because the fascist blueprint in its classic definition is a merger of the government with the private sector to bring all the citizens into lockdown. >> when you see the reaction of

regular citizens to this kind of browbeating and hectoring and bullying and insulting, they are all stupid for not rushing out. i was watching president biden today with super bowl champs tampa bay and he turned around and said you all got to get vaccinated. you saw some of the okay. a lot of the young healthy athletes are not getting vaccinated. they don't want to get vaccinated. is the nfl going to say they can't play, getting a test every 5 minutes, how does this work? >> subject them to protocols until they give in and get the vaccine. i think we have the vaccine story upside down in this country from the white house and we should be telling a very positive story on vaccines. we have a receptacle coming seniors which is overwhelmingly

after their sojourn in washington dc. one of pelosi's staffers have it, some white house staffers have it, they revealed today at the white house briefing at all apparently vaccinated. >> right so i think the whole texas runaway scheme turned out to be a comedy, the thieves making with the getaway car and the car breaks down and everybody has the disease and they are supposedly vaccinated and when they get back to texas there are people waiting to arrest them. what is particularly telling about all this is although the media has been hailing the texas democrats as heroes what they are doing is exactly the same as what the january 6th protesters are accused of doing, they are obstructing an official proceeding. the january 6th guys delayed the proceedings by, what, an hour or two hours? the texas democrats are preventing the texas legislature from going into session for days and it could be weeks or months,
