the cdc, the biden administration is cracking down on we the people. this include new mask rules in covid hot spots. vaccination mandates for federal employees and maybe a universal vaccine mandate. take a look. >> why not push answer vaccine mandates in states and private >> i asked the justice department if they can do that eely. legally and they can. i don't know if the federal government can regulate the whole country.

>> you are visiting the capitol building without a mask you could be arrested. this response from it a congresswoman. >> we are socially distanced from anybody. i have had covid and 2 vaccinations. i am wearing my mask inside the chamber but not anywhere else so madam speaker come and get me. >> thanks for joining us tonight. i was imppressed with the line come and get me. she is serious about this. we don't know what the new guidelines are based upon. we don't have any of the data. other than the cdc saying it seems even if you have been vaccinated and had covid, the delta variant is contagious and you may give it to somebody else. what is nancy pelosi doing here and why is she doing this?

>> well, nancy pelosi is totally off the rails. to advise the capitol hill police that staff and visitors to capitol hill will be arrested for not wearing a mask, she has gone nuts on this thing. i can think of no worse incentive than telling the american people if you are vaccinated and you must still wear a mask. did vaccinations work or not? the cdc guidance they are basing it on requiring house members to be masked up. when you cross over to the senate side there is no covid because masks are not required over. there the cdc guidance. they are basing it on data they won't share with the american people or those elected to congress. but they are basing it on data from another country, on a vaccine that is not made by companies here in the united states which is how we are vaccinated. i don't understand. this is not science.

it's anti-science. >> this is america. it's not the america we know, but do people in congress talk to each other? do you say to the democrats, she flipped her lid. what is the end game here? what are they looking to do and why now? >> well, they are virtue settling. one thing i learned today which is scary if you are a citizen of the united states and you travel to mexico and you want to come home after vacation, our country the united states of america requires its citizens to test negative for covid 19. nancy pelosi and president biden and chuck schumer talk about spreading verified. a -- spreading covid. along the border they are not getting tested or vaccinated and we don't require them to wear

masks crossing the border. this is another example of them going off the rails on us. >> just the last question. you have business to do in congress. nancy pelosi told the capitol police if they are not masked you arrest them. if you work in congress she says you have to wear a mask or they will arrest you. how does this play out? >> well, i advised by staff to work from home today. i saw some of the faces of the capitol hill police. they don't feel the same way. they don't want to do that. it's not truth to who we are. we have work to do. she doesn't want to talk about the failures. they can't get a infrastructure package today and wants to raise taxes on american people.

in case something is created where they don't want to go back to school. >> well, she said for the schools that can open, that's frustrating as a mother of three myself. there is no reason that schools should not be open full-time in person outside of a local outbreak in that school or community. for her to give credence to that is wrong and criminal. the landscape changed with the delta variant. look to the u.k. and israel and the other places coming down from the delta wave. it's much more contagious and higher viral loads, but we have seen draftuc reduction in severe decease and new cases. the cdc is keeping people in a paralyzed state of fear that doesn't match reality. talking about randy, we have to look at the children.

if it we look at england who just came down from their delta wave. they had schools open. kids not wearing masks. since the beginning of the pandemic this covid 19 kids are not severely affected by it. any child can get sick but it's low risk of a severe outcome for children. children should be back in school and i believe younger children should not be wearing masks. teachers can be vaccinated and wear a high grade medical mask if they choose. >> exactly. the concept of children who we know are not as vulnerable as adults are and older adults with covid andine the delta variant as dr. saphier said. it's more contagious but not as dangerous as lethal. how do they move that to the

children who are the least vulnerable of all? >> absolutely. that's what upsets me. we should not be putting the burden of protection on children. the mortality rate is less than half a percent with the coronavirus. under no circumstances should we close schools because of coronavirus. it's the school closures killing our kids with teen suicide and depression and anxiety and substance abuse want . 90% of our teachers are vaccinated. we need to continue to encourage vaccinations. that was the goal in the first place. they should not be shifting the goal posts. that's unacceptable at this point. >> what can parents do about that, dr. saphier? other than move your child to another school? what if you can't afford a private school?

>> well, you have seen is of the school board meetings and the parents yelling at the principals and teachers. their hands are tied. they have to listen to their local public health authorities. it comes from the governor's office. if you want to make a difference, get on the phone and talk to your governor. it is up to the governor what the local cities and schools are doing. if a local public health department is saying they have to wear masks, it will be difficult for a school to make any other decision. if something goes wrong, they would have should sort of liability. you have to get on the phone to the governor's office. the cdc has to get back to a normal level of risk. children have more chance of getting if a severe car accident driveing to school than they do from covid 19. keep it in perspect.

>> yes, i am not so sure about the liability issue -- with children in masks, are there any exceptions at any of the schools that you know of to exement kids from wearing masks like asthma? they dot for religious exementions in colleges. -- go ahead. >> we need some alternatives. if a child already had covid and they have protection through antibodies they don't need to wear a mask. they are protected. there are children that have allergies and may have allergic reactions. and understand the risk and the benefits. right now the benefit is children must be in the classroom.

it affects them mentally and physically. that's the most important thing. we are causing a detrimental impact on the children by not having them in the classroom. the risk at keeping them at home is more derimental than having them in the classroom. >> as the biden administration quotes more lockdowns. migrants many affected with covid pour across the sournd. -- southern border. two whistleblowers are accusing the biden administration of covering up a covid outbreak among migrant children. we have a syndicated host and dave ruben. dana, tell us about the whistleblowers. >> two whistleblowers who are

he can be sharp. no question about it. he can go back and forth with reporters and give lucid answers. but when he gets things wrong too. there should be a scrutiny. the press should cover it. the mainstream media has seen fit to give him a total pass. they don't hold him to account when he makes up lies about himself. they just chuckle. they move on to the next pro-biden story they write. why do they have to protect and cover from him instead of draw attention to his frailties the way they would any other president? >> the idea of joe biden coming out and saying what do you want if he is building back better and everything is great again. he blames everything on trump that he doesn't think is good like obama blamed everything on bush. i don't remember the republican presidents doing this. blaming them on the democrats

act as though they don't know how it got broken. this is what happens when you placate to blm for the last 5 years. this is what you will get. lawlessness in the streets. it's not enough just to hire more officers. you have to stop demonizing the ones you have left and officers in general so you have men and women willing to step up to serve and protect their community. the democrats are receiving private protection from the american taxpayers in their cities. but they are not using social workers. they are using security details. they place their security over the american people. it's enough of this. end the culture of lawless not and stop demonizing officers and stop coddling criminals. >> leo, the thing about durkin, the seattle mayor, she was

politically. >> back to the dallas sergeant, a bulls eye is put on the back of a lot of police officers. they retired and quit. it's going to take a generation i believe for police to get back their -- how can we say it -- their strength and confidence and the society's belief in them. what are you seeing with the dallas police? >> yes, we are also decreasing with officers leaving. we have seen an increase in crime. every city across the nation is dealing with this. dallas is not exclusive to that problem. i think we need to talk about the politics and look at the politicians and people like george promoting anti-police

agendas. he donated over a million dollars to defund the police that's why i filed a lawsuit back in 2016 against black lives matter because they were inciting violence against the police. in 2016 we lost police officers. lost 5 officers killed in the line of duty if a domestic terrorist attack fueled by the anti-police agenda. they know they are not protected and the politicians are against them and the radical agenda are funding by massive amounts of money. they don't have a chance. i am doing everything i can to make sure we bring attention to these issues and advocate for the police in this country. >> good for you. tommy, you talked to a lot of young people.

any talking about going into law enforcement? >> i still think there are a number of young people that still want to serve and protect their community. it will take a generation of americans not only proud of their police officers but proud of their country. that will start in the schools. we have to make americans proud to be americans again. >> leo, are you hopeful for the police in america? >> yes. every civilized society has law enforcement. 90% of the people want law enforcement. the democratic party doesn't represent every day american citizens. >> they certainly don't want more "hannity" after the greek.
