>> emily: governor cuomo remains defiant, denying any wrongdoing despite investigation by democratic voided attorney general that found he sexually harassed nearly a dozen women and retaliated against one of his accusers, not only breaking state and federal law n administration policies. i now president biden is joining the growing list of politicians on both sides of the aisle calling for cuomo to resign. this as the democrats plot to impeach him in the albany district attorney makes it clear that no one is above the law

pursuing a criminal investigation. the new york governor is not backing down, even taking aim at his accusers after the ag laid out the shocking findings. watch. >> i never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances. >> there are 11 complainants whose allegations are set forth in great detail in the report. >> "the new york times" published a front-page picture of me touching a woman's face and a wedding and then kissing her on the cheek. i actually learned from my mother and from my father. it is meant to convey warmth, nothing more. >> emily: the governor hugged the executive assistant and reached under her blouse to grab her breast.
9:02 am
>> generations are cultural perspectives that frankly i hadn't fully appreciated. and i have learned from this. the state already has an advanced sexual harassment training program for all employees, including me. >> multiple women. many of whom were young women, by engaging in unwanted groping, kisses, hugging, and by making inappropriate comments. further, the governor and his secret team took action to retaliate against at least one former employee for coming forward with her story. >> emily: this is "outnumbered." i'm emily compagno on here today michael hosts kayleigh mcenany, host of kennedy on fox business, kennedy. fox business anchor dagen mcdowell and in the center of virtual seat, civil rights attorney and fox news contributor leo turrell. welcome to you all.
9:03 am
leo, i would like to start with you. the governor's demise is in stark contrast to how he said back in 2018 that sexual assault allegations should be handled during the kavanaugh confirmation hearings. let's take a look and get your thoughts on the other side. >> it was a disrespect for women that this administration chronically exemplifies. after the me too movement, they did absolutely nothing relating to sexual harassment. to cheapen or ridicule the pain a woman suffers from a attack is disgusting. sexist and disgusting. >> leo: i'll tell you, this is really embarrassing.
9:04 am
it's a classic example of rules for the not for me. there is no evidence against kavanaugh. there was nothing. yet you have cuomo out there pretending to be the white knight. overwhelming evidence on objective independent investigation that was done proving that cuomo had basically violated their rights, the civil rights of 11 women. i want to be very clear. governor cuomo is a boss, a bully, tyrant, and he should be shunned. what prevents justice from taking place is his political track. i've been practicing law for 30 years. there is overwhelming evidence that district attorney right now to charge governor cuomo. that's a political game. the democratic legislature in new york, shame on them. you're telling me they didn't have this information? they could have done the same investigation. this is the ugliest nature of politics and democratic loyalty because this political track is
9:05 am
slowing down the legal track. he should be arrested, the d.a. is he a democrat? that's the only reason why cuomo should be charged right now. the d.a. must be a democrat. let me tell you what i honestly believe. i believe governor cuomo has enough information on these democratic lawmakers to prevent them from doing what is right. what is right is for governor cuomo either to resign, to be impeached, or to be charged with a criminal crime. do you hear me, district attorney of albany? >> emily: kayleigh, leo brings up politics. let's look at what president biden said in march. >> the claims of the women. should he resign? >> yes. i think you will probably end up being prosecuted too. >> kayleigh: interesting. i want to say leo, you hit it out of the park. he said it better that i've

heard it said yet. but i want to be clear about working from democrats. leo is exactly right. it's a political game. you're hearing the words resign, resign, resign. you are not for the most part, sir from the national democrats hearing impeach, impeach, impeach. why is that? when they say resign, as "the wall street journal" editorial board pointed out, they are giving a pro forma type of condemnation. they know he's not going to resign. they know he's here to stay. they know that cuomo has ambitions yet to run for governor. by saying impeach, takes it to the next level. it demands action. it's out of cuomo's hands, it's in the hands of democrats. it's why biden yesterday said yes i want him to resign but one followed up and asked, do you want to impeach him, biden said i don't want to get ahead of the process. i don't want to get ahead of things. when clyburn was asked, do you want him impeached. clyburn said i don't want to pile on. they are saying resign because they know he won't resign. they will not say impeach. you have half of state lawmakers

9:09 am
he is incapable of gratefully stepping aside. he really has to. he was right. when he was talking about, when he was condemning that kind of predatory nature during the kavanaugh hearing, he should have pointed that of himself. it is disgusting and sexist and the way he's gone after some of these victims, it's absolutely sexist acceptable. >> emily: to that point, in the governor's apollo, narcissistic branch to policy trigger apology, not only to the underscore the hubris that apparently has really cleared of the administration's toxicity in the workplace but he underscored how he does not understand his own laws. >> identified herself to me as a survivor of sexual assault.
