leo, i would like to start with you. the governor's demise is in stark contrast to how he said back in 2018 that sexual assault allegations should be handled during the kavanaugh confirmation hearings. let's take a look and get your thoughts on the other side. >> it was a disrespect for women that this administration chronically exemplifies. after the me too movement, they did absolutely nothing relating to sexual harassment. to cheapen or ridicule the pain a woman suffers from a attack is disgusting. sexist and disgusting. >> leo: i'll tell you, this is really embarrassing.

it's a classic example of rules for the not for me. there is no evidence against kavanaugh. there was nothing. yet you have cuomo out there pretending to be the white knight. overwhelming evidence on objective independent investigation that was done proving that cuomo had basically violated their rights, the civil rights of 11 women. i want to be very clear. governor cuomo is a boss, a bully, tyrant, and he should be shunned. what prevents justice from taking place is his political track. i've been practicing law for 30 years. there is overwhelming evidence that district attorney right now to charge governor cuomo. that's a political game. the democratic legislature in new york, shame on them. you're telling me they didn't have this information? they could have done the same investigation. this is the ugliest nature of politics and democratic loyalty because this political track is

reports" top of the hour. >> a travel nightmare across the country after spirit and american airlines canceled and delayed hundreds of flights a day since this weekend blaming weather and operational issues. there are also reports of pilot strikes an airline staff walking off the job. despite the $54 billion bailout airlines received thanks to the coven pandemic relief. if you're lucky enough to get on the plane, you just might encounter something like this. emily, you fly cross-country weekly. you experience these delays, these fights in your travels? >> emily: i haven't seen a fight yet. delays all the time. my flight is departing in about four hours from now on i keep obsessively checking to see just how delayed i'm going to be today.

one of the additional complaints happening right now is about airport prices skyrocketing, taking advantage of those captive citizens they are in the airport. i have to point out, not to be a debbie downer but part of the reason that beer costs $28 is because port authority approved a 10% increase in street prices for airport concessions to make up for a 2018 minimum wage hike for airport employees to $19. so dagen knows the economic trickle effect is alive and well and we are seeing it pop up making us all go through a living hell to try to visit grandma. >> kayleigh: one passenger going to the bar, you get delayed, go to the bar. he finds his sam adams is $27.85. the company say that it was a mistake but tax was part of it, as emily knows. what would you do if you got to the bar and saw the nearly $30 beer? >> kennedy: luckily i have

celiac and i can't drink beer. you can't take those pocket bottles on the plane so that's when you consume them in the bar. go ahead and get some tomato juice and add some gray goose if you have to. i certainly won't judge. people can afford the bar tab and they have to make up the bill with labor so they should let these people fly the planes when the pilots don't show up. problem solved. >> kayleigh: dagen, the alcoholic beverages the currently contributing to some of those fights, including the fight with the duct tape. >> dagen: that young man clearly had consumed a lot of something somewhere before he boarded the aircraft. there are multiple videos of this, you can see everybody surrounding him. you can hear him at some point screaming about, do you know who my parents are? and i heard him say my granddaddy or whatever he said.

just so you know, i have the worst temper and i've never thrown a fit on an airplane or gotten arrested. so if i can do it, bucco can. i carry his ties with me everywhere. i don't need duct tape. i am here for the obedient, well-behaved flyer. to wrangle the jerks. >> kayleigh: leo, that passenger allegedly groping the flight attendants were touching them inappropriate leap. it punched in the face and apparently was screaming "my parents are worth $2 million" all before being duct taped. the allegations there. >> leo: the last three trips i've had, one time the plane had to return because of a crazy passenger and the other two times there were federal marshals on the police waiting for him when the plane arrived.
