of your life and your destiny and our prosperity. boy, do we need an election lik yesterday. thank you as always for joining us. please never miss an episode. we hope you have a great weeken and we will see you back your monday night. >> i'm tammy bruce in for laura ingraham and this is a special edition of "the ingraham angle" week in an hour break disgraced new york governor andrew cuomo remaining defiant against sexua harassment accusations as he said with a criminal complaint. what charges could he face. greg jared is here on this. the royal celebrity zoom called. and what is the one word laura can't say. raiment of royal is here for friday follies.
7:01 pm
but first, joe biden had a very busy week caving to the far lef radicals driving or hunting jeeps and wearing a pantsuit. he did all of that instead of trying to fix the disaster he has turned our country into. don't believe me? homicides are spiking across th country since last year. 327 percent in portland. 58 percent in oakland for a 25 percent in philadelphia. great american cities, the washington post even warning th u.s. could see the highest recorded increase in homicides and more than 20 years. down at the border, customs and border protection encountered more than 200,000 individuals i july. the highest in two decades. you know what it was for the month of january we're invited and assumed the presidency? just over 78,000 just this week more than 800 unaccompanied children were apprehended at th border in one day.
7:02 pm
but the white house will still try to tell you that the border is closed, there is no crisis. >> we certainly have it challenged at the border. a plan is in place and we are executing it. we are rebuilding the state and legal and orderly pathways to come to the united states under our laws so they don't have to take the perilous journey and arrive arrived in between the ports of entry. >> i don't know if you're laughing, because i sure am. their plan is to stop the challenge, the challenge at the border, and that answer, the wa to stop it is with amnesty. biden had some pretty bad ideas but this one takes the case. let's talk money. the rate of inflation is spiking . what does that mean for you? everything is more expensive. are you buying a used car because you can get a new one due to the chp shortage? these are of more than 45 percent, gas to put in your car is up two of course by
7:03 pm
nearly 30 percent since this time last year. grocery stores are increasing their prices too, but treasury secretary doesn't want you to worry, it's just a small bump i the road. >> we have seen some significan price increases in recent month as there are huge shifts in demand across sectors of the economy with continually problems on the economy, but. >> she believes it's temporary. guess what, americans aren't buying it. a new cnbc hole revealing 51 percent are pessimistic about the state of the economy and think it will get worse, that's the highest it's been since 2015 . despite the reaction to today's jobs report, the numbers of job created were overwhelmingly temporary. joining me now tier of the american conservative union, senior columnist of townhall, a trial lawyer, busy man and author of the book crisis and carrie davis host of the just
7:04 pm
listen to yourself podcast. welcome aboard, everybody. mats, we are eight months into the presidency and clearly ther is no sign that biden has any intention of stopping the policies they've implemented. his net time that we agree that this is exactly what they want to have happen, they know what the policies are doing, and the seem to want it this way? >> what's weird in this white house is usually you have a rambunctious staff and you have a president who views himself a everyone's president. because this president is in th state he is income at the staff that he has put around him, which are these killers from th obama administration who are hard chargers for socialism, they have been full throttle. socialism isn't just terrible economics that hurts people tha inflation is going to hurt the forgotten men and women and those people struggling. but look at all the racial divisions and the constant crie of racism. even the dc mayor is basically
7:05 pm
begging the city council in dc to restore 200 cops from her failed black lives matter defun the cops embrace of last summer. even she knows. >> and they won't do it. by unanimous vote, they said no. >> this is what is astounding here. and you know, this is an interesting dynamic when you look at the inflation rate that effectively attacks of all americans. we know that the cost of gas ad into the price of everything that has to travel to get to people. when they said we would return to normal, it seems like this i exactly what they intended. >> i think you're missing the big picture here in the big picture is the lat lack of mean tweets. of bunch of suburban liberal wine women are not offended anymore by the guy in the white house manners, so i think we've got that going for us.
7:06 pm
i know when i filled up my fine german touring sedan for $75 th other day i thought yeah, that' kind of steep. i mean i don't have hunter bide money, right? but you know, we've got a president who behaves himself when he's not staggering around mumbling incoherently. the fact is this administration is out of control, it's being run by a bunch of socialists, and they are tearing our countr down. this is unsustainable, unacceptable, and it will not continue. i'm just not sure how this ends. >> and, thank you, it's not jus that it's a socialist policy framework. earlier this week, biden gave t the squad illegally extended th eviction moratorium despite wha the supreme court said. doing this has the potential of putting thousands of middle-class and class mom-and-pop landlords out of business. many people are arguing this is
7:07 pm
in fact an attack on private property rights as well as the middle-class and i want you to listen to this because biden should know better because when you bowed to the squad, obviously it's never enough. >> we are grateful for this extension, but again, this is a short-term fix. we obviously need a long-term solution. what i'm hoping for is that before the 60 day ends, that there is progress that's made i that regard and congress reconvenes so we can actually d legislation to provide long-ter solutions. >> with strange here is the people in these apartments who have not been paying rent were solvent enough to be able to ge an apartment and pay rent, so i'm not quite sure why she want this to be permanent very thin it's almost presuming that americans can't get up in the morning and can't get a job. >> because she's a communist.
7:08 pm
i mean the problem, tammy is we have communist at the doorstep. i'm not saying that is some kin of red hat super conspiratorial news commentator, i'm saying that as a person with eyes and ears. black lives matter, you go to their website and it's very clear whether oil will hide by, they are marxist, they're proud of it. so corey bush and aoc and the squad, they are marxist too, of course they want to eliminate proper private property rights. of course they don't think that middle-class is helpful to prosperity because their marxis which means they are complete idiots. i am not completely shocked to hear that. i think that's at the end of th day the american people are going to have their say and they're way, and americans don' like this. there is a sense that no one is really in charge here, and that's why the acquiesced to
7:09 pm
their demands. they can still go out there and have demands because it's the socialists behind all of this. let's not pretend that biden is really in charge here. >> we get back to the nature of who is making the decisions and cara alluded to this, nobody wants what they're selling, nobody wants any of this that i happening, and they are barreling through, clearly because no one is making any noise are pushing back, i want to get to something that is deeply personal, let's talk about the vaccines come out whe we talk about what happened thi week. the washington post is reportin the biden ministration considering using federal regulatory powers and the threa of withholding federal from fro institutions to push more americans to get vaccinated and of course now that effort could apply to institutions as. as a long-term care for us to lead, cruiseship, and universities potentially impacting millions of americans. again, mats, it is interesting
7:10 pm
in that we've got effectively a mandate of vaccine, but without actually mandating it. what is your take on that? >> went according to the recent survey 75 percent of the people getting the new variants are vaccinated though there's complications that we are still learning about i applaud the bishops of the state of colorad and these others that are sayin a universal mandate that forces all of us to do something violates our first amendment rights. there are people that have a moral objection to taking this vaccine in america and the firs amendment, that is enshrined in our constitution. no president can force somebody to break their religious views and this is getting to a very dangerous position. i urge the leaders of their leaders of colleges, churches, people who believe in the constitution, this is the time to stand upright i am going to stand up and defend the constitution until my last breath in my body. >> i think a lot of people feel that way.
7:11 pm
we keep this conversation going we all have opinions, kurt, wha is your take on this in particular? >> i think this is a disaster. imagine, if you will, from the beginning of our government hadn't screwed everything up, lied to us, and told us we were denying science when we pointed out they were saying the exact opposite thing last week. they have totally destroyed they're credibility, but i'm beginning to think that these mandates are a feature rather than a blog, instead of something they have to do i think it's something they want to do because like showing the private property rights don't exist anymore, showing that the can force us to take a vaccine, to do something that's intimate to put something in our bodies against our will, it's normalizing it. and that's why it's important t resist, use the law, use everything you can to not accep
7:12 pm
their commands. do what is right for you in no one else. >> that has to be considered of course because we know it's lik a conflict it's a serious dynamic great individual americans for hundreds of years have made decisions in very immediate directly dangerous scary situations, and we are trusted with the decisions we make for our own families. that's what makes this country different. we are going to start a lightning round, twitter exploded today when joe biden made quite the fashion statemen may be barack obama is running more than we realize, but of course the question of the day is who wore the pantsuit better we've got a picture up there right now obama or biden, cara, we will start with you. >> obama. >> it's like maybe he didn't even know what color the suit was. who knows how that got on there. obama or biden, who were better?
7:13 pm
>> i'm going to tell you reagan reagan brought the tan and the brown suit for it. >> i'm for reagan. >> kurt, what your take there? these two men are doing exactly what they want on their own pet. >> every time i look at joe biden and his fashion sense i think is about to sell me whole life. >> all of you, thank you. it's been a very big week. now, biden did take a victory lap today on his not yet passed bipartisan infrastructure build. >> yesterday, the united states and it took the additional step toward passing the bipartisan infrastructure bill, historic investment in roads, rail, transit, and bridges clean energy and clean water. it would enable us not only to build back better. >> right now there are 17 republican senators who want to build back better with him and
7:14 pm
that bill could have been passe last night, but my next guest held the line. tennessee senator bill haggerty who blocked the democrats from ramming it through. it is an honor to see you here tonight, sir. we know you blocked that after it was found that in fact it wa not paid for, that was a big selling point that was shattere to the tune of about a quarter of a trillion dollars. 2700 pages, as some people have said, they read it, no, nobody has read this thing. help have so many of your colleagues jumped onto that shift, and why were you the onl one who said enough is enough and you held the line in this regard. >> everyone of my colleagues will have to make their own decision. it's a matter of conscious but one thing that is clear, this thing was advertised to be paid for entergy said a very complex bill over 2700 pages. the king james bible is 1300 pages. when they fell short, over a
7:15 pm
quote quarter of a trillion dollars this was announced a couple of hours between chuck schumer tried to introduce this classic in the american people needs to understand what we're looking at right my colleagues need a closer look at what we'r looking at particularly with th budget shortfall, we're going t put that much more debt, that much more inflation on our economy and on our children and grandchildren what they wanted to do required every single senator to say yes. there is 100 of you, the greatest country on earth, just a few hundred very few people have every held those positions and you said no, one person saying no, and it had to be you and i guess people were probabl upset at this point, but how do you feel about your party because this is another frustration that americans feel when this is exactly the kind o thing we didn't want.
7:16 pm
bills being passed without knowing what was in them. as if they just don't care and it's time for summer recess. is that still the prevailing attitude even after four years of donald trump? >> i can assure you, that is no the attitude with me. the people of tennessee didn't like me to be popular in the senate. they elected me to represent their best interest rate into represent the best interest of the taxpayers of america. when a complex bill like this pass is not through committees, but through a different process altogether, they initially trie to pass it through with no text whatsoever. it was like the blank book, the empty book, but buy it even though there's nothing on the page spread. >> it turns out we can't pay fo it we find this out just hours before it's the bigger concern, is that chuck schumer is trying to accelerate this through last night in the dark of night to put the big deficit shortfall i the rearview mirror so we could move right into the infrastructure package which is
7:17 pm
not really infrastructure, it's the green new deal renamed that will bring new taxes, it will destroy the fossil fuel industry . it's going to be more obama car it's going to push more america jobs overseas and china is goin to laugh all the way to the bank . the last thing i want to do is accelerate that process. >> good for you, sir. while things might be going off the cliff, it's important when you stand up, and it's vitally important to do what you've bee doing great i think you and i know our viewers also thank you sir. a criminal complaint just filed against disgraced governor andrew cuomo, could we see him in cuffs soon? greg jared and joe borelli are up next.

>> if you somehow believed the lie about the biden administration having a humane immigration plan, i want you to think again. we obtained a disturbing new video after the migrant detention facility and donna, texas. film allusion has more from us from the border. bill. >> tammy, any talk out here tha the summer search will slow dow in the summer heat or that this is just seasonal, that talk and be thrown out the window. the numbers keep going up.
7:23 pm
it appears that the donna facility behind us is starting to have deteriorating condition inside. look at these exclusive images just obtained today showing overcrowding happening once again here at the donna facility , similar to what was seen back in march almost like déjà vu when border official sources told us as of thursday, there we're around 5300 migrant being held inside with between 40 and 60 migrants in each pod, well above the covid 19 recommended limit of ten per pod . this as border patrol just continues to be overwhelmed. take a look at what the city of mcallen had to build overnight this week it's an emergency ten compound meant to house covid positive immigrants that a been released by border patrol into the city of mcallen. the federal government habits overwhelm them with with alarming number of illegals released into their jurisdictio many leader test positive for covid 1900 hundreds of migrants were in the camp as of friday
7:24 pm
morning and officials say they expect it to expand to well ove 650 people. mcallen mayor says they're having to make the best out of bad situation. >> we could not let all the immigrants run around especiall with a high covid rates. it's been over excess 60 percen positive, we have to protect ou citizens to matter what. >> as the administration has insisted the border is closed o that extreme progress is being made some staggering numbers we've just learned of, the federal government reporting on wednesday of this week alone, they apprehended 843 unaccompanied minors in one single day at the southern border. >> thank you for that, bill perry disgraced new york governor andrew cuomo remaining defiant after the attorney general investigation found he sexually harassed 11 women part earlier this week you said i hu and kiss everyone, it's how i
7:25 pm
was brought up the fence and playing a bizarre video of him grabbing and kissing a variety of different people, five district attorney's offices are now investigating the accusations in today one egg user his former executive assistant who says he reached under her shirt and groped her has filed a criminal complaint. his attorneys are making it see like he is the victim. >> the governor deserves to be treated fairly. he has spent 40 years in public life. for him to all of a sudden be accused of a sexual assault of an executive assistant that he really doesn't know doesn't passed muster. if you accept this report as as that's an irresponsible and a new standard for impeachment. >> i guess if you knew her, he would have sexually assaulted her. joining jenny me now is fox new legally enlist and new york cit councilman also of that culture that at one point that makes hi
7:26 pm
touch everyone being an italian they there, you've got a few vowels there in your name. joe, we'll get to you in one second. greg, could we actually see eventually, andrew cuomo gettin arrested here but considering his attorney and her approach, i'm thinking that suddenly is a lot more possible. >> once the news conference in the if that is the quality of legal representation that cuomo has, he would be well advised t get better and smarter lawyers. their efforts at defending him were at times quite ludicrous. but the question, could he actually be criminally charged, absolutely. forcibly lifting up the blouse of an individual and fondling her is a crime, its assault and battery, it's also under penal code section 130, forcible touching which is groping and
7:27 pm
massaging the private parts and sexual parts of another individual against their will. its forcible if it's unwanted and that is precisely what the accuser is describing here, so it's not far-fetched that he could be criminally charged and faced a trial. >> of course in new york, joe, nobody ever goes to jail these days so maybe that's why nobody was interested in making that the case with no bail, but were talking about impeachment i think there's four different criminal investigations happening one in manhattan, one in albany, and a couple of others. for those watching who were not new yorkers, impeachment seems to be moving along in the assembly. how long could something like that take? >> it will be done within 30-60 days. i was a member of the state legislature for a while and i know the calculation so many members are making right now an they realize they cannot sell
7:28 pm
this in this or home districts they're all facing primary within the next year and they really do see the evidence that we see every day in the news where this is so far beyond wha the governor's defense is tryin to portray. these aren't misunderstandings, these aren't because he's italian, bad men invite underlings to their executive chamber and their house and grope them and try to do things with them that are completely inappropriate. this is what bad people do. that assembly is not just investigating sexual harassment are also investigating the corrupt book deal and also the deaths in nursing homes. >> that is a dynamic where a lo of people are feeling if there' going to be in impeachment, it' over the 15,000 people being sent to their desk. you mentioned it briefly, but it's important to note that every italian and every america should be insulted by the assignation of a horrible behavior to people because of their ethnicity.
7:29 pm
and cuomo did exactly that in defending himself, didn't he? >> into his father's credits, his father always spent time trying to decrease the italian american negative stereotypes that have been out there, i'm sure his father would be really upset that is trying to fall back on those now. >> when we think about the assembly, greg, and the issue o retaliation, i want you to hear one more thing that the cuomo lawyer had to say today. >> at the state trooper, is she still assigned to protect the governor. what is being done to protect her and others who have spoken out with these claims against the governor, against potential retaliation? >> the whole world is watching right now. people are not going to be retaliated against by governor cuomo. >> the whole world is not

watching. he's been in hiding ever since the report came out very and he other defense today was welcome he 63 years old he's been in public life for 40 years and al of a sudden these complaints ar coming up harvey weinstein got away with it for decades until women finally came forward, so that is no defense at all. her other defense was well, he didn't sexually assault because he can account for his whereabouts the entire day and she wasn't there. that's fine, except she never said it happened on november 16th. in neither of which is very specific and says i don't know the precise dates so again, that's no defense right. >> it's an extraordinary dynami it's like a clown car, but people's lives and mind and mental health are at stake, so it's clearly far from over but not a good week for the love of. coming up, a celebrity birthday

i'm greg, i'm 68 years old. i do motivational speaking in addition to the substitute teaching. i honestly feel that that's my calling-- to give back to younger people. i think most adults will start realizing that they don't recall things as quickly as they used to or they don't remember things as vividly as they once did. i've been taking prevagen for about three years now. people say to me periodically, "man, you've got a memory like an elephant." it's really, really helped me tremendously. prevagen. healthier brain. better life. this isn't just freight. these aren't just shipments. they're promises. promises of all shapes and sizes. each with a time and a place they've been promised to be. a promise is everything to old dominion, because it means everything to you.

7:38 pm
is that right? yes, she was on that show, but this is just another excuse for brand building. these women in the inner-city, know people, nuns and priests, and people that work with socia service they are with the peopl that need help, they don't need 40 minutes with a celebrity, they need time, not a ted talk. so this stuff about helping women get back to work. you've got to shake your head, particularly when it's people like these, how much time are they going to give a woman in downtown new orleans looking fo work? >> i know, we kennedy will recommend if you want a job and then keep it, make sure you kee reemphasizing how racist the work environment is. >> and come of the most embarrassing part of this video was that the conclusion, look out the window here. >> see, i don't really think te
