can't say when arroyo whatever friday followers of the western media offenders of the week, but first president biden had a busy week driving around in jeeps and wearing a pantsuit. he did that instead of trying to fix the disaster he has turned our country into, don't believe me? homicides a spike across the country since last year, 327% in portland, 58% in oakland, 25% in philadelphia. i could go on. great american cities, washington post warning the highest reported increase in homicides in more than 20 years at the border customs and border protection encountered more than 200,000 individuals in july, the highest in two decades. do you know what it was for the month of january when biden assumed the presidency? just over 78,000 but just this week more than 800 unaccompanied children were apprehended at the

border in one day but the white house will still try to tell you that the border is closed, there is no crisis. >> we have a challenge at the border. the plan is in place and we are executing it. we are also rebuilding the safe, legal and orderly pathways to come to the united states under our laws so they don't have to take the perilous journey and arrive between ports of entry. >> let me get this straight. their plan is to stop the challenge at the border and that answer, the way to stop it is with amnesty. biden has some pretty bad ideas but this one takes the cake. let's talk money, the rate of inflation spiking, what does that mean for you? everything is more expensive. are you buying a used car you can't get a new one because of the chip shortage, these are up 45%, gas to put in your car is

up by 30% since this time last year. grocery stores are increasing their prices, treasury secretary janet yellen doesn't want you to worry. it is a small bump in the road. >> we've seen significant price increases in recent months, huge shifts in demand across sectors of the economy, continuing problems in the global economy but i believe it is temporary. >> americans aren't buying it. a new cnbc poll revealing 51% are pessimistic about the state of the economy and think it will get worse. that's the highest it has been since 2015 and despite the reactions to today's jobs report the numbers of jobs created were overwhelmingly temporary. joining me now is matt schlapp, chair of the american conservative union, senior columnist at townhall, and a

busy man, author of the book crisis and your day was, host of the just listen to yourself podcast. welcome aboard, everybody. we are eight month into the presidency, clearly there's no sign biden has any intention of stopping the policies they've implemented. isn't it time we agree that this is exactly what they want to have happen? they know what the policies are doing and they seem to want to this way. >> what is weird is usually you have a rambunctious staff at a president who views himself as everyone's president because this president is in the state he is in, the staff at his foot around them which are these killers from the obama administration who are hard chargers for socialism, they have it full throttle and socialism isn't just terrible economics that hurt people, inflation will hurt the forgotten men and women and those people struggling, but look at all the racial divisions, the constant cries of
12:05 am
racism. even dc mayor muriel bowser is begging the city council in dc to restore 200 cops from her failed black lives matter defunding the cops embrace of last summer. they won't do it. by unanimous vote they said no. >> this is astounding, interesting dynamic when you look at the inflation rate that is effectively a taxon all-americans, the cost of gas and into the price of everything, when they said we were going to return to normal it seems this is what they intended. >> you are missing the big picture, the lack of mean tweets. a bunch of suburban wine women who read chardon they are not

offended anymore by the guy in the white house's manners. we have that going for us. when i fill up my suzanne for $75, that is kind of steep. i don't have hunter biden money, but we have a president who behaves himself. the fact is this administration is out of control being run by faculty lounge socialists, this is unsustainable, unacceptable and it will not continue, just not sure how the ends. >> not just that it is a socialist policy framework which earlier this week president biden caved to the squad, illegally extended the eviction moratorium. despite what the supreme court said, putting thousands of middle-class mom and pop
12:07 am
landlords out of business, many people are arguing this is an attack on private property rights as well as the middle class. and listen to this. president biden should know better because bow to the squad, it is never enough. >> we are grateful for this extension, but again this is a short-term fix. we need a long-term solution. what i'm hoping for his before the 60 day ends that this progress made in that regard and congress reconvened since we can actually do legislation that provides long-term solutions. >> the people in these apartments have not been paying rent were solid enough to get an apartment and pay rent so i'm not quite sure why she wants this to be permanent. presuming americans can't get up in the morning and get a job.

>> is a communist. the problem is we have communists at the doorstep. i'm not saying that is a red has beenag super conspiratorial news commentator. i'm saying that is the person revising news. black lives matter, go to their website, very clear where their loyalties lie, they are marxist, product, they don't it. so we. and aoc of the squat are marxist too. they want to limit private property rights, they don't think the middle-class is helpful to prosperity because they are marxists which means they are complete idiots. i'm not completely shocked to hear that at the end of the day the american people will have their say in their way and americans don't like this. this is sense that no one is really in charge here in that is
12:09 am
why after biden acquiesced to the demands they can still go out and insult the man because it is the socialists that by this. let's not pretend biden is really in charge here. >> as we get back to the nature of those making the decisions, nobody wants what they are selling, nobody wants any of this that is happening and they are barreling through and clearly because no one is making a noise are pushing back i want to get to something that is deeply personal, let's talk about the vaccine. when we talk about what happened this week. the washington post reported the biden administration is considering using federal mandatory powers of the threat of withholding federal funds for institutions to push more americans to get vaccinated. that if it could apply to institutions as varied as long-term care facility for the cruise ships and universities potentially impacting millions

of americans. it is interesting in that we've got effectively a mandate without mandating it. what's your take on that you >> according to the recent survey 75% of people getting the new variant are vaccinated to this complications we are still learning about from a medical standpoint but i applaud the bishops of the state of colorado and others saying the universal mandate that forces all of us to do something violates our first amendment rights. there are people that have a moral objection to taking the vaccine in america, the first amendment, that is enshrined in the constitution, no president can force somebody to break their religious views and this is getting to a very dangerous
12:11 am
position and i urge the leaders out there, leaders of colleges, churches, leaders of people who believe in the constitution, this is the time to stand up. i'm not anti-backs but i will defend this constitution until the last breath in my body. >> there seems to be we keep this conversation going. what is your take on this? >> this is a disaster. imagine if you will from the beginning of our government hadn't screwed everything up, lied to us, told us we were denying science when we pointed out they were saying the exact opposite thing last week, they've totally destroyed their credibility but i'm beginning to think these mandates are a feature rather than a bug. it is something they want to do because like showing private property rights don't exist anymore, showing they can force us to take a vaccine, to do something, to put something in our bodies against our will. it is like -- normalizing it. that is why it is important to resist, use the law, use
12:12 am
everything you can to not accept their commands. do what is right for you and no one else. >> we know it is like a serious dynamic, individual americans front the fears made decisions in the immediate, directly dangerous scary situations and we entrusted with the decisions we make for our own families. that's what makes this country different. we are going to start the lightning round quickly. twitter exploded when president biden made a fashion statement, maybe barack obama running more than we realize, the question is who wore the tan suit better? we have a picture up there right now. >> obama. biden looks like caramels in his pocket. >> didn't know what, the suit was. who knows how that got on there. obama or biden?
12:13 am
>> i will quickly tell you is reagan, reagan brought the tan and brown suit. i'm for reagan. >> i knew. what's your take? these two are doing what they want on their own. >> a republican president biden and his fashion sense i think he's about to sell my old white. >> thank you all very much. it's been a big week, wonderful to end but with you. president biden took a victory lap on is not yet passed bipartisan infrastructure bill. >> yesterday the united states senate took the step toward passing the bipartisan infrastructure bill. historic investments in roads, rail, transit and bridges, clean energy and clean water. that will enable is not only to build back but to build back better. >> there are 17 republican senators who want to build back
12:14 am
better and that bill could have been passed last night but my next guest held the line, joining me now, tennessee senator bill haggerty who blocked democrats from ramming it through. it is an honor to see you here tonight. we know that after it was found that in fact is not paid for, that was a big selling point that was shattered of a quarter of $1 trillion, 2700 pages. some people have said they read it, nobody read this. why so many of your colleagues jumped onto the ship and why were you the only one who said enough is enough and you held the line in this regard. >> every one of my colleagues has to make the decision, it is a matter of conscience but one thing is clear, this was advertised to be paid for, very complex bill, 2700 pages, the king james bible is 1300 pages.
12:15 am
massive builders when they fell short over a quarter of $1 trillion this was a few hours before chuck schumer tried to expedite this and pass it in the middle of the night. i wasn't going to stand for that. the american public needs to understand what we are looking at. my colleagues need a closer look at what we are looking at particularly with a budget shortfall a cordova trillion dollars, we will impart that much more inflation on our economy and our children and grandchildren. >> what they wanted to do required every senator to say yes and that is appropriate. there is 100 of you, the greatest country on earth, a few hundred, very few people have held those positions and you said no. one person saying no and it had to be you, people are probably upset at this point but what do we say and how do you feel about your party because this is
12:16 am
another frustration americans feel when this is the kind of thing we didn't want but bills being passed without knowing what was in them. without knowing the cost as though they just don't care. it's time for summer recess. is that the prevailing attitude even after four years of donald trump? >> it's not the attitude with me and the people of tennessee didn't elect me to be popular in the center make things convenient for chuck schumer, they elected me to represent their best interest in the best interests of the taxpayers of america. when something like this occurs, complex bill like this pass is not the normal order or committees, we have not had time to review they tried to pass through with no text whatsoever. >> the empty book with nothing on the page. >> it turns out we can't pay for it. we find this out hours before the process, the bigger concern is chuck schumer trying to accelerate this to the dark of night, the big deficit shortfall in the rearview mirror into the
12:17 am
$20 trillion infrastructure package. the green new deal remained, bringing more taxes, destroy the fossil fuel industry, more obamacare, push more american jobs overseas and make china laugh again all the way to the bank. that's my greatest concern and we are moving into that and the last thing is accelerate the process. >> things might be going off the cliff it is important when you stand up, vitally important to do that. criminal complaint just filed against andrew cuomo. could we see him in custody, greg jarrett and joe borelli are up next.

12:23 am
can be thrown out the window. numbers keep going up like a rocket ship and donna facility behind us is starting to have some deteriorating conditions. exclusive images just obtained by fox news showing overcrowding happening once again at the donna facility similar to what was seen in march almost like déjà vu was the border patrol source telling fox news as of thursday there were 5300 migrants being held inside, 40 to 60 migrants in each pop, well above the covid 19 recommended limit of 10 per part. this as border patrol continues to be overwhelmed. look at what the city had to build overnight. and emergency tent compound meant for illegal immigrants who were released by border patrol into the city. the city says the federal government overwhelmed them with an alarming number of illegals released into the jurisdiction
12:24 am
many of them test positive for covid 19. hundreds of migrants were in the camp as of friday morning at officials say they expect it to expand to well over 650 people. the mayor says they are having to make the best out of that situation. >> we shouldn't and cannot let them roam around with high covid rates. it needs to be 4 or 5 or 6% or 16% positive. we have to protect citizens no matter what. >> is the administration insisted the border is closed or extreme progress is being made some staggering numbers. the federal government reported on wednesday of this week alone they apprehended 843 unaccompanied minors in a single day at the southern border. >> disgraced new york governor andrew cuomo remaining defined after the attorney general investigation found he sexually harassed 11 women. earlier this week he tried the eye hug and kiss everyone, it is

how i was brought up defense and playing a bizarre video of him grabbing and kissing a variety of different people, 5 district attorney's office is are investigating the accusations and today one accuser, cuomo's former executive assistant, said he reached under her shirt and groped her has filed a complaint but his attorneys are making it seem like he is the victim. >> the governor deserves the treated fairly. he has spent 40 years in public life. for him to all of a sudden be accused of a sexual assault of an executive assistant that he really doesn't know doesn't pass muster. if you accept this report as is, that is irresponsible and the new standard for impeachment. >> i guess if he knew her he would have sexually assaulted her. joining me is greg jarrett and new york city councilman joe or really, the culture that i point
12:26 am
cuomo mentioned make some touch everyone being an italian, you have a few vowels in your name. there's a lot to unpack here. could we actually see eventually andrew cuomo getting arrested here, but considering his attorney and her approach is a lot more possible. >> i watched the news conference in the defense by the attorneys, the quality of legal representation cuomo has, he would be well advised to get better and stronger lawyers. their efforts at defending him were at times quite ludicrous. the question, could he actually be currently charged, absolutely. forcibly lifting up the blouse of an individual and fondling her breasts is a crime. it is assault and battery. it is also under section 130
12:27 am
forcible touching which is groping and massaging the private parts and sexual parts of another individual against their will. it is forcible if it is unwanted and that is what the accuser is describing here. it is not far-fetched that he could be criminally charged and face a trial. >> in new york nobody goes to jail these days so maybe that is why. albany was interested in making the case with no bail but we are talking about impeachment. there's four different criminal investigations happening with one in manhattan and one in albany. those who are watching you are not new yorkers impeachment is moving along in the assembly. how long can something like that take? >> it will be done in 30 to 60 days with a member of state
12:28 am
legislature, i know the calculations so many members are making and they realize they cannot sell this in the districts, they are facing a primary in the next year and they see the evidence we see every day in the news where this is so far beyond what the governor's defense is trying to portray, it is not because he is italian, bad men invite underlings to their executive chamber and their house and groped them and try to do things that are completely inappropriate. this is what bad people doing the assembly is not just investigating the sexual harassment but also the correct book deal and thousand deaths. >> that is a dynamic where a lot of people feel that is going to be in impeachment is over 15,000 people being sent to their deaths. you mentioned it briefly but it is important to note every
12:29 am
italian american should be insulted by the assignation of horrible behavior to people because of their ethnicity and cuomo did exactly that in defending himself. >> yes. his father always spent time trying to decrease the italian-american negative stereotype. his father would be pretty upset he was trying to fall back on that. >> when we think about the assembly and the issue of retaliation. i want you to hear one more thing the cuomo lawyer had to say today. >> she's fighting to protect the governor and what is being done to protect her and others who have spoken out with these claims against the governor against potential retaliation. >> the whole world is watching right now. people are not going to be
12:30 am
retaliated against by governor cuomo. >> that on its face is absurd. >> the world is not watching. he's been in hiding since the report came out after the defense was he is 63 years old, he's been in public life for 40 years and all of a sudden these complaints are coming out. harvey weinstein got away with it for decades until i finally came forward so that the defense at all. or other defense was sexually assault executive assistant number one on november 16th, because he can account for his whereabouts the entire day and she wasn't there? that's fine except she never said happened on november 16th, she is very specific and says i don't know the precise date. that's no defense at all. >> an extraordinary dynamic, like a clown carpet people's mental health are at stake when it comes to that kind of experience so far from over but

media bias these days so the ingraham a list keeping track of the rest of it is of the become jeffrey bored, former cnn commentator and contributing editor of the american spectator. and adam galinsky with accuracy in media, an organization that we rely on a great deal. let's begin with the distractors taking a few from president biden making florida governor ron desantis public enemy number one. nowhere is this more blatant than chris cuomo who instead of mentioning his brother's incredible scandal has targeted desantis on every show this week. >> he started the route in florida campaign, you have this pop in cases. >> desantis has banned school districts.
12:50 am
>> >> i guess >> the shiny thing. what is up with that. >> i have to say he is singularly the wrong person to be going after governor desantis on something like this. we now know he's planning strategy for governor cuomo, the same governor who plunked all the senior citizens in nursing homes and they died of covid. this is the wrong message of the wrong messenger to be doing this. president biden is letting thousands of illegals across the border infected with covid.
