of americans. it is interesting in that we've got effectively a mandate without mandating it. what's your take on that you >> according to the recent survey 75% of people getting the new variant are vaccinated to this complications we are still learning about from a medical standpoint but i applaud the bishops of the state of colorado and others saying the universal mandate that forces all of us to do something violates our first amendment rights. there are people that have a moral objection to taking the vaccine in america, the first amendment, that is enshrined in the constitution, no president can force somebody to break their religious views and this is getting to a very dangerous

position and i urge the leaders out there, leaders of colleges, churches, leaders of people who believe in the constitution, this is the time to stand up. i'm not anti-backs but i will defend this constitution until the last breath in my body. >> there seems to be we keep this conversation going. what is your take on this? >> this is a disaster. imagine if you will from the beginning of our government hadn't screwed everything up, lied to us, told us we were denying science when we pointed out they were saying the exact opposite thing last week, they've totally destroyed their credibility but i'm beginning to think these mandates are a feature rather than a bug. it is something they want to do because like showing private property rights don't exist anymore, showing they can force us to take a vaccine, to do something, to put something in our bodies against our will. it is like -- normalizing it. that is why it is important to resist, use the law, use
