6:00 pm
anthony is on fox nation. see you tomorrow. sean is next. >> sean: thanks, tucker. welcome to "hannity" tonight. the hypocrisy in the democratic party has never been worse. andrew cuomo's aide resigned. governor cuomo is refusing to resign. and now legal charges and impeachment are well on its way. more coming up on this. first, we want to wish a happy birthday to barack obama. apparently my invitation got lost in the mail. because of covid-19 concerns, his birthday bash was going to be scaled back from over 700 guests to 300 to 500 of his
6:01 pm
close friends and family. he used to talk about me a lot. the so-called scaled back mini super spreader party was so large that it did cause a major traffic jam on the ever prestigious martha's vineyard near obama's 30-acre mansion. one officer called it the traffic on adam schiff show. inside the party, hundreds of guests including major celebterties. they were treated to gourmet food, a bar. no mask in site. delta variants be damned was the theme of the night. here's obama rocking it on the dance floor. no social distancing that i'm seeing no mask that i see. look at your screen. martha's vineyard is classified as a covid-19 hotspot.
6:02 pm
now, the cdc -- i know they change their mind every second of every hour of every day, but they say all americans in the hot spots have to avoid large gatherings, wear masks, remain socially distance but apparently those mandates don't apply to obama and his celebrity rich friends. obama should get a free pass for his birthday blow out because his guests are sophisticated. unlike us smelly walmart shoppers? i'm a proud walmart shopper. take a look. >> other people said, you know, this is being overblown. people go to sporting events that are bigger than this. this is a sophisticated vaccinated crowd. >> i'm sure they would have said the same thing about a trump
6:03 pm
party. according to the left, the mandates are we for the little people. you know, the ones that cling to god, our father, the creator. our guns, bibles, religion. but not obama and not his sophisticated friends at martha's vineyard. the hypocrisy was so bad, one msdnc socialist host was apparently left baffled. why are they surprised? take a look. >> what happened here? it's unbecoming or out of step with what is happening in the country with the delta variant. very high level democrats. folks in the white house even pretty unset about this. it is sending a terrible message that the party doesn't need right now for sure. >> sean: that was the cdc despite what they told you, yeah, the vaccine no longer prevents people from contracting
6:04 pm
covid. i know personally because i have friends of mine fully vaccinated that contracted covid. apparently not everyone is concerned with obama's massive blow-out party. as a matter of fact, the great dr. anthony flip-flop fauci hasn't said a word about it. fauci didn't even express concern over last week's 400,000 person music festival in chicago that was attended by the ever genius mayor there, lori light:weight. and then fauci said nothing about the real ongoing super spreader event of all super spreader events at the southern border. that is over a million illegal immigrants pouring across the border, nobody is enforcing the law. it's no longer catch and release. it's process release. all not checked or vaccinated and that includes thousands upon thousands of illegals infected
6:05 pm
covid dispersed all over the country by the biden administration as they spend time in biden's overcrowded cams that we've been showing you. well, they're not chain link fences like the old cages like biden used to have. you know what they say about the crisis at the border. calling dr. fauci, stat, where are you. instead he's focused on outdoor, the sturgis motorcycle rally in south dakota. of course, probably republicans there. we have to go after them. forget these super spreader party in martha's vineyard. forget about the super spreader of all super spreaders at the border. let's go after the motorcycle riders in south dakota. take a look. >> i'm very concerned, chuck that we're going to see another surge related to that rally.
6:06 pm
to me, it's -- it's understandable that people want to do the kind of things that they want do do. they want their freedom to do that. there comes a time when you're dealing with a public health crisis that could involve you, your family and everyone else that something supersedes that need to do exactly what you want to do. >> sean: nothing to say about the million person music festival, dr. fauci? nothing at all in nothing to say about the birthday party? how about let's shoe the largest influx of illegal immigrants in the middle of a pandemic with a high rate of covid positivity on our southern boreder? but you go on national tv laying out the panic about an outdoor motorcycle rally in south dakota. okay, dr. fauci. i gave you the benefit of the doubt for a long time. you're turning out to be political, dishonest, unethical and a democratic hack. now he's obviously is not follow
6:07 pm
the science. he's using that as a shield. but only whenever he faces legitimate criticism. you criticize me, you criticize science, he said. for example, look at face masks. remember dr. fauci? march of last year. face masks don't work. they might stop a drop. but that's it. they don't work. he held every position possible, every opinion possible. according to the great dr. fauci, he can't be criticized. he is the science. pretty arrogant. he went from no mask, they don't work to one mask works. maybe we should wear two. then mask while you're jogging. then no masks outside to mask for the unvaccinated -- it'ser vaxed or maxed and it's vax, mask and mask. keep up? i can't. now back to masks indoors, vaccinated or not vaccinated that make sense? no. it shouldn't either.
6:08 pm
he also wants children to be masked at school at all time but don't make them to present any scientific data to back up that demand. look. >> we would feel badly if we said kid, don't wear masks and find out retrospectively that this virus in a very, very strange and unusual way is really hitting kid really hard. that's the thing. nobody feels comfortable at all about having children be put in a situation where it might ultimately the way some people study have some impact on them. hopefully this will be a temporary thing. temporary enough that it doesn't have any lasting negative impact on them. >> sean: did you catch all that? dr. flip-flop fauci is saying hopefully, hopefully, key word here, masks won't have a lasting impact on your children. hopefully. how is that following the
6:09 pm
science? last week the nih director said you parents have to wear masks at home in front of your children. in addition to mask mandates and vaccine mandates, fauci approved that as well. it's popping up all across the country. forget about medical privacy. i think i'm like the only one on television talking about it or dr. patient confidentiality or making your own decisions based on your own unique medical history, your current medical condition, the advice of your doctor in the privacy of his office with you. now there's new vaccine mandates for the u.s. military. what if somebody says no? what if they have a rare condition and can't get a vaccine? what if they had covid-19 and following the cleveland clinic and says if you have covid you don't need a vaccination? what about passports in cities like new york and now california?
6:10 pm
one major teacher's union pushing for a vaccine mandate for all teachers. mandate after mandate after mandate. now one senator thankfully is fighting back with a bill to ban many of the mandates. here with more, texas senator, ted cruz. senator, i'll say it quickly. i said it often. i've seen the worst of this. i know people right now who have loved ones on ventilators. i have seen people die. you have to take into account your medical history, your current medical condition. i urge everybody, research. if you own a telephone, you can do a lot of research on your own phone. in consultation with your doctor, doctors or other medical professionals, you have to make the decision. everybody knows ant masks, social distancing, vaccines. i'm not a doctor, senator. i won't play one on radio and tv. i'm not qualified.
6:11 pm
your thoughts. >> well, i think with any sear use disease you have to take it seriously and take precautions. in a time of crisis, people's character is revealed. the vaccinator of democrats, whether it's joe biden, andrew cuomo or bill de blasio or gavin newsome, the character from their perspective, they don't believe your liberty or your choices about your healthcare, about your children, about your lives. my views are simple. there should be no mandates, zero concerning covid that means no mask mandates regardless of your vaccination status. that means no vaccine mandates. that means no vaccine passports. i've introduced legislation, a bill to ban vaccine passports this week. i'm introducing a bill toban vaccine mandates and a bill to end mask mandates. now, that doesn't mean as the media likes to characterize that
6:12 pm
i'm opposed to vaccines. i think vaccines are terrific. i've taken the vaccine. my family has taken the vaccine. but i believe in individual choice, individual responsibility. you can make the choice for your family. these mandates are coming. as you noted talking about dr. fauci, what they're talking about is political. it's not tied to the science. one example that dr. fauci and the cdc and the biden administration ignores natural immunity. i'll nors the immunity of tens of millions of people that had covid. they pretend it doesn't exist. you look at schools. what dr. fauci, when he was asking about mandating masks in schools. the reason they did that is because the teacher's union demanded that. it was a political demand. that's why you have no scientific basis for it. there's no hard data that support that but there was a political reason. the teacher's union bosses
6:13 pm
demanded it. this is just abusive. it's dangerous where these government figures believe they have the right to impose rules on you. rules that they don't intend to follow as all the people partying up at martha's vineyard demonstrated. >> sean: i support your bill and your explanation. i believe in science. i believe in the science of vaccinations. you really can't deny vaccines like the polio vaccine. i'll start there. my question is, what do you do with the people that have rare conditions or if you're really following the science, i'm sure you agree with me that the cleveland clinic is a prestigious medical institution and their studies show if you got covid-19, you still have t-cell anti-body immunity. if you come into contact with covid again after you've had covid-19, that your body
6:14 pm
recognize it immediately and begin to activate its own immune system. the natural immunity process. we won't follow the science of the cleveland clinic? it's one size fits all medicine? oh, by the way, you happen to have a rare disease. you can't get vaccinated so you're shutout of restaurants, sporting events, movies. living pretty much. >> that's what so damning about how the left wing democrats have approach this. their exercise of power is arbitrary. it's driven by the momentary politics. if you have a reason why medically it's a bad idea for you to take the vaccine, their view is tough for you. then you lose your job. you can't get on an airplane. you can't go to school. you can't go to a restaurant. then apparently you're cast into utter darkness. it would be one thing, look, if we were dealing with the zombie apocalypse where anyone came near this was dropping dead. you can understand at least why
6:15 pm
they were proposing this stuff. but they know what they're saying is nonsense. the republican that barack obama's party is so revealing is when they're alone, the democrats demonstrate that they think all of this is nonsense. they take off their mask and party like it's 1999. they know this is a crock. in the senate, the senate democrats that pontificate, when they get in a room, they take their damn masks off. when the tv cameras on, apparently it's only dangerous to be without a mask if a tv camera is pointing at you. it's about power. it's not about science. >> sean: are there any democrats, any of them that are supporting your common sense bill? >> zero. >> sean: not one? >> and i can tell you a little bit of history. in the senate commerce committee several weeks back, we had an amendment to end the mask mandate on airplanes. no longer makes sense based on
6:16 pm
the science.we had a vote on it. it was a party line vote. the republicans voted to end it, the democrats voted to keep it for flying on airplane. brian schotz from hawaii. he just got off of a flight. he said i can't stand this mandate. agree with you. but i don't want us to tell the federal government what to do. so how about a sense of the senate that we should end a mask mandate on airplanes? i'm look okay. i don't know why congress under the constitution doesn't have the power to tell the federal government what to do. i think that's what article one was about. but fine. you want to make it a sense of the senate, great. he suggested me, ted, let's do this together. let's make it bipartisan. so i went and drafted it. you know what, at the end of the day, he wasn't willing to join.
6:17 pm
the other democrats cracked the whip. it's a weird thing, sean. there's a herd mentality among congressional democrats that they obey chuck schumer and their only answer is sir, yes, sir. so we filed the bill. it was the weakened sense of the senate bill because that's what the democratic senator suggested to support and then he didn't superintendent portfolio it. >> sean: keep fighting. you're right on the infrastructure bill. why republicans went along with that scam, i have no idea. it's ridiculous. thank you for being with us. also tonight, while democrats, the mop, the media ignore the single biggest super spreader event, that being at our southern border, well over a million illegal immigrants, they're now trying to trash florida governor ron desantis around the clock because he won't force floridians to wear masks. by the way, schools, in-person learning has been going on an entire year in the state of
6:18 pm
florida. mediately upon the start of covid-19, governor desantis mobilized every single state agency to protect the elderly population. quite significant in the state of florida. did a great job doing so. guess what? he didn't send covid patients into nursing homes to infect people where tens of thousands would die. in reality, they're attacking desantis because they believe in donald trump doesn't run in 2024, he probably will and would likely win a nomination or have a good chance at the nomination. right on cue, fake news at cnn's most obnoxious democrat, the one and only acosta. he's calling the delta variant. he thinks he's so clever, the desantis variant. wow, jim. you made a funny. not really.
6:19 pm
>> people should not have to die so some politicians can own the lips. they're not owning anybody. but they may end up owning the pandemic because they're prolonging it. perhaps it's time to start naming these new variants that may be coming out after them. instead of the delta variant, why not call it the desantis variant? we can seal beer coozies. don't florida, my fauci. use the money to help pay for all of the funerals that will be coming in the days to come. >> when is jimmy going to talk about the illegal immigrants crossing the border that is not vaccinated with the high rate of covid positivity? just wondering. why would i ask a silly question? actually doing news over there. here with reaction, someone that frequently had to encounter the great jim acosta, fake news
6:20 pm
himself, former white house press secretary, "outnumbered" kayleigh mcenany is back with us. >> good to see you. >> sean: never mind the fact that he doesn't know what he's talking about. ron desantis mobilized every state agency. he didn't do what they did in new york, new jersey and pennsylvania and michigan where they put covid in nursing homes where tens of thousands of people died. number 2, if i recall, it was your president that you were serving, donald trump, he's the one that put the racist hysterical travel ban in effect ten days after the first covid case, he's the one that sent the navy hospital ships, he's the one that built the hospitals and manned them, provided all the ppe, he gave us three vaccines and great therapeutics all like regeneron, which is probably the most underutilized therapeutic
6:21 pm
in this pandemic. not sure what joe biden is doing. his dispersing illegals with covid in the country. >> yeah, he's squandered it. every day there's a new therapeutic. regeneron. you named it. record speed vaccine. we gave this to president biden. he squandered it. he had the real test with the delta variant. he's bungled everything. nobody trusts the federal government. they're the greatest purveyor of misinformation. you look at the mask debacle. president joe biden saying get vaccinated, you can toss the mask. now they're saying wear the mask if you're vaccinated. how does this instill confidence? it doesn't. president right was right on the science. schools should be open, churches should be open. we locked down, got a vaccine.
6:22 pm
that house been the model. we've been consistent. joe biden is all over the map. >> sean: it's bias by omission. if donald trump had wide open borders, some estimates of 20% of illegals crossing the border with covid. then they put overcrowded cages that biden built. then dispersed into the dark of the night to every state in the country. based on fake news acosta's standard, any american that gets covid and gets hospitalized and maybe dies because we won't control the border any longer, we have the lowest rate of illegals coming in the country. now we're going to break a 30-year record under biden. is joe responsible for any american that dies getting covid from these illegal immigrants? >> he's directly responsible for the variants coming through the southern border absolutely by
6:23 pm
that logic, no doubt about it. 7,000 illegals released in mcallen texas. right now in new york, you want to go to a restaurant, you have to show a vaccine card. you want to immigrate to the united states, you don't have to get a vaccine. you have more rights immigrating to this country than being a new yorker. sat state of affairs. >> sean: thanks, kayleigh. after the break, will the massive super spreader event going on right now today at our southern border cost democrats the 2022 mid-terms? what is the impact potential. that and more and a "hannity" special investigation straight ahead.

joe biden, kamala harris, open borders, agenda. ending the stay in mexico policy. stop building the wall. bridging back catch and release and making it more liberal. it's now process release. now some border agents are saying the covid positivity rate among illegal immigrants is as high as 20%. that's one in five. remember, people in the dark of night are disbursed all around the country after living in joe's overcrowded cages and not getting tested for covid and no vaccine mandates. and then your law-abiding americans have to show vaccine passports if you want to go to a concert, sporting event or leave your house. the director of the nih says you have to wear a mask in front of your children. they don't apply to illegals at the border as they waltz across
6:29 pm
the country in a 25, 30-year record. it's getting so bad even "the washington post" editorial board, this says a lot, they're slamming biden's incoherent agenda. and now a senate candidate going against mark kelly, mark bernovich is with us with newt gingrich. you see a lot of hypocrisy over the year. you're watching this go on. mandates, vaccine, masks, shut downs, shutout of, you know, basic living for americans but not illegals. maybe you can help me understand it. >> well, it's not very complicated. first you need to have fauci retire or fire him because what he's doing is totally political.
6:30 pm
second, you need to recognize -- you said it. it's not complicated. it's hard to believe. biden favors illegals over americans. they have allowed 210,000 people in july to cross the border illegally. that's the equivalent of the city of birmingham, alabama. the current estimate is that 42,000 were positive for hiv. i mean, positive for covid. they haven't told us how many of them have criminal records. they won't tell us whether they're going. i think every citizen that is watching us tonight should say to their congressman and their senators you got to demand that biden tells you how many people are in my town, in my county and my state without anybody knowing it. this is the most destructive anti-american policy -- i don't know of any occasion where a
6:31 pm
president of the united states has chosen to side with illegal immigrants, many of whom have covid, others criminal records against the u.s. citizens. that's who they are. the american hard left favors i'll little immigration. they don't care if they come to us with covid or ms-13 gang members. they prefer illegal immigrants to americans. they will depend the illegal immigrants against the right of americans. it's pretty simple. it's hard to believe. >> mr. attorney general, now senate candidate, you know the law. how is it possible -- why do i believe that if i pick and choose which laws i want to obey, that's not going to work out very well for me? even if you were working in private practice, i doubt you
6:32 pm
could save me from going to jail. however, we have laws, the laws are not only not being enforced, there's the aiding and abetting process. this is by joe biden's administration themselves. how do they get away with that? >> they shouldn't. as you know, sean, we have three active lawsuits in the federal courts rights now trying to stop the biden administration and hold them accountable. the speaker just alluded to, you talked about the generational numbers this past month. since mayorkas has been appointed to secretary, there's a million people that have illegally been apprehended. that's like the entire population of delaware. people should make no mistake about this. the biden administration is intentionally and systematically incentivizing and allowing this border crisis to occur. i'm not sure joe biden knows.
6:33 pm
but he's enablers like chuck schumer and cartel kelly are empowers the cartels and overwhelming our system. not only allowing criminals to come in but the fact that nearly 20% of the people now coming in are covid positive. >> by the way -- let me point out, these are not my numbers. the department of homeland security shows that more than 18% of families crossing the border, 20% of unaccompanied minors are testing positive for covid. so if you have two million, 20% infection rate, 400,000 covid cases and every one will be disbursed around the country. we're now talking ant infecting millions of americans, sir. >> they're endangering our communities and this crisis will not end until joe biden and
6:34 pm
cartel kelly love the children of the american taxpayers more than the children that have entered illegally. >> sean: your reaction to that number based on their numbers, mr. speaker. >> this is a crisis of the first order. it's a crisis of public health. it's a crisis of public safety and frankly it's not going to end until biden is no longer until office, this is what they are dedicated to. they favor illegal immigrants over americans. that's a fact. it's obvious every day. people like senator kelly are a huge part of the problem and they're wokking lock step in favor of illegal immigration and people that have covid and criminal records coming into their states. >> sean: i think i choose the oh, ever so offensive tweets of donald trump, but secure borders over this adam schiff show

fish same thing, this woman is 29 years old. 73 people shot this weekend. we don't know their names, do we, leo? >> no, we won't know their names because they don't focus on the victim. i want to say bravo to the officers. because they were not going to be used as a photo open. i'm glad you shunned lori lightfoot. everybody knows that lori lightfoot doesn't care about police officers. they were being used and they turned their back on her. she's been a nonsupporter of police officers. her speech was nothing more than snake oil. she's a fraud. she doesn't support police. no police officer in chicago should look at her. they should always take their back on her. >> two years she's villified the police. for two years she's villified the police. now she says divisive rhetoric

must stop. she's fueled it time and time again. she brought us to this point. >> 29 years old. >> you should run against her. if you're serious, you should run against her and support the police. if you support the police, bill down there. >> sean: leo, we need somebody to stop this. >> i'll support you. >> sean, i'll say this. i'm committed to ensuring that she doesn't get a second turn. my city cannot afford two terms of lori lightfoot. >> sean: chicago, 73 people a 29-year-old cop is dead. >> we need a pro police candidate. find a pro police candidate in chicago. >> sean: thank you both. our hero of the day, hero next. straight ahead.
