people are without power. janice dean is here with fox weather forecast. >> we are focused on texas because that is where the storm made landfall. on top of saturated ground from ida a couple weeks ago. folks in louisiana still without power because of ida. here's the latest. it was downgraded from a hurricane when it made landfall last night but it is not going to be the winds because the problem but heavy rainfall. and in galveston, texas wins an excessive 41 miles per hour. storm surge each of the center of circulation but it will be the heavy rain and tropical tornadoes with this that could cause structural damage and the tree down, it causes more damage for some of these areas that

have been catastrophic from the last couple weeks. there is the threat through tonight in terms of tornadoes but flooding risk, and and and 40 to 60 hours. and and flash flood warnings in effect. into louisiana and alabama and mississippi, and conservative louisiana, hit so hard by either and the storm will not make things easier. todd: these areas always seem they have the storms over these areas and just pour down rain. carley: remnants of ida, not even a topical storm and look at the damage it brought. it will be a big deal.

people potentially threatening for life-threatening - over 400,000 people already without power. janice dean is here with the fox weather forecast. carley: it will be the rainfall. either wasn't even a tropical storm and had over 10 inches of rainfall that short time. this area has been saturated by ida especially louisiana. landfall in texas overnight last night. regardless whether it is a storm or hurricane we see potential for flooding rainfall upwards of 20 inches depending where the center of circulation continues to linger and it will move slowly. that is the problem. the east side, and 6 inches of rain. over towards louisiana,

job -- now, let me be clear if you want to get the vaccine because you believe it's the best decision to your health and safety and that's your personal decision that you have made your doctor, then that is one thing, if you are simply getting the vaccine to keep your job, that is wrong, that is unamerican. but can we really be surprised? we started hemorrhaging our rights to the government over a year and a half ago. and now they continue to take. you give them an inch, they will take a mile. these mandates are unconstitutional. i hope that they will be challenged. and to the biden white house, please understand this. folks exemption is that they believe in jesus christ, they believe in their personal health and their personal choices and freedom. they don't believe in government. and they don't believe in fauci and they are going to make their decisions for themselves so the response should be we will see you in court. carley: a lot of republican governors already said that very thing. no surprise there. they were having this very conversation on msnbc about the vaccine mandate when their host stephanie said it shouldn't be hard to follow because all you
