whistle this is here. but first the border is the focus of tonight's "angle." what has collapsed faster? the border or biden's popularity? the border has been open since january 20th and got worse. biden's slide downward is even more stark. he went from 55% in july to 44% in september. his disapproval numbers went from 43 to 53. that's a negative swing of 21 points in just 2 months. these findings track what gallup reported earlier. he lost 13 points among democrats and independents am it's not just about afghan. it's everything:

the world military games in 2019. cherry is the author of what really happened in wuhan. you can re-order it today. what else did this whistleblower reveal? >> he is one of china's most famous defectors to the united states. there was coronavirus on the lose this wuhan during october 2019 during the world military games and tried to get the united states intelligence agency and others to take this seriously in november 2019. he was warning them. there was a problem in wuhan. i asked mike pompeo about this and whether this was a pandemic that could have been prevented? pompeo said there should be a review.

we need to go back and look at what the intelligence agencies knew. the quality of the information they had at that time and what they did with it. how it was processed and whether it was passed on it decision makers. he said that in the documentary that is on fox nation right now. i want to add to what jamie said about the viruss. i looked into this closely, what really happened in wuhan. anthony fauci's agency funded over 60 scientific projects at the wuhan institute of virology. i asked donald trump whether anthony fauci ever once mentioned to him in the early days of the outbreak this laboratory in wuhan was manipulating coronavirus and doing dangerous research. trump said fauci never said

not? >> yes. i think the majority of people i have spoken to over the course of my investigation including president trump and pompeo and the form are head of the intelligence agency john ratcliff. they all think this was an accident that the virus out and spread. it might have spread during the military games and infected athletes who took it around the world. a chinese defector has a different view. he thinks it was deliberate. there is no evidence either way, but there is evidence for the fact the virus was spreading throughout wuhan by november. the first incident at the wuhan institute of virology happened in september of 2019. thigh started beefing up their
