7:01 pm
and save his presidency. we suggested that last night. the amiable old man who ran for president with a pledge to brin us all together has decided moving hard left is his only option. we know what the hard left things of law enforcement. whether it's cops on the beat o a dangerous suburban area getting overrun by criminals, border patrol in texas trying t defer costings. we'll cry racism whenever they believe it helps them politically. the facts just don't matter. just as they did with that case the left is seizing on an image one image to make unfounded defamatory claims. it's incredibly stupid, which i why kamala harris was happy to join in. i was outraged by it, it was horrible, and deeply troubling. there has been now and

investigation being conducted, which i fully support and there needs to be consequence and accountability. human beings should not be treated that way. >> she's talking about the people on horseback. and then she talks about consequences and accountability. that is hilarious coming from a administration that still hasn' fired anyone, no accountability therefore 13 of our troops bein slaughtered at the kabul airpor or after that watched retaliatory drone strike that killed ten, seven innocent kids and you know what's horrible an deeply troubling banham vice president? is that we now have been a ministration run by people who have nothing, but disdain from the hard-working men and women who put their lives on the line every single day to keep us safe . this is disgusting. >> it also evoked images of som of the worst moments of our history where that kind of behavior has been used against

the indigenous people of our country, has been used against african-americans during times of slavery. >> they're is that we are laughed again. is she not aware of the fact that native americans rode on horseback themselves in hostile situations or did she miss that part of history? again, biden and harris never speak in this manner in this very aggressive tone about china , which is actually committing genocide. they never speak about illegal aliens or refugees who, unspeakable crimes with such condemnatory tomes. it's not an exact tort to say that the buy new ministration speaks charitably about the taliban than it does u.s. law enforcement. by the way, they can all stop pretending to care about the american working class, they don't even wait for an investigation, they just view poisonous rhetoric about laying border patrol agents who are overwhelmingly hispanic by the

way. they are paid annually only fraction of what hunter pockets from one lousy painting. yet by mimicking al sharpton andres, joe and kamala just mak themselves look more petty and less serious. it's all one big change of subject move on their parts. from the images of migrant squalor in del rio to the image of slave trader border agents o horseback. the truth is, biden is to blame himself for both images, which is why his poll numbers are in freefall. he is violating not just his unity promise, but his all follow the science promise as well. his cdc panel overwhelmingly rejected recommending vaccine boosters for all, but older americans, but joe doesn't care. to get made it clear all along, the decision of which booster shot to give when to start they shot, and he will get them is
7:05 pm
left to the scientists in the doctor spirit that's what happened here. we bought enough booster shots and states and pharmacies, doctors offices and community health centers have been preparing to get booster shots and arms for a wow. the panel voted 16-to they were overridden. for whatever they wanted. in other words, fauci and pfize are going to get. that extends to pressuring the adults who declined the vaccine for whatever reason. biden thinks he can insult his way to popularity. >> three quarters of the eligible have gotten at least one shot. about one quarter has not gotte any and they are causing a lot of damage. the vaccinated overcome our hospitals, overrunning intensiv care unit spirit can get your causing damage, and funny, how you're not worried about millions of migrants taking up
7:06 pm
hospital beds using our resources, which they do all th time. most of them are obviously not vaccinated mister president, an there being shipped all over th united states to see the rest o the country with covid. spearman the concern about usin up hospital resources. but about the concern about social distancing here? who really believes that only 18 -20 percent of these migrants are testing positive for covid? at this point we are lucky if w can find anyone who still wants to work in border patrol given this nightmarish situation. today, the lies often come so fast from biden that sometimes it's hard to keep up and i'm a fast type or when i'm watching the stuff. if we had been honest independent fact checker out there, the speechwriting shop would get crucified for this one .
7:07 pm
>> take a look at what i inherited when i came into office. i could go down the list, so part of it is dealing with the things that landed on my plate right i'm not complaining, it's just a reality. to get it depends on what the meaning of the word reality is. that typical memory care patients reality. on planet earth, when joe took office, we were already administering over 1.5 million doses a day nearly 19 billion people have already received th first dose by then. in other words, president trump handed biden an incredible vaccine rollout and all biden had to do was executed. any vaccine failures at this point are all on joe. not only is biden going full sharpton on race and lying abou covid, he is going full squad are not just the rich, but pretty much anyone with a small bank account.

>> if you file a w-2 form, the irs has access to your bank account. in your bank tells you how much you made, what you have been there and that's why we have to rehire some irs agent and not t do anything to try to make you people pay something they don't know, just say hey, step up, step up and pay like everybody else does. i really mean this, i think it' just about paying your fair share. >> what a complete scam. now we know a key part of his joe job plan is to grow the number of irs agents. does that mean reverent al will finally pay up? it wasn't a big deal only $4.7 million in back taxes. from the border to boosters to bank surveillance, we see the biden team grabbing at any leftist cause that presents itself. a declining presidency and sadl
7:09 pm
for us, a declining america and that is the angle. joining me now, christopher oliveras from the department of public safety in our of the border patrol council, the entire administration is basically coming for your borde agents over what appeared to be complete lies. >> not only that, laura, but where is the leadership within our own agency. everything the agents did out there in del rio unhorsed patrol , was well within the law, within policy, within draining and they were not in any way, shape, or form, attacking the individuals they were trying to deter from entering the country. no one was whipped. what they were doing when you see them twirling the rains is to distract the horse so it doesn't go in the weight of the individual they are trying to detain.
7:10 pm
what they were doing was protecting those people. this administration and people within this agency can't give a honest answer and i have the president of the united states seeing these agents will pay. pay for what? they did nothing and he should look at that. he should actually speak to leadership from this agency and ask them to see the training so he knows what really happened. it's all a witch hunt and it's disgusting great i'm sick and tired of agents getting attacke for doing their job. and no one is backing them up, not this agency, not the ministration. >> he had the dhs secretary out there today. and he claimed he wasn't prejudging the case you the images were disturbing he said, they were horrifying is images, but he didn't want to prejudge the case. >> the facts our in. is it helpful for your investigation for the president of the united states to use

7:13 pm
processing facilities along the border in light of operational capacity. and then, many of them will be returned to haiti from there an if any of the exceptions apply, they will not be returned to haiti, but placed in immigratio enforcement proceedings. >> translate that for us? immigration enforcement proceedings means a fast track to interior placement in the united states, correct? to get that's exactly what it means. it translates to work going to release them into the united states and hope and pray they show up to their court date, which they won't show up. i'm going to ask you, that they have got thousands of people underneath this bridge, but overnight they were able to fin where to place them? i don't buy that. >> and lieutenant, the question of responsibility was raised several times today, the press corps, as with afghanistan they say who is responsible for thes

7:15 pm
because of his leadership we ar here today and we are able to secure the border and help our federal partners. figure very disturbing. we will have more like it sadly. thinking so much. >> thank you, laura. >> and want to be clear that i did not advisory committee. i listen to all of the proceedings of the fda advisory committee and intently listened to the conception or group of scientist, i listen to the end the comments on the votes, and this was a scientific close call . >> that's kind of a live. after 18 months of demonizing anybody who didn't follow and respected scientist, the bite and cdc decided to over well overruled the recommendation of their scientist about that booster. so why did they do it? just to not only is of the blatant power grab, it's remarkably antiscience. here is the yale school of medicine and epidemiologist.
7:16 pm
doctor rich, your reaction to this move. i think the vote originally was 16-2 against widespread booster shots recommending them only 46 and up, so are these boosters necessary for all adults from basically 16 up? >> i think not. i think that the vaccines have done what they were pretty much expected to do. they had a finite lifespan that they seem to be effective over 4 -6 months for reducing serious infections. and i think that's probably wha one would expect. the question really is how much more adverse events are going t be created in people that didn' have them before, but now on th third or fourth or whatever booster will see those adverse events. this is the same trade-off that people have had to deal with where they're not really high risk. high-risk people the trade-off is clear, as long as they can
7:17 pm
tolerate the vaccines, it's in their favor to protect them fro bad reactions to the covid, but younger people don't have those high risks arid so the trade-offs are more in the favo of their previous vaccination i good enough. >> randi weingarten who is one of the heads of the teachers unions said, we want kids back in school, but watch. >> the way back into stay back is through being safe, which is a combination of vaccines and masking and ventilation and frankly, the distancing and the you know, having a good outbrea control process. >> doctor, distancing, masking and schools, all the things tha they have pushed and shoved dow our throats over the last year and a half, is there any real indication that that is saving lots of lives among young peopl
7:18 pm
or even vaccinated teachers now? >> no, the evidence still remains week that those nonpharmacological noun vaccine methods actually do that much. so i think the real bottom line is do people have a lot of fear. they want to be in control to somehow manage that fear, so th use all of these methods to think they're doing something that gives us some modicum of safety. that's a psychological problem that arises by all the fear mongering that has been enforce on the country and the world. if we can get rid of that fear that we can get on with doing the things that really matter. >>laura: great to see you, have a great weekend. why are some republican senator now trying to sabotage house republicans in order to help themselves or is there to help biden? congressman jim banks is here i moments in will name names for it hidden clause in the new

to bring home bacon to their home district. here is jim banks, congressman, this is so enraging as the democrats are engaged in this wild infighting, romney and markowski come in with the save. >> it is enraging great let me tell you, the good news is that house republicans remain unifie in opposition to the fake infrastructure bill. earlier this week i called on them to oppose by whipping against the fake infrastructure bill, and you should be glad to know that steve's police, republican whip conservative leader himself came to the republican study committee meeting that i chair on wednesday before our members an made the formal announcement that house republicans are formally opposed to the infrastructure bill meaning tha they were unified on the house side, but it's enraging to see some republicans, a few republicans come out for this
7:26 pm
bill even though the chairman o the democratic national committee told xes earlier this week that if democrats pass the infrastructure bill, they're going to campaign on it their message to the voters in the midterm election will be we pas the infrastructure bill, democrats deliver, why would an republican want to put their hands on that. >> what we see what's happening on the jobs front, congressman, again, we have physicians that restaurant tours can't fill, i just talked to a guy in my hometown here who says he's run a restaurant for 35 years and h said i've never seen anything like this. he looked crestfallen. a family business, great guy. we can't fill jobs. it were bringing in millions is we talked about last segments, millions of over the years illegal immigrants and now refugees who are going to come in and clearly undercut wages for low and middle income workers in this country and still we can't find people to fill jobs. so i guess we'll have illegal
7:27 pm
immigrants filling those jobs. >> that's right. from the haitians at the border to the tens of thousands of illegals who have come across the border since joe biden became president. the afghans who are in our country who have not been vette this is a crisis of disaster that is intentional. this is all intentional on the part of the biden administration . it's not incompetence, it's intentional. they want to flood the united states with cheap labor and the want to grant amnesty to all of these illegals that are coming into our country and turned the into democrat voters. that's her last great hope for keeping the majority in the midterm election. we can't allow republicans here and they are to fall into their hands and allow them to do that. part can keep meanwhile the political report is showing tha the democrats are themselves in a dire position going into the midterms next year.
7:28 pm
and chemically see numbers across-the-board for democrats cratering, so they are doubling down on radicalism. they keep digging further. >> and remember, the three and half trillion dollar reconciliation package is inextricably linked to the fake infrastructure deal. those that allow that to move forward at the same time were also allowing this reconciliation package untrue major step in this country toward turning into a socialist nation. why anybody would want to play into their hands on that is beyond my comprehension. >> great to see you tonight. thank you so much. hidden clause in the new defens bill could end up posing as serious threat to second amendment rights. it would allow military courts to issue what's called protective orders that would make processing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a file arm
7:29 pm
illegal per eight likewise military courts would be exempted from providing full du process rights to defendants when issuing emergency protective orders. kurt, what is this really all about? are we making too much of this? could this be a real pathway to larger gun control within the military? >> you know, this is problemati in a number of ways. the first way is another red flag law come up most soldiers, airmen, marines, whatever are located in the continental united states, they are in states. so the states had a proceeding is this needs to be done. but the second thing, the thing that is really concerning to me is a trend to lawyer as the military. to take things away from the commander and put them in an unaccountable legals silo. they are starting to try to do
7:30 pm
that with sexual assault cases, and now they want to do it with whether you should be allowed t have your own private weapons. the thing is, in the military you can have one chain of command it can be a multiple chain of command. commander handles disciplinary to right now a commander handle all sorts of discipline like sexual assault and this kind of thing. >> so it's duplicative. this is all happening because o january 6, don't you think. that was they're big thrill thing, they had to stand down a the pentagon. they did of extremism in the military parade what happens here in the due process issue you raised, it's basically this is an opportunity to be heard and must be provided within a reasonable time not to exceed 3 calendar days, you have 30 calendar days to oppose this. you have an issue with that. why? >> i do have an issue with that. 30 days to take away a constitutional right.
7:31 pm
that seems like a long time. if you've got to prove, that somebody should be deprived of basic constitutional rights, yo should be able to present it right away. the person who's purse right is being infringed upon should hav right to come back with legal counsel and in fact they should get jag support because in the military, you get a jag wheneve you get any kind of disciplinar measure asserted against you. the procedures in the military under the uniform code of military justice actually give you more benefits and more rights than in civilian crimina court rate i think that's the least we can do for our troops. you got to ask yourself, do we want to trust the ministration with this kind of power? we've seen them prosecuting hard-working border patrol people who are on videotape not committing a crime, yet their being persecuted. we're going to trust them with our soldiers when they said the want to enforce? >> they are obviously in the process of surveilling social
7:32 pm
media posts, watching what people are saying, how you're operating, and that is where this will all kick in. it's a really weird part of the language of this bill, the secretary of the department eac department should develop and implement training and educatio programs to assist members of the civilian employees and identifying, preventing commercial bonding, mitigating or of extremism. the question is, how do you identify what is extremism to you might not be extremism to anybody else. that is the problem, is it not? >> that is exactly the problem. real extremist, the ones who really cause damage like the shooter at fort hood, everybody was afraid to raise the red fla because they didn't want to be accused of bigotry. it wasn't bigotry, it was takin care of your brother and sister soldiers. this, laura, we have seen as part of a trend and it's part o a trend to impose a uniform
