pete: right here so close we can touch it. rachel: i filled in last week for ainsley and they brought it out. i have seen it before and it does make for more action. pete: moves around a little bit. will: look at that. pete: fancy. it is fancy. rachel: boys and their toys. will: randomly get up and walk over there and it will follow you. you can stay with this news as well because it's absolutely jaw dropping, appalling if you will. the migrant camp, the shanty town down in del rio, texas has been taken down. where did all the migrants go? 30,000 people maids their way across the border since september 9th. where are they now? 12,400 expected to have their cases heard by immigration judge. pete, you and i were talking before the show this morning, as we talk about these numbers. remember 12,400 somewhere in the process in the pipeline. another 5,000 right now being

processed by dhs. the truth is, that 17,000 we don't really know then where they are or where they will end up. another thousand have returned to mexico. another 2,000 have been deported. but the best answer is. the vast majority of these individuals ended up, your guess is as good as ours. pete: that's exactly right. those photos right there with the bulldozers is the perfect finishing job for this administration. all they wanted was that photo, a clean up for the after photo for c. in n so they could say the camp is gone. nothing see here it's all done. will, you read off the numbers the 2,000 deported to me is almost the only number that matters. everyone else is in, quote: removal proceedings. all of which means they have been released into the united states to report for a notice to appear or a notice to report which means it's on them to report and we know the numbers, rachel. >> we have, very rarely, if we look at historical data folks come here illegally walk up to an office office and say i'm going to, you know, show up.

rachel: right. we know there is a backlog for hearing these cases so i mean the chances that you would even be called or that you could even show up is like two or three years down the road. you know, well, you can't throw them out because they're -- they have been here all this time. so what you saw there and i'm glad you brought up that image, pete, that is the photo op. they didn't like the first photo op. now they want to show it's cleared. what's happened is everyone has moved into the interior. this is now the problem of many little towns in texas who can't handle, don't have the resources. i have told you before that i know people in town along the southern border of texas and arizona who say they can't take their child to the hospital. they have to travel 100 miles away because their hospitals are so full of people who really aren't supposed to be here. the message being sent by the way to the rest of the world who also wants to come in. look, there is a small minority of people who are out of power who are upset about this.
