>> all right. so i want to remember a reward to veterans who had a 100th birthday. a north carolina organization said look at this man, look at his smile. don't you want to hang out with him. he is a great guy. a wonderful hero. hef in the battle of iwo jima. something i learned a lot about. very very fierce battles, and this man is a tremendous hero. we're grateful. he is 100. look at this parade. jeep owners. i'm one of those, too. fantastic parade for him. they put 100 flags on his front lawn to honor him. i want to say happy birthday. >> happy birthday. >> i have watched interviews with these people, these older warriors. no, really. i watch them. they're so compelling.
