point in late september wouldn't have had some sort of flag or hold on his passport or profile that would have hit if he tried to leave the country on a plane? >> if he left prior to the warrant being issued, there is something called a red note when you have a fugitive or defendant you are afraid he might leave the country or he has left the country. the fbi issues a red notice and it is sent to the airports of all governments throughout the world. if look at this the bahamas, he could be entering that country and we would never know he got on that flight. jesse: that's a good point. but the fbi should have red flagged his passport earlier if that's the case.
